In this diploma´s thesis, I evaluate the employee benefits system for a specific company. The theoretical part describes the terms, division of employee benefits and the individual employee benefits. A practical part is oriented mainly on employee benefits in specific company. This part is also dedicated to analyzing the level of employess satisfaction with the benefits that are offered by their employer. In the last part, there are made the suitable suggestions based on the results of the analysis.

This thesis deals with the proposal of changes in the motivation system in the chosen company. The theoretical part was focused on the basic concepts and definitions that are connected with the given problematics. In the practical part of the thesis was carried out an analysis of the current motivation system of the company through an interview, study of business documents and questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, proposals for changes resulting from the results of the questionnaire survey were presented. Key proposals included regular employee evaluation, increase knowledge about the provided benefits, transport allowance and corporate events.
