Este trabalho envolve a temática Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS) na formação de professores de Física. O objetivo da pesquisa foi estudar a compreensão sobre inter-relações CTS e aspectos didático-pedagógicos do enfoque que um grupo de licenciandos cursantes da disciplina de “Metodologia do Ensino de Física” apresentava. Além disso, como condição para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, o trabalho envolveu também a estruturação da disciplina em questão, que foi incorporada ao currículo da Licenciatura em Física da UFRGS, recentemente, bem como a implementação da mesma. A estruturação da disciplina contemplou a inserção da perspectiva CTS, cujo estudo não tinha espaço em outras disciplinas do curso. O referencial teórico-metodológico que fundamentou a investigação desenvolvida neste contexto foi a perspectiva sociocultural, a partir da teoria da mediação de Vygotsky e da sociolinguística de Bakhtin. A análise dos dados da pesquisa, que envolveu o discurso dos 11 licenciandos cursantes da disciplina, foi desenvolvida com base nos pressupostos da teoria de Bakhtin. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram que a intervenção possibilitou alguns avanços nas compreensões iniciais dos licenciandos sobre CTS e suas inter-relações, considerando fatores do contexto social, institucional e cultural que influenciam diretamente na compreensão que os mesmos possuem sobre o tema. / This work addresses the Science, Technology and Society (STS) perspective in the context of Physics teachers training. The goal of this research is study the undergraduates’ understanding of interrelationships of STS perspective and its didactical-pedagogical characteristics, delineated in a group of students attending the discipline Physics Teaching Methodology. Moreover, as part of the present research, organization of a syllabus was carried out, incorporating it into course curriculum. This organization included the insertion of STS perspective, since this topic has not been addressed in other disciplines of this Physics teachers training program. The theoretical and methodological framework that grounds the present research is the sociocultural perspective, enlightened by Vygotsky’s theory of mediation and Bakhtin's sociolinguistics. The data analysis, which involves the speech of 11 undergraduates students of the discipline, was guided by the assumptions of Bahktin’s theory. The results have shown that the didactical intervention produced advances in some initial undergraduates’ insights about STS and its interrelations, concerning the social, institutional and cultural contexts which directly influence their comprehension about this topic.

Após uma revisão bibliográfica, a análise é apresentada em três diferentes momentos. No primeiro momento, é realizada uma verificação de como as estruturas sociais da época encontram-se presentes no romance. No segundo momento, é analisada a idéia central do romance e a separação entre essencial e acessório através da integração das partes ao todo. No terceiro e último momento, o resultado dessas duas partes da análise são resgatadas para se construir uma síntese que é contraposta ao pensamento de outros autores da época em que o romance foi elaborado / Abstract: This work intends to carry out a sociological analysis of Dostoevsky novel "The ldiot", written in 1868. After a bibliographical revision, the analysis is presented at three different stages. At the first moment, it is conducted a verification of how the current social structures are present at the nove!. Later, the novel's central idea and a separation between the essential and secondary are analysed through the integration of the parts of the whole. Finally, the result of these two parts is recovered in order to build a synthesis that confronted with to the thought of other authors of the time when the novel was written / Mestrado / Mestre em Ciências Sociais
