This master thesis continues the master thesis Výroba vodíku z biomasy. In that work were performed first experiments of hydrogen production from beer less by dark fermentation. Further experiments will continue based on previous experiments. For the energy balance were used results from [1] and data obtained from literature searches, because the results of the experiments were not entirely satisfactory. Energy balance was calculated for a laboratory fermenter to evaluate the efficiency of energy obtainable from the hydrogen produced by fermentation in a dark laboratory conditions. It was compared the yield given in [1] and yield derived from a literature review. The conclusion presents recommendations for further research.

This master's thesis deals with the proposal of the cost-effective biomass and coal combustion concept for a real generation plant. The optimization of the current fuel basis exploitation and annual operation scheduling was the main goal. Applying the regression analysis and stochastic programming the mathematical model was constructed based on the operating data. The overall energy source model was implemented to the concept of the optimal operation scheduling considering the economic aspects. The fuel utilization and energy production planning are the main applications of this design.

This thesis is about gasification legislative acts and novels too. The main body of the thesis is about the experimental gasification in Biofluid 100 machine. This machine is located in the Fakulty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno. There were the samples of gases and tars collected during the gasification. From this samples was made the analysis. Then the mass content BTEX, n-alkans and PAHs.According the process of experiments was set the procedure of gasification. Finally there was a evaluation of the chipboard gasification made.
