The subject of my diploma thesis is creating the entrepreneurial plan of a selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical part. The theoretical section contains of the definition of entrepreneurial plan, enterprise, entrepreneurship and juridical form of enterprise. The entrepreneurial plan for company is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is establishing selected company.

Procuramos ainda estabelecer as particularidades do poder local no Oeste Paulista em relação a outros Estados ou regiões. a investigação está embasada na sociologia histórica. / The thesis aims to analyze the role of local power in the constitution of businessmen based on a common territorial and temporal perspective: West of the state of São Paulo, in the period between the end of the nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth century. The proposal is to work this issue not in a dissociated way, but to promote a critical analysis between the parties that constitute its field of formation, such as the figure of the rural landowner, present both in the discussion about the characterization of businessmen, local power. The cities of the West of the state of São Paulo selected for this work are: Araraquara, São Carlos, Rio Claro and Ribeirão Preto. We will also try to establish the particularities of local power in this region in relation to other states or places. the research will be based on historical sociology

The subject of this thesis is to assemble a business plan for expansion of production capacities of Industrial Engineering company s.r.o. by acquisition of new technologies. The theoretical part describes the importance of the business plan, the importance of business and basic legal forms of business. The part of it is also a description of the stucture and assembly of the business plan. In the practical parts there is an analysis of the current situation and marketing analysis, alon with the processing of the business plan assessed the feasibility of the project with a positive result.

В работе предпринята попытка комплексной интерпретации концепта «деловой человек» в китайской лингвокультуре сопоставительно с русской. На основании компонентного анализа деловой лексики из «Списка общеупотребительных слов коммерческого китайского языка», анализа синонимических рядов, опроса респондентов-носителей обеих лингвокультур идентифицированы понятийная и образная составляющие концепта, что позволило выстроить полевую модель, визуализирующую результаты исследования. / The paper attempts to comprehensively interpret the concept of «business man» in the Chinese linguistic culture as compared to the Russian one. Based on the component analysis of business vocabulary from the «List of the Common Business Chinese Words», on the synonymic chain analysis, and on questioning both linguistic cultures’ bearers, there are identified the conceptual and figurative components of the concept. As a result, a field model is built to visualize the results of the study.
