Heart rate variability belongs to basic and most frequently interpretation of physiologic statement in medicine. The pulse rate serves as an indicator of the heart activity. The subject of this diploma thesis is projection of the heartbeat counter. The work describes electrocardiograph and separated waves, ways of calculation heart rate, characteristics mechanism for measuring and other necessary information about heart rate measuring. This master thesis fixates on heart rate-calculation from including R-R intervals. Here is described whole project of heartbeat counter, properties of separated blocks and calculation of useful parameters. Further there is noted software resolution for the microcontroller and program for the calculation of heart rate frequency including unwinding signal preprocessing and detection of separated QRS complexes. The products of this diploma thesis are the circuit including the board circuit and codes of separated programs.

The purpose of this thesis is to create a tutorial that could help developers interested in creating new applications for Apple iPhone to pass their initial unfamiliarity with the phone, its development environment, the programming language and the use of other components of the phone. The tutorial should be helpful for readers who have at least basic knowledge of the application development. There are also some useful links for readers who have no previous knowledge of programs' development. These materials describe some basic features and then clarify the common issues in more depth. Not only does this tutorial describe the phone's features and development tools, it also explains development procedures of concrete application. The phone has been introduced with a lot of new features such as accelerometer, large touch screen, etc. Therefore the application is trying to take advantage of most of these characteristics. The motive of this application stems from the old Russian game Tetris. This document describes only the functional and graphical design, concrete implementation and the source code are included in attachments.

Actualmente el sector construcción está atravesando una de las peores crisis económicas de la historia, esto se debe a la coyuntura actual por la enfermedad del Covid-19. Estos problemas han generado que, muchas empresas se vean en la necesidad de invertir en medidas innovadoras para poder subsistir frente a esta crisis, entre ellas tenemos; el home office, la inserción de nuevas herramientas digitales y los cambios del método tradicional en proyectos.
En nuestro país, la aplicación del método tradicional para ejecutar los proyectos de construcción, han ocasionado diversas irregularidades y problemas en las etapas del proyecto, esto se debe, por la ausencia de comunicación y coordinación entre los Stakeholders, afectando ampliamente en los resultados, aumentando los costos y plazos del proyecto. A diferencia de un enfoque tradicional, los entornos colaborativos en los proyectos de construcción nos ofrecen un ambiente de trabajo participativo en donde los Stakeholders tienen absoluta cooperación con los intereses del proyecto. Además, la actuación del constructor tiene una representación significativa, ya que ofrece contribuciones desde etapas iniciales en la realización del proyecto, logrando aumentar la productividad y optimizando la constructabilidad. El presente trabajo de investigación, es una guía que se elaboró como apoyo para tener una visión más integrada en los proyectos inmobiliarios, donde prevalecen los procedimientos de colaboración del constructor junto a los Stakeholders. Asimismo, se muestra dos casos de estudio de la metodología planteada, justificando contribuciones considerables en etapas de diseño y construcción, alcanzando reducir los costos y plazos del proyecto. / Currently the construction sector is going through one of the worst economic crises in history, this is due to the current situation due to the Covid-19 disease. These problems have caused many companies to find themselves in the need to invest in innovative measures in order to survive in the face of this crisis, among them we have; the home office, the insertion of new digital tools and the changes of the traditional method in projects.
In our country, the application of the traditional method to execute construction projects has caused various irregularities and problems in the stages of the project, this is due to the lack of communication and coordination between the Stakeholders, widely affecting the results, increasing the costs and deadlines of the project. Unlike a traditional approach, collaborative environments in construction projects offer us a participatory work environment where the Stakeholders have full cooperation with the interests of the project. In addition, the performance of the constructor has a significant representation, since it offers contributions from the initial stages in the realization of the project, managing to increase productivity and optimizing constructability This research work is a guide that was developed as a support to have a more integrated vision in real estate projects, where the collaboration procedures of the builder prevail with the Stakeholders. There were studied integration possibilities of SAP system with Adobe PDF forms and application MS Excel. Advantages and disadvantages of these two technologies were compared. The theoretical part of diploma thesis describes also the technology of SAP systems based on NetWeaver platform and the main product mySAP. The practical part describes a concrete business scenario of purchase order process where is also invoice verification list included. The result of the work is analysis, design and implementation of concrete solution for "invoice verification list" generating in SAP system. A development SAP VUT application was used for implementation and testing.

