This master's thesis is focused on the design of an apartment building and on the preparation of its project documentation. The house is located on a plot number 2162/122 in the cadastral area Město Albrechtice (693,391) on the P. Novák Street. House has a rectangularly shaped ground plan with the dimensions 28.34 x 13.84 m. It is a three storey building with two aboveground floors and an attic. On the first floor there is a vestibule, an elevator, a staircase, a bike room, one three-room apartment (with a built-in kitchen) and two two-room apartments (with a built-in kitchen). The second floor offers a staircase, an elevator, two three-room apartments and one two-room apartment (with a built-in kitchen). The attic consists of a staircase, an elevator, a utility room, a drying room and two four-room apartments (with a built-in kitchen). The foundations of the house are from concrete strips. Vertical and horizontal structure consist of the cement-chips shuttering system (Velox). The roof of the house is gabled with a slope of 8° and 11° plotted gang-nail trusses.

Part of the disposition of residential units is formed by mobile sliding partitions Liko-S for easy and quick adjustment of the layout. The apartment house contains nine apartments.

Thesis elaborates project documentation for modern four-storey, slab apartment building with a flat roof. The apartment building is located 11 residential units. The building is located on a gently sloping land in Havlickuv Brod.

The aim of this thesis is to determine and compare the price of the apartment building as a whole provided a combination of cost and the valuation of yield and price of the apartment building, found the sum of individual apartments in the same house after the owner of the distribution statement. In both cases it is the valuation according to valuation regulations. But because today is often valued property for purposes of credit control, I will always be the direct comparison of the valuation according to the rules of valuation estimate just for the purposes of credit control. Furthermore, they address the issue of interpreting the concept of a block of flats (lot of flats together in one house), which is frequently used, but is nowhere defined. I found that the total price of flats according to the valuation rules, is higher by 32% compared house as a whole and the award for credit management, the total price of apartments increased by 31.4%. As can be seen from the preceding sentences, the price of the apartment building can be changed only by changing the way property, no construction-technical changes, as well as 32%.

The subjekt of my thesis is a project of a new apartment house. The building with 16 residential units and a garage for four cars has three aboveground floors and a flat roof. The walls will be made from clay blocks HELUZ. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Příbram. Further emphasis is on layout, architectural, fire and thermal aspects of the individual structures. The thesis "Apartment House" has been prepared in the form of project documentation containing all terms required by regulations.

Theme of this thesis was to design and process a project of Apartment building in Valašske Meziříčí. The building is situated in the city center, close to hospital. Designed apartment building with four floors and a basement is located on a sloping terrain. Surrounding buildings are costisted of blocks of flats that were built in last century. Goal of the thesis was to design apartment house which will fit to the neighborhood. There are technical backround and parking slots in the basement of the bilding. Apartments are situated in above-ground floors. The grocery store lies on the northern side of the building on the same level as first floor. The apartmen building is covered by single-skinned flat roof.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a new building apartment house in the city of Blansko. The object is of four floors with no cellars and is situated in the southern part of Blansko. The object consists of 23 apartments, 2 of which are of special designation. Moreover there is also a coffee place, an engineer’s office, a hairdresser with nail studio and a copy place. VELOX is the main building system. Design of forced air in a coffee place is included to the project.

Goal of this diploma thesis is drawing and elaboráte project documentation of apartment house, Třebíč. This subject is on planar terrain on building estate number 1037/9 in township Třebíč, cadastral area of Třebíč [769738], cadastral area of Třebíč. Apartment house has approximately rectangular shape with extent of 29,5 x 14,5 m. Project documentation solves five storey cellarless building with double skin roof. In first floor is placed vestibule, garages for cars, utility room and store rooms. In second and third residential floor are two flats 4+kitchenette and three flats 1+kitchenette. In fourth residential floor are two flats 4+kitchenette, one flat 2+kitchenette and one flat 1+kitchenette. In fifth residential floor are two flats 6+kitchenette and one spacious terrace. Vertical and horizontal construction are formed as reinforced concrete wall and ceiling panels.

Min teori är att en av förklaringarna till naturens positiva inverkan på oss ligger i att naturen är lättläst för oss när vi avkodar vår omgivning. I naturen finns det matematiska mönster som återkommer och upprepar sig. Fibonaccis talserie, Gyllene snittet, Fyllotaxisspiralen och framförallt fraktaler. De här mönstren hjälper oss att registrera och ta in information från det vi ser i vår omvärld för att förstå den men också för att avgöra om det finns några faror eller om vi är på en trygg plats.   Inom forskning där försökspersonernas ögonrörelser studerades fann man att vi automatiskt fäster blicken vid mönster med den fraktala dimensionen 1,3 - 1,5. Vidare försök visade att testpersonerna blev som mest avslappnade när de fick se bilder med ett D-värde inom det spannet. Ytterligare stöd för växters hälsofrämjande inverkan fann jag i en rapport från ett försök där testpersonerna fick vidröra olika material med förbundna ögon. Man ville mäta både psykiska och fysiska reaktioner. Testpersonerna fick dels skatta sina upplevelser utifrån 10 par motsatsord och dels mättes deras syremättnad i blodet och det cerebrala blodflödet. Den psykologiska delen av försöket gav ett neutralt resultat men de fysiska mätvärdena indikerade att försökspersonerna blev stressade av att vidröra metall och blev mer avslappnade när de vidrörde levande växtmaterial i form av ett blad. Slutsatsen blev att fysisk kontakt med växtmaterial kan ha en lugnande effekt, trots att försökspersonen inte vet att det är växtmaterial den vidrör.   Genom att föra in dessa mönster i bostadsgården skulle den bli mer hälsofrämjande för den urbana människan. Eftersom örtskiktet idag är underrepresenterat i dessa bostadsområden har jag valt att lägga fokus på perenner som skulle lyfta in de fraktala och matematiska mönstren i den miljön. / My theory is that one of the explanations for the nature's positive impact on us is that nature is easy to read when we decode our surroundings. In nature there are mathematical patterns that recur and repeat themselves like the Fibonacci numbers, Golden Ratio, Phyllotaxis spiral and especially fractals. These patterns help us to record and take in information from what we see in our surroundings to understand it but also to determine if there is something scary or if we are in a safe place.   In research where they investigated the subjects’ eye movements it was found that we automatically attach our gaze at pattern of the fractal dimension 1.3 – 1.5. Further experiments showed that the test subjects where the most relaxed when they saw pictures with a dimension value within that range. I found additional support for plant health effects in a report from an experiment in which test subjects touched different materials blindfolded. The research team wanted to measure both psychological and physical reactions. The test subjects were instructed to value their experiences based on 10 pairs of word opposites and additionally their oxygen saturation in the blood and the cerebral blood flow were monitored. The psychological part of the trail gave a neutral result, but the physical measurements indicated that the subjects were stressed by touching metal and were more relaxed when they touched living plant material (a fresh leaf). The conclusion was that physical contact with plant material can have a calming effect, even though the subject does not know it is plant material it touches.   By bringing in these patterns to apartment house courtyards they would become more health promoting for the urban human. Since the herbal layer is underrepresented in these areas today, I have chosen to focus on perennials that would bring in the fractal and mathematical patterns in this environment.
