Bakgrund: Bedisiderapportering är en rapporteringsform som sker vid sidan av patientens säng. En rapporteringsform som bidrar till att öka den personcentrerade vården samt patientsäkerheten med möjlighet att involvera patienten i sin egen vård. Bedsiderapportering underlättar sjuksköterskans arbete genom att tidigt få en visuell bild av patienten och dess tillstånd. Dock finns en risk att patientens integritet äventyras när denna rapporteringsform utförs. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskans upplevelser av bedsiderapportering. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie. Resultat: De tre teman som identifierades var: Sjuksköterskans upplevelse av informationsutbyte, sjuksköterskans upplevelse av arbetsmiljö och integritet och sjuksköterskans upplevelse av patientmedverkan. Sjuksköterskorna upplevde att bedsiderapporteringen medförde en förbättrad kommunikation vilket optimerade informationsutbytet men risken att obehöriga kunde ta del av känsliga ämnen under rapporteringen äventyrade patientens integritet. Ytterligare en upplevelse sjuksköterskorna hade var att patientmedverkan bidrog till en fullständig rapportering men kunde orsaka en tidspress hos sjuksköterskorna. Konklusion: Sjuksköterskornas bristande kompetens till att behålla integriteten och involvera patienten under bedsiderapportering väcker intresse för ny forskning och utbildning inom området. / Background: Bedsidereport is a form of reporting that takes place next to the patient’s bed. It contributes to increasing person-centered care and patient safety with the opportunity to involve the patient in their own care. Bedsidereporting facilitates the nurse’s work by getting an early visual picture of the patient and their condition. There is a risk that the patient’s integrity will be compromised during bedsidereporting. Aim: The aim was to describe the nurse’s experience of bedsidereporting. Method: A general literature study. Results: The three themes identified were: The nurse’s experience of information exchange, the nurse’s experience of work environment and integrity and the nurse’s experience of patient participations. The nurses felt that the bedsidereporting led to improved communication which optimized the exchange of information. But the risk that unauthorized persons could take part in sensitive subjects during the reporting jeopardized the patient’s integrity. Another experience the nurses had was that patient participation contributed to a complete reporting but could cause a time pressure on the nurses. Conclusion: The nurse’s lack of competence to maintain integrity and involve the patient during bedside reporting arouses interest in new research and education in the subject.
