Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami moduliniai poilsio baldai. Darbo pavadinimas – „Modulinių poilsio baldų projektas „Fleksi““. Darbo apimtį sudaro 5 planšetai, filmukas, vaizduojantis sukurtus trimačius baldus, ir aprašas. Bakalauro darbe pateikiamas modulinių poilsio baldų aprašas. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys. Darbo tikslas – paruošti modulinių baldų projektą. Darbo uždavinys – sukurti gražius bei originalius baldus, kuriuos vartotojas galėtų pritaikyti pagal savo poreikius, kuriuos būtų galima lengvai transformuoti ir kurie leistų patirti naujus pojūčius. Darbo eiga prasidėjo nuo prototipų analizės. Nagrinėti įvairūs baldai, ieškant idėjos baldui. Buvo kuriami įvairūs eskizai, iš kurių išsirinkti geriausi. Tuomet buvo kuriamos jų schemos bei tolesni brėžiniai. Galutiniame variante sukurti keturi moduliniai poilsio baldai. Tai – lentyna su sėdima dalimi, staliukas, kėdė ir pakabinama lentyna. Baldus lengva transportuoti ir surinkti. Naujumas: baldai leis patirti naujus pojūčius. Baldus bus galima pritaikyti pagal savo poreikius bei iš turimų modulių sukurti tokį baldą, kokio nori vartotojas – kėdę, staliuką ar lentyną. / The final paper analyses modular leisure furniture. Topic: Modular Leisure Furniture Project "Fleksi". Paper volume includes 5 project drawings, video showing the created 3D furniture and description. Bachelor’s paper presents modular leisure furniture description. The paper is made of 8 parts. Aim of the paper: to design a modular leisure furniture project. Task: to create nice and original furniture to be adapted to customer’s needs. Furniture should be easily transformed allowing experiencing new sensations. Course: the work started with prototype analysis. I analysed various furniture in order to find an idea. Then I created various sketches, selected the best ones, made their schemes and further drawings. Finally, four modular leisure furniture pieces were created: the shelf with a sitting place, small table, chair and suspended shelf. The furniture is easy to assemble and transport. Novelty: the furniture will allow experiencing new sensations. The furniture can be adapted to one’s individual needs.

DARBO SANTRAUKA Šio darbo tikslas buvo – parengti baldus gaminančios UAB „Gurda“ korpusinių biuro baldų marketingo strategiją. Strategija parangta vienai įmonės gaminamos produkcijos linijai – korpusiniams biuro baldams, kadangi šio sektoriaus pelningumas yra pats žemiausias. Teorinėje dalyje yra aptarta marketngo strategijų rūšys ir detalizuota marketingo strategijos rengimo technologija. Analitinėje dalyje apžvelgėme korpusinių biuro baldų rinką Lietuvoje ir įvertinome UAB „Gurda“ situaciją. Tam buvo pasitelkta rinkos, mikro ir makro aplinkos analizės. Taip pat siekiant išsiaiškinti silpnasias ir stipriasias puses, buvo pasitelta SWOT analizė. Visos rengiamos marketingo strategijos yra skirtos įmonės marketingo tikslams pasiekti. Pagrindiniai iš jų yra per ateinančius metus padidinti apyvartą iki 14 mln. litų ir pasiekti 1mln. litų pelną. Kaip žinome, marketingo strategijos yra skirstomos į konkuravimo, rinkos aprėpimo, pozicionavimo ir marketingo komplekso strategijas. Visos šios keturios strategijų grupės skirtos bendram tikslui pasiekti – padidinti įmonės vertę, tačiau kiekviena strategija analizuoja skirtingas konkuravimo rinkoje taktikas, sąlygojamas skirtingų marketingo aspektų. Siekdami sukurti visapusišką marketingo planą, paruošėme strategines alternatyvas remdamiesi visomis minėtomis strategijų grupėmis. Darbą sudaro 76 puslapiai, 21 lentelė ir 14 paveikslų. Išvados pateiktos darbo gale. / S U M M A R Y The purpose of this paper was to make the marketing strategy of the office furniture of JSC „Gurda“ in Lithuanian market. The strategy was created to the one line of the firm‘s production – case office furniture, because the profitability of this sector is the lowest between all firm‘s business lines. In the theoretical part of this paper was described all the types of marketing strategies and the technology of the marketing strategy creation was analyzed in detail. In the analytical part of this paper it was analyzed case office furniture market in Lithuania. After that it was evaluated the situation of JSC „Gurda“ in that market. It was used the analysis of the market, micro and macro environment. Also it was invoked the SWOT analysis to know the weak and strong sides of the firm. All the marketing strategies are used to reach the marketing purposes of the company. The main purposes of JSC „Gurda“determined in this paper are to increase the circulation of the firm till 14 mill. Litas and to reach 1 mill. Litas profit next year. In order that the universal marketing plan of JSC „Gurda“ case office furniture would be created, it was made one strategy of every main marketing strategies groups: competitive strategy, market targeting, positioning and marketing complex strategy. There are 76 pages, 21 table and 14 pictures in this project. Conclusions are introduced at the end of the thesis.