The virtual economy has been gaining attraction since the increase of blockchain and web 3.0technology adoption. However, regarding the rise of web3.0 startups, the corporate pursuing this technology are still limited. Due to the early stage of technology, this research aims to study the critical driving forces in thriving internal capability enhancement and achieving long-term sustainable competitive advantages. Furthermore, the corporate venture builder mechanism will be investigated and analyzed in terms of essential barriers to incubating, accelerating, and successfully spin-off the web 3.0 venture from the corporate. This research aims to identify critical barriers regarding the five following aspects: Governance, Resources management, Corporate venture builder structure and processes, Ecosystem, and Technology and business capabilities. This research extracts empirical data from the semi-structured interviews from multi-stakeholders perspectives and the result shows that most interviewees have a similar understanding of fundamental VB structure and processes, while some details might be adapted based on each corporate’s context, size, prerequisite expertise, and capabilities. Moreover, the critical drivers can be considered a long-term aspiration of sustainable internal capability enhancement and competitiveness advantages. While the leadership in the governance aspect is one of the most critical barriers for a new venture toestablish. / Den virtuella ekonomin har sett ett växande intresse i samband med den ökade adaptionen av blockchain- och web3.0-teknologi. Men när det gäller uppkomsten av web3.0-startups är det fortfarande begränsat med företag som eftersträvar att arbeta med denna teknik. På grund av teknikens tidiga skede syftar denna forskning till att studera de kritiska drivkrafterna för blomstrande intern kapacitetsförbättring och för att uppnå långsiktigt hållbara konkurrensfördelar. Dessutom kommer mekanismen för internt företagsbyggande att undersökas och analyseras i termer av väsentliga hinder för att inkubera, accelerera och framgångsrikt spinna av web3.0-satsningar från företaget. Denna forskning syftar till attidentifiera kritiska barriärer för de fem följande aspekterna: Styrning, Resursförvaltning, Corporate venture builder-struktur och processer, Ekosystem och Teknik och affärs kapacitet. Denna forskning extraherar empirisk data från de semistrukturerade intervjuerna från perspektiv av flera intressenter, och analyserar och kombinerar även de sekundära datakällorna för vidare diskussion. Resultatet visar att de flesta intervjupersoner har en liknande förståelse för grundläggande VB-struktur och processer, medan vissa detaljer kan anpassas baserat på varje företags sammanhang, storlek, förutsättningsexpertis och kapacitet. Dessutom kan de kritiska drivkrafterna betraktas som en långsiktig strävan efter hållbar intern kapacitetsförbättring och konkurrensfördelar. Medan ledarskapet i förvaltningsaspekten är en av de mest kritiska barriärerna för att en ny satsning ska etableras.

Development and Testing of A Space-borne GPS Signal Strength SensorLu, Dianhong 13 October 2003 (has links)
The Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite signals provide not only traditional radionavigation service but inexpensive and convenient radio beacons for signal propagation studies on ionosphere and atmosphere. This thesis describes the development and testing of a specialized GPS sensor which measures, plots and records real-time high-resolution L1 (1575.42MHz) GPS signal strength at a data rate of up to 10Hz. The instrument is based on an open architecture GPS receiver development kit that can be modified and rebuilt. The signal strength is defined as mean-square signal strength in the thesis. The coarse/acquisition code (C/A-code) correlation is applied and the raw correlation data from a GPS correlator chip is obtained to calculate the signal strength. The gain variation of the automatic gain control (AGC) in the GPS signal link is considered, and a model is designed and implemented in data post-processing to reduce the AGC distortion to GPS signal strength measurements. Speed limitation of 1,000 knots and height limitation of 60,000 feet are removed so that it can track spacecraft such as low earth orbit (LEO) satellite. Four testing plans are developed and conducted to test the GPS signal strength sensor. A GPS simulator is used and the testing results prove that the space-borne sensor is fully operational and the signal strength resolution can be smaller than 0.05dB. Additionally, a COM-port-to-TCP/IP GPS simulation remote control gateway is designed and implemented for the senor and the GPS simulator to conduct formation flying. A graphic user interface (GUI) program is also built to retrieve data from a commercial high-performance space-borne GPS receiver for comparison. A Red Hat Linux signal strength sensor based on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) PiVoT GPS receiver is achieved by modifications. The NASA PiVoT sensor, working together with the former signal strength sensor and the commercial space-borne GPS receiver, will strengthen our academic research strength in the studies on the ionospheric and atmospheric effects and irregularities which cause GPS signal degradation and scintillations. / Master of Science

O programa foi desenvolvido na linguagem C++ e foi utilizado a biblioteca OpenGL. O resultado obtido é uma imagem tridimensional de onde pode ser extraídas cotas de altura e formas de terreno. Estas imagens poderão ser usadas no estudo de áreas de risco em encostas. / In this dissertation is presented the development of a computational tool for the processing of pairs of images estereoscópicas obtained by metric and not metric aerial cameras. The program was developed in the program language C++ and the library was used OpenGL. control strategies for power electronics applications has aroused a growing interest of
many researchers. This interest is due to the great advantages offered by FPGA, which
include: lower design effort, high performance and highly flexible prototyping. This
work proposes the development and implementation of an unified one-cycle controller
for boost CFP rectifier based on FPGA. This controller can be applied to a total of
twelve converters, six inverters and six rectifiers defined by four single phase VSI
topologies and three voltage modulation types. The topologies considered in this work
are: full-bridge, interleaved full-bridge, half-bridge and interleaved half-bridge. While
modulations are classified in bipolar voltage modulation (BVM), unipolar voltage
modulation (UVM) and clamped voltage modulation (CVM). The proposed project is
developed and prototyped using tools Matlab/Simulink? together with the DSP Builder
library provided by Altera?. The proposed controller was validated with simulation and
