No. of bitstreams: 2 Dissert__Laerson_Pires_Gonzaga.pdf: 1310212 bytes, checksum: 48332e97367395626b328cf796641399 (MD5) license_rdf: 23148 bytes, checksum: 9da0b6dfac957114c6a7714714b86306 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2011-08-22 / The present study, linked to the line of research Training and Teacher Professional, of the School of Education (Post-Graduation Department), of the Federal University of Goiás and the Study and research for Children and their Education in Different Contexts Nucleus (Nepiec), aimed to investigate, analyze and understand the historical movement of approch between the fields of Early Childhood Education and Physical Education, having as object the Body Education and experience of the Municipal Goiânia than in the years 2000 and 2001 incorporated the framework of public Early Childhood Education teachers from the Physical Education. We therefore investigated the role played by the body in the history of early childhood education, the historicizing of Physical Education and training directed towards the performance spaces in early childhood education, the process of integration of physical education teachers in Municipal Center for Child Education of the Municipal Network Education Goiânia. We base on historical data obtained primarily through literature and documents, from empirical data obtained on account of semi-structured interviews with those involved in the insertion of the Physical Education teachers in these Municipal Center for Child Education. In the dialectical analysis of the data, we base on the principles of historical research described by Alberti and Bacellar, collectively organized in the work of Pinsky. We talk with leading authors in the history of Early Childhood Education - Kuhlmann Jr., Merisse, Kramer, Oliveira, Barbosa, Rizzini, Del Priori, among others - and Physical Education - Soares, Bracht, Sayão, Oliveira, Negrini, among the main ones. We start with the understanding that body education has been the main element of approch between the areas of Physical Education and Early Childhood Education in that constituted as object of study and intervention of both, but also, because of their pedagogical possibilities, as well as, has been the argument for the inclusion of physical education teachers in Early Childhood Education. We found that: a) - Body Education has always been present in early childhood education, even though historically there has been no physical education teachers working at this stage of education, b) - in Brazil, the field of Physical Education has been interested only in the Early Childhood Education last twenty years, according to the appropriation of knowledge produced in the areas of history, anthropology, social sciences, c) - the inclusion of physical education teachers in Early Childhood Education in Goiânia city was an experience that's part of the PE teachers, permitted advances in relation to body education of young children, but the part of the Municipal Secretariat, caused the fragmentation of activities with the children pedagogical actions bodily, d) - without specific training, the desire for Physical Education teachers to work in Early Childhood Education tends to not be well successful, as shown by the experience of Goiânia. In this sense, the fields of Early Childhood Education and Physical Education must join together to overcome the challenges faced on this issue. / O presente estudo, vinculado à linha de pesquisa Formação e Profissionalização Docente do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Goiás e também ao Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas da Infância e sua Educação em Diferentes Contextos (Nepiec), teve como objetivo investigar, analisar e compreender o movimento histórico de aproximação entre os campos da Educação Infantil e da Educação Física, tendo como objeto a Educação Corporal e a experiência da Secretaria Municipal de Goiânia que, nos anos 2000 e 2001, incorporou ao quadro de docentes da Educação Infantil pública os professores de Educação Física. Procuramos investigar o lugar ocupado pelo corpo na história da Educação Infantil, a historização da Educação Física e sua formação voltada para a atuação nos espaços educacionais da pequena infância, o processo de inserção dos professores de Educação Física nos Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil da Rede Municipal de Educação de Goiânia. Baseamos nos dados históricos obtidos principalmente através da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, de dados empíricos alcançados por conta de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os sujeitos envolvidos na inserção dos professores de Educação Física nos referidos Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil. Na análise dialética dos dados, fundamentamos nos princípios da pesquisa histórica descrita por Alberti e Bacellar, coletivamente organizados na obra de Pinsky. Dialogamos com os principais autores da história da Educação Infantil - Kuhlmann Jr., Merisse, Kramer, Oliveira, Barbosa, Rizzini, Del Priori, entre outros - e da Educação Física - Soares, Bracht, Sayão, Oliveira, Negrine, dentre os principais. Partimos da compreensão de que a Educação Corporal tem sido o principal elemento de aproximação entre as áreas da Educação Física e da Educação Infantil na medida em que se constitui como objeto de estudos e intervenção de ambas, mas, também, devido às suas possibilidades pedagógicas, assim como tem servido de argumento para a inserção de professores de EF na EI. Verificamos que: a) - a Educação Corporal sempre esteve presente na Educação Infantil, mesmo que historicamente não tenha havido professores de Educação Física atuando nesta etapa educacional; b) - no Brasil, o campo da Educação Física vem se interessando pela Educação Infantil apenas nos últimos vinte anos, em função da apropriação dos conhecimentos produzidos nas áreas da história, antropologia, ciências sociais; c) - a inserção dos professores de Educação Física na Educação Infantil municipal em Goiânia foi uma experiência que, da parte dos professores de EF, possibilitou avanços em relação à Educação Corporal das crianças pequenas, mas por parte da Secretaria Municipal, ocasionou a fragmentação das ações pedagógicas corporais com as crianças; d) sem formação específica, o desejo de professores de EF de atuar na EI tende a não ser bem sucedido, como revelou a experiência de Goiânia.
