Based on a regulatory plan, I chose a plot of the city corner for my diploma thesis, which is an introduction to Francouzská Street. At present, this plot is used only as a parking lot, but it is located in an interesting busy place in the mouth of the five roads. Based on the new regulatory plan, the plot is located on the dominant site of the city piazzetta with a function full of people and commercial partners. My goal is to create a significant city corner, which will be a local dominant of the nearby area. The filling of the house is commercial, administrative, and residential. The proposal will allow fluctuations in the ratio between these functions due to the variability of market demand. With the statue of a staircase, I want to create a communication space for the residents of the house, where PROMENADE will be created and at the same time will serve as an interesting backdrop for the parterre.

The theme of master thesis was to cover issues of controlling the wastewater treatment plant, to introduce latest standards applied in design of graphical interface and design the set of fucntional and graphical objects. First parts focuses on listing of power devices, sensors used in wastewater plant and issues of its control, followed by HMI standards introduction. Practical part contents of configuration of control system, desription of functions with flowcharts. Subsequently the thesis covers specificall graphical objects and its connection onto functional blocks.

Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of threats on agriculture land by water erosion in the cadastral area of village Čikov before and after proposing of counter – erosion measures. For the calculation of erosion was used Universal equation (USLE) according to Wischmeier and Smith. The analytical operations leading to the calculation individual factors Universal equation and average long-term loss of soil by water erosion were made using the software ArcGIS, USLE2D and LS – Converter. Partial analysis are presented in the form of map outputs. In the interest area, after the calculating of the USLE, it was found that on 30,39 ha occurs very strong erosion which represents 4,73 % of the solved area. Strong erosion occurs on 36,56 ha (5,68 %), medium erosion on 229,94 ha (35,75 %) and slight erosion on 346,33 ha (53,84 %). Thanks to the proposed counter – erosion measures, very strong erosion in the interest area was completely eliminated. Strong erosion was reduced to only 2,52 ha (0,39 %) and medium erosion to 74,79 ha (11,58 %). Slight erosion increased to 566,21 ha (88,03 %).

This thesis describes the alignment, processing and data evaluation of the 14th and 15th period (in the year 2011) of the monitoring of moving rock blocks in sagging Nová Rasovna situated near the village Holštejn, Czech Republic. These two periods are compared with each other and afterward the coordinates from 2011 are compared with coordinates from all previous periods, mainly with the zero period.

Can architecture ease the departure of people and their loved ones and remove or at least alleviate the stigmatization and taboo of death? The aim of this work is to design an ideal space for palliative care. The aim is not to design another hospice, or home for the elderly people, which has been designed and built more or less enough (see Analytical section). The task I set out was to accommodate this space on the basis of its broad context, to focus on the right urban location, operational content, relationships with and around, linking, opening, ... but also the very idea of death, leaving parting. Wider relationships The plot is located south of the historic center of Brno in the city of Brno- Thorny. It is called the "New South Center" along with the land in the northern part behind Opuštěná Street and the eastern lands on which the Central Bus Station is located today The bell ringer. Significant buildings near the solved area is the area of the shopping gallery Vaňkovka s FAIT Gallery and Trinity Palace, then the Šlapanice Municipal Office and the aforementioned bus station. The land has not been built up for a long time due to the existence of floodplains, so it is not contaminated in any way. It is also related to the very long discussion about the relocation of the main train station, the location of which already was decided in 2018. The station should therefore be built by the river. Related to this is the development of the South centers, construction of mixed urban development with functions of housing, services, trade, office and rentable space. This action should expand the center by a busy "boulevard" connecting the visual axis of the railway station with the historical center of Brno. It would then be at the end of the boulevard main train station and integrated main bus station. The existence of the river is very important and the park, which enter this area and give it the unmistakable character of a city-wide importance. Definition and purpose of construction The aim of the work is to the given block urban structure (territorial study of the so - called South Quarter - Trnitá KAM Brno 2019) to design a multifunctional house. Students then choose the location of the object in the area or objects, establish and justify the construction program and process the work to the extent specified below. Proposal will be developed freely according to the regulations set out in the above-mentioned territorial study. Designed by me the building combines the functions of housing with spaces for services in the street parterre of the building. Urban concept The uniqueness of the whole area is direct contact with the historic center, the new main train station and the very close presence of the Svratka River, which is of direct contact in this area borders of my parcel. These facts bring important ideas to this situation and that urban traffic and recreation by the river. It is evident that the river does not have the potential in this area and only so it will have no analogues in Brno, precisely because of the expected high concentration of people traveling on the train, so thanks to the new inhabitants, which should be up to 10,000. The new waterfront would be used by both residents district, as well as people from the area, or visitors commuting by train. That's why I design the whole street parterre buildings as public. I am creating small spaces for a café with a possible use of the anteroom in front of the building itself to sit. The upper floors then serve purely as living areas. The embankment of the Svratka River separates the greenery and the adjoining cycle path to the already very popular track along whole river. Transport solutions The building is transported for cars from the west side of the river to the service two-way calmed communication. At the ends of the building is the entrance to the elevator for passengers cars leading to underground parking garages. Supply of commercial space on.

The project focuses on the urban design of an urban residential block, primary school and park in the newly emerging ecological district of Plaines du Loup in Lausanne, Switzerland. The proposal is based on the created master plan and regulatory plan from the TRIBU architectes, which sets out the basic rules for building regulations and approach in the area.

The project deals with the analysis of the current state of the former textile factory Vlnena and its surroundings, urban design study and detailed design of multifunctional block of houses in this area. Urban study responds to the actual intentions of Brno and creates a clear urban structure that respects the existing landmarks in the area. Designed urban block combines preserved factory buildings new constructions, which complements the urban structure. Two former administration buildings taken over housing and hotel functions. Hall of repairs is adjusted for cultural use in connection with the courtyard. The former building of needlework with new completion creates creative center with ateliers, presentation rooms and exhibition space in the ground floor. The block is closed by new buildings of relaxation center with wellness and sports activities and residential building. New buildings are linked to the underground car park.

The new urban structure is based on a moving out of the railway and bus station. These parcels are used as public places. It is a new large city park and underground two-storey parking house. All is opened to the street Koliště by new retail spaces. The old structure of a viaduct is preserved in part from 19th Century. The viaduct has a new direction and connection with a city centre. It is a new pedestrian corridor for citizens and residents of blocks of flats connected with that line in the same level. The Six-storey office buildings are playing role of a sound isolation for these living areas. The theme of diploma thesis is one urban block consisted of a two parts. One part is office buildings and the second one is blocks of flats. It is retail and parking on the first floor. The entrance of this new part of the city is accented by the tower of luxury flats with magnificent view on the city panorama and two large roof terraces. The entrance level inside of the block is raised to the line of the viaduct. Two floors under this level are designed for a parking. This green area serves for residents of flats and their free time activities.