Darbe apžvelgiami ir analizuojami šiuolaikiniai baldų formos ir technologiniai sprendimai, baldų gamybos medžiagos, žinomiausi dizaineriai. Surinkta teorinė ir vaizdinė medžiaga tampriai siejasi su išsikelta baigiamojo darbo kūrybine idėja. Pateikiama suprojektuoto ir įgyvendinto baldo vaizdinė medžiaga ir teorinis aprašas, jame nusakant gaminio koncepciją, pagrindžiant meninį sprendimą, jam pagaminti naudojamas medžiagas, bei technologijas. Kūrybinių paieškų tikslas - sukurti stilingą šiuolaikinį baldą - kosmetinį staliuką, siekiant išgauti vientisą, išbaigtą formą, harmoningą spalvinį derinį. Įgyvendintas dizaino objektas gali būti pritaikytas privačiuose ir visuomeniniuose interjeruose, eksponuojamas parodinėse erdvėse. / Bachelor work - a cosmetic table,, Femina” (woman), implemented on the basis of theoretical and visual information gathered by the analysis of the twenty-first century typical seating trends of recent creative concepts, designs and materials. In this era of furniture is especially important multifunctionality offurniture, laconic forms and completeness of applicability in various areas, matching the user expectations of the appearance of the furniture, the rational use of space. At work reviewed and analyzed modern forms of furniture and technology solutions, furniture, construction material, most famous designers. Collected theoretical and visual material is closely related to the thesis set in a creative idea. Presented designed and implemented furniture reproductions and theoretical description of the product, it implying the concept of supporting an artistic decision, it is made using materials and technologies. Search for creative purpose - to create a stylish modern furniture - dressing table, in order get a single and complete form, harmonious color combination. Completed table can be adapted to private and public interiors, exposed in gallery spaces.

