Výroba součásti "Kroužek" plošným tvářením / Production single parts "Ring" from sheet metal

Stejskal, Luboš January 2012 (has links)
This thesis elaborated within a master degree in 23-03-T002 line, introduces a suggestion of production technology of part „Ring“ by sheet metal forming out of deep-drawing steel W.Nr. 1.0338. Supposed production amount is 250 000 pieces per year. Based on a literary study of problematic of sheet forming for this required part regarding production series, technologies of this of deep drawing and cutting were chosen. According to performed technological calculations, a production process of seven operations was designed. A sequence automatic machine Paust 40 (VVB WMW), was cousin for this suggested process. This machine is particularly appointed for big series and wholesale production of impressions of sheet metal. It is equipped with mechanization and therefore creates a fully automatic line. A tool was designed for this chosen type of machine. Project includes economical evaluations of elaborated of production technology.

Výroba pouzdra pružiny objemovým tvářením / Production of spring buch by cold forming

Kosek, Lukáš January 2013 (has links)
The master’s thesis presents a concept for spring bush manufacturing made of 11 320-5R steel by cold forming. Five steps process of manufacturing is based on the literary studies and technical calculations. The multistage cold forming machine HATEBUR AKP 5-5 was chosen for selected option of forming technology. As raw material was used cylinder shape with diameter of 26 mm and length of 29 mm. The economic results fix the price of one component of 16 CZK for annual dose 250 000 pieces.

Laboratorní úloha řízení pohybu při přemisťování zavěšeného předmětu / Laboratory task of motion control during hanget object transportation

Pražák, Ondřej January 2013 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with automatic control of transferring suspended objects. It is a strongly oscillating system for which a physical trial model has been made. An application has been made for this model, which controls this system by means of PLC, frequency inverter and operating panel, everything by Siemens.

Výroba spojovacího čepu objemovým tvářením / Bulk forming technology of connecting pin

Koukal, Vojtěch January 2014 (has links)
The project of master’s thesis elaborated within engineering studies of engineering technology deals with concept of manufacturing procedure of connecting pin made of steel 11 320 5R with cold forming. Two variants of production technique were projected based on the literature study of the cold heading and cold extrusion. Selected variant, for which the technological calculation was accomplished, consists of five forming operations. Manufacture was projected for multistage automatic forming machine TPM 8-A made by manufacturer Šmeral Brno with nominal forming force 1000 kN. Tool steel 19 436 was chosen as a material of extrusion and heading tools.

Simulátor nanopočítače na bázi celulárního automatu / A Nanocomputer Simulator Using Cellular Automaton

Kmeť, Dušan January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the realization of a simulator based on asynchronous cellular automata simulating delay insensitive circuits. In connection with nanotechnology, cellular automata have several interesting properties, such as self-replication, regular structure and high parallelism that make them very useful as models for some types of nanocomputers. This text describes the relationship between cellular automata and nanotechnology. Emphasis is given to the possibility of using asynchronous timing mode. Asynchronous cellular arrays based on asynchronous cellular automata could prove to be a suitable architecture for future nanocomputer, which was the reason for implementation of this simulator. The simulator's functionality was verified by experiments.

Realistický model oblohy / Realistic Model of the Sky

Brtník, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
The simulation of natural phenomena such as clouds, smoke, fire and water is one of the most important research areas in computer graphics. Clouds are an essential component of any outdoor virtual environment, they add an important element of visual detail without which the environment would feel unrealistic. This paper describes an approach for setting up a cloud simulation. Clouds in our system are modeled using cellular automaton. To accelerate the simulation and its visualization, we implement both  entirely on programmable floating-point graphics hardware. The main part of the algorithm is implemented in a fragment shader and therefore takes full advantage of the highly parallel structure. The algorithm can generate result at real-time or near real-time frame rates. We also simulate the interaction of clouds with light, including self-shadowing.

Instrukcemi řízené celulární automaty / Instruction-Controlled Cellular Automata

Bendl, Jaroslav January 2011 (has links)
The thesis focuses on a new concept of cellular automata control based on instructions. The instruction can be understood as a rule that checks the states of cells in pre-defined areas in the cellular neighbourhood. If a given condition is satisfied, the state of the central cell is changed according to the definition of the instruction. Because it's possible to perform more instructions in one computational step, their sequence can be understood as a form of a short program. This concept can be extended with simple operations applied to the instruction's prescription during interpretation of the instructions - an example of such operation can be row shift or column shift. An advantage of the instruction-based approach lies in the search space reduction. In comparison with the table-based approach, it isn't necessary to search all the possible configurations of the cellular neighbouhood, but only several areas determined by the instructions. While the groups of the inspected cells in the cellular neighbourhood are designed manually on the basis of the analysis of the solved task, their sequence in the chromosome is optimized by genetic algorithm. The capability of the proposed method of cellular automata control is studied on these benchmark tasks - majority, synchronization, self-organization and the design of combinational circuits.

Řízená syntaktická analýza / Regulated Parsing

Wolf, Dominik January 2011 (has links)
This work deals with advanced models of context-free grammars and explores the possibilities of adaptation and usefulness for deterministic parsing of non-context-free sructures by deep parsing method. It introduces adapted model of context-free grammar named LL programmed grammar and adapted deep pushdown automaton that makes deterministic parsing of non-context-free structures possible.
