Negociações para o convívio no catolicismo na Diocese de Nova Iguaçu RJ / Dealing for the convivial in the catholicism of the Diocese of Nova Iguaçú - RJJoão Marcus Figueiredo Assis 10 June 2008 (has links)
Buscamos apreender tal complexidade a partir dos discursos de membros de cada um desses grupos / This research approaches the relations between two phenomena of the recent catholicism, the Comunidades Eclesiais de Base (CEBs) and Renovação Carismática Católica (RCC) in the Diocese of Nova Iguaçu, located in the region metropolitan of Of the state of Rio de Janeiro called Baixada Fluminense. Our look will search to observe the points exactly where interactions, exchanges and negotiations occur that make possible the conviviality between the CEBs and the RCC in one same eclesial space. We detach three elements, the Memory to be elaborated and spread out socially, the notion of Community, which will be proclaimed as instrument for the construction of belongs eclesial and the Partner-transforming Actions of the diverse Groups, in special of the two movements above detached, as well as the interpretation that each one makes of these actions. We could perceive that the observed reality is presented more complex of what it could perceive an analysis that accented of strict form the tensions or polarizations. We search to apprehend such complexity from the speeches of members of each one of these groups

Missiological cell group praxis in the local churchVan der Merwe, Pieter Retief 11 1900 (has links)
The contention of this study is that missiological cell group praxis is an appropriate vehicle to mobilize the local church for world evangelization - centrifugally reaching from "Jerusalem" and "Judea and Samaria" to the "ends of the earth (Acts 1:8). Methodologically it follows the pastoral circle of Holland & Henriot and investigates the missiological praxis of various small faith communities. The principles of the cosmological framework of Calvisnism (Kuyper, Dooyeweerd) are brought to bear on the missionary endeavours of the local church, with reference to the Dutch Reformed Church in South Africa. It argues for a missiologically integrated Cell Church, based on a definition of mission and evangelism, which is aimed at overcoming the fragmented missiological situation in mainline churches. This study argues that these small groups function as the basic cells of the local and universal Church, and shows how these communities come into existence and function as missiological outreach groups. / Christian Spirituality Church History and Missiology / M. Th. (Missiology)

They came to him from every corner : a new testament model for rural church planting with reference to Jesus' ministrySako, Mosima Moses 30 November 2005 (has links)
The study explores the hypothesis that the New Testament contains a model of church planting that could assist in rural church planting. After reflecting on the ministry of Jesus as portrayed by Mark, the study continues to unpack the Base Christian Community model that emanates from the Brazilian context, before it proceeds to outline the socio-economic background of first-century Palestine. In the main chapter the text, namely Mark 1:35-45, is reflected on against the socio-economic background and through the grid of the Ecclesial Base Community (CEB) model.
Having done the above the study concludes that people gravitate towards an individual (as seen in the case of Jesus) who promises an alternative to their experienced reality. This begins a community, which, for the purposes of this study, is the church. Thus, the pattern of developments that led to the emergence of the church after the Crucifixion provides us with a church-planting model. / New Testament / Thesis (M.Th.)