Pateikiami trys modulinių laukiamojo baldų variantai. Pagrindinė medžiaga, iš kurios padaryti baldai, yra plastikas. Plastikiniai baldai patogūs, juos paprasta prižiūrėti, lengva pernešti iš vienos vietos į kitą, ir jie yra pigesni. Norint pakeisti baldų išdėstymą nekils problemų. Šiame projekte nėra prisirišama prie plano, moduliniai baldai projektuoti oro uosto laukiamojo salei. Tačiau juos galima pritaikyti ir kitose viešose erdvėse kaip traukinių, autobusų stotis ir t.t. Atrinktos penkios idėjos, iš kurių trys galutinai išplėtotos. Visuose trijuose variantuose suprojektuotas šviečiantis modulis, centrinis akcentas su vandeniu, ir galimybe atsisėsti. Pirmajį variantą sudaro šviečiantis elementas bukam kampui, metalinis elementas stačiam kampui, plastikinis elementas smailiam kampui, plastikinė kilpa, šiukšliadėžė, centrinis akcentas. Centrinis akcentas jungia grindis ir lubas, jame įrengtas LED apšvietimas, tekančio vandens atkarpa. Antrajį variantą sudaro koriuko formos elementai – elementas atsisėsti be atlošo, šviečiantis elementas atsisėsti su atlošu, elementas su jame pasėta žole, šiukšliadėžė, centrinis akcentas. Centrinis akcentas suprojektuotas iš skirtingų dydžių korio formos marmuro plokštumų, jame įrengtas apšvietimas ir vandens telkinys. Trečiajį variantą sudaro sėdimoji dalis, šviečiantis elementas, šiukšliadėžė, centrinis akcentas. Centriniame akcente įrengtas fontanas, padaryti platesni fontano kraštai, kad būtų galima prisėsti. Plastic furniture is comfortable and cheaper. It is easy to handle and move from one place to another. Therefore the change of furniture arrangement does not cause any problems. This project does not accurately follow the plan; modular furniture was designed for the airport departue lounge, but it can be adjusted to use in other public space, such as ralway or bus station, etc. Five ideas were chosen and three of them were developed till the end. All three variations include a luminous module as a central part with water and sitting possibility designed. The first variation consists of luminous element for a blunt corner, metal element for a sharp corner, plastic element for an acute corner, plastic loop, litterbin and a central part. Central part ties in a floor with a ceiling, it includes LED ilumination and running water segment installed. The second variation consists of the comb form elements – sitting element without a backrest, luminous sitting element with a backrest, element with a grass inside it, litterbin and a central part. Central part is designed using different sizes of the comb form marble flats with illumination and water body installed. The third variation consists of the sitting part, luminous element, litterbin and central part. Central part includes a fountain with wide edges to sit on. Illumination is installed under the sitting part.

Klubinių baldų projektą sudaro fotelis, stalas ir pufas. Pasirinkta ši tema dėl tokių priežasčių: tokio tipo baldų pasirinkimas gan nedidelis, tokio tipo baldai salyginai brangūs ir ši tema man yra artima. Baldų formos ir spalvos įkvėptos gamtos – idėja kilo iš kokoso riešuto. Pagrindiniai kriterijai kuriais vadovautasi: funckionalumas, estetinė išvaizda, aukšta kokybė ir žema kaina. Sukurti baldai yra praktiški dėl keičiamų dažniausiai dėvimų dalių. Ištepus šias dalis ar mechaniškai pažeidus jas galima lengvai pakeisti, tai yra itin aktualu, nes nereikialauja papildomų išlaidų (transportavimas, baldo pervilkimas, darbo kaina). Dėl šios baldo savybės jį lengva pritaikyti prie interjero, gali būti keičiamos spalvos bei medžiagos (oda, audinys ir kt.). Fotelio galinėje dalyje pritvirtinta detalė yra tik mano pasiūlytas sprendinys, dėl baldo unikalios konstrukcijos, gali būti gaminami įvairūs kevalai, kitos formos detalės. Vietoje užrašo „COCONUT“ gali būti naudojami kiti užrašai, kuriuos siekiama populiarinti. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro penki planšetai, aiškinamasis raštas, brėžinių aplankas, bukletas ir gaminys – fotelis. / Club furniture design project consists of a chair, a table and a pouffe. This theme was chosen for the following reasons: the choise of this type of furniture is relatively small, such furniture is expensive and the topic is close to me. The shape and the colour are inspired by nature – the coconut. The main criteria I followed in my diploma work were: functionality, aesthetic appearance, high quality and low price. The created furniture is practical because of the parts that can be replaced. These parts can be easily replaced when smeard or mechanically broken and that is really important because it does not require additional expenses (transportation, furniture reclothing, labour price). Due to these removable parts, the designed furniture can be easily adapted to any interior – the colour and the material of the parts can be changed (leather, cloth, ect.). The attached part in the back of the armchair is my solution, variuos parts of other form can be made and attached. Other notes that are wanted to be populatized can be used instead of „COCONUT“. The Bachelor work consists of five flatbeds, the note folder, the folder of drawings, brochure and the product – an armchair.
