Durch die digitale Transformation des Gesundheitswesens können die Qualität der Patientenversorgung und die Leistungseffizienz hinsichtlich ökonomischer Zielgrößen verbessert werden. Die Adoptions- und Diffusionsforschung im Gesundheitswesen misst und vergleicht die Auswirkungen, Kosten und Qualität von Informationssystemen und den damit verbundenen informationslogistischen Wertschöpfungsprozessen. Daraus ging wiederholt hervor, dass im Speziellen Krankenhäuser unter zunehmenden Wettbewerbsdruck die IT als einen entscheidenden Faktor für die Optimierung der Leistungserbringung erkannt haben und diese somit Teil des Diskurses des strategischen Managements geworden ist. In der wissenschaftlichen Auswertung werden die daraus resultierenden Ergebnisse als Forschungsartikel für ein wissenschaftliches Publikum aufbereitet. Darüber hinaus sollten die Ergebnisse ebenfalls im Hinblick auf die Praxis, sprich dem strategischen IT-Management im Krankenhaus, zielgruppenorientiert, das heißt individualisiert für die betreffende Organisation und kontextualisiert in der jeweiligen Referenzgruppe, disseminiert werden. Solche Feedback-Systeme sind im klinischen Kontext bereits bekannt als sogenannte „Lernende Gesundheitssysteme“, in denen neue Erkenntnisse für die Diagnostik, Therapie, Rehabilitation und Pflege gewonnen werden. Im Bereich der IT-Adoptionsmessung fehlt es jedoch an einem System, welches das IT-Management und die Forschung kontinuierlich durch einen datengetriebenen Feedback-Zyklus verbindet und unterstützt. Die vorliegende kumulative Dissertation verwendet Methoden und Ergebnisse der empirischen Sozialforschung, um wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse der IT-Adoptionsforschung zu deutschen Krankenhäusern im Rahmen der konstruktionsorientierten Forschung in einem Informationssystem individuell für die spezifischen Krankenhäuser zu kontextualisieren. Neben der anwendungsnahen Aufbereitung wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse für die Praxis ist dieses Informationssystem im gleichen Maß relevant für die nötige Grundlage des Datenmanagements und der Datenanalyse zur Unterstützung der IT-Adoptions- und Diffusionsforschung, in der Daten über mehrere Jahre erhoben und longitudinal ausgewertet werden.

This master’s thesis’ objective is to assess the economical situation of the specific company. There are used methods of financial and economical analysis to examination of a proposal in this thesis. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial and economical analysis. The next part represents application of financial and economical analysis methods to assess the economical situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general economical situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with performance evaluations of C SYSTEM CZ a.s. Theoretical basis closer to the fundamental issue of work, explain the concepts of performance and quality, and focus on performance measurement tools. Analytical section gives more information about the company and its performance evaluation model is measured by START PLUS.

Master´s thesis is focused on valuation of efficiency of NEPA Ltd. This valuation of efficiency is performed on EFQM Excellence Model. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of selected models of valuation of efficiency with a bigger orientation to EFQM Excellence Model. In practical part is NEPA Ltd. introduced, included it´s field of business and on the base of EFQM Excellence Model is valuation of efficiency made. In conclusion are series of recommendations for increase efficiency.

This master‘s thesis deals with the business performace assesment of the company using the Balanced Scorecard method. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge about this method analyse the financial and non-financial customer perspective, perspective of internal processes, perspective of learning and growth. The strategic goals and scales are designed based on the findings obtained during the analysis, which should help the company to improve its overall performace in the upcoming years.

The main objective of this thesis is to compare business performance of the company as Brněnské komunikace a.s. with similarly focused companies in the same industry and similar ownership structure and portfolio activities, and these companies are TSK Praha a.s. and Ostravské komunikace a.s.. This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on mapping information from the scientific literature. In the practical part of the thesis there is carried out a comparison of selected company with businesses listed above (TSK Praha a.s. and Ostravské komunikace a.s.). Part of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the company's performance and its own proposal to improve the current situation and the conditions for implementation of the proposal. There is also provided a detailed schedule of the proposal. In this thesis it was found that the company Brněnské komunikace a.s. as is financially healthy and prosperous. Main method used int this thesis is benchmarking.

This thesis focuses on the explanation and description of selected methods used to optimize the costs involved in the construction industry. The main objective of the work is to directly apply one chosen method at a given construction company and by use of this process recommend changes ultimately leading to cost optimization. Company data, based on defined indices, was compared with the data from public institutions. The merit of the indices were individually evaluated resulting in recommended proposals for future development.

The presented dissertation work is focused on a problem of benchmarking. In particular, it deals with a role and limitations of benchmarking as a tool for company management's decision-making. The basic objective of the work is to propose a methodology of conducting benchmarking in small and medium-size companies in connection with strategic management, to raise their competitiveness and efficiency. The main contribution of the dissertation work is the proposed methodology of implementing and conducting benchmarking in small and medium-size companies and carrying out by consulting companies. The proposal of the methodology contains models of considering the suitability of implementing and conducting benchmarking, and those are the main scientific contribution of the doctorate candidate.

This master thesis deals with increasing performance using benchmarking in selected engineering company in the Zlín region. The theoretical part introduces the concept of benchmarking in the context of improving business performance. The main part however is in-depth case study on business performance. Based on both secondary and primary data sources are the selected engineering companies in the Zlín region evaluated by the benchmarking. Building on outcomes of this evaluation are presented possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.
