Subject of the masters’s thesis is new building of kindergarden in Jevíčko. The building is designed in flat terrain. The main entrence is oriented to the northwest. The building consist of two storey and has partial basement. Supporting structures consist of brickwork and celings Porotherm. Roof is flat with asfalt felts.

The designed pension for elderly with care servise is situated in Měřín locality. It is the a bricked two-floor object with no cellars, made of POROTHERM system. The base zones are made of the plain concrete. Roof construction is solved by one-shell roof. The dimensions of the building are 41,35 x 33,15 meters.

Detta kandidatexamensarbete undersöker detaljplaneprocessen för detindustriområde som planerats och anlagts på fastigheten Munkeröd 1:12 m.fl. i Stenungsunds kommun, där ett jordskred skedde i september 2023. Undersökningen gjordes genom en dokument- och litteraturstudie samt en intervjustudie. Resultatet tyder på att kommunen gjort flera tveksamma riskbedömningar avseende den geotekniska säkerheten. Bland annat togs viktig information gällande den bedömda stabiliteten för planområdet bort och en felaktig bergskarta låg till grund för områdets lastbegränsningar. Dessa bedömningar ochbeslut tros ligga till grund för att skredet skedde. Analysen av detaljplaneprocessen visar på behovet av att under den långa processen behålla kontinuitet och noggrannhet. Vidare belyser arbetet nödvändigheten av ett nära samarbete med utomstående experter, särskilt inom geoteknik, samt myndigheter för att möjliggöra för adekvata riskbedömningar. Dessutom krävs e nöppen dialog med berörda parter och en systematisk grundlig hantering av riskerna genom hela planprocessen. Sammanfattningsvis visar arbetet värdet av att integrera riskhantering på ett effektivt sätt i detaljplaneringen för att skapa robusta och hållbara samhällen. Genom att dra lärdomar från tidigare erfarenheter, som skredet i Stenungsund, kan vi förbättra planeringsprocessen och på så sätt minska risken för framtida katastrofer. / This bachelor's degree project examines the planning process for the industrial area planned and constructed on the property Munkeröd 1:12 in Stenungsund Municipality, where a landslide occurred in September 2023. The investigation was conducted through a documentand literature study, as well as through an interview study. The results indicate that the municipality made several questionable risk assessments regarding geotechnical safety. Forexample, crucial information regarding the assessed stability of the planning area was removed, and an incorrect bedrock map was used as the basis for the load limitations in the area. These assessments and decisions are believed to have contributed to the landslide. The analysis of the planning process highlights the need to maintain continuity and thoroughness throughout the long process. Furthermore, the degree project underscores the necessity of close collaboration with external experts, especially in geotechnics, as well as government agencies to enable adequate risk assessments. Additionally, an open dialogue with interested parties and a systematic, thorough handling of risks throughout the entire planningprocess are required. In summary, the degree project demonstrates the value of effectively integrating riskmanagement into the planning process to create robust and sustainable communities. By learning from past experiences, such as the landslide in Stenungsund, we can improve the planning process and thereby reduce the risk of future natural disasters.

The subject of this diploma thesis is dealing with a construction-technological project of a hotel in Dolní Lomná. The main subject of this thesis is a technological report, coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a feasibility study of the main technological phases, a project of the site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles and building mechanisation, a time-schedule plan, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceilings, control and test plan, health and safety at work and a technological regulation for the implementation of rider bracing with economic balance. Part of the work is the itemized budget and calculating to THU.

The theme of my diploma thesis is a preparation of realization of administrative building, The Czech Technological park Brno. Thesis contains a technical report of the technological project, a mechanical assembly, a technological specification of monolithic structure contains a included inspection and test plan and a calculation of the formwork time. It also includes the project of construction zone solution, a time schedule, a time and financial plan, an itemized budget and bill of quantities, a calculation of buildings according to THU, a transport routes. Part of the thesis are also selected a LEED certification credits and safety and a health protection during work plan.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the construction of an administrative building with garages in Prague. The building is located in an enclosed area in the Prague-Veleslavín district. The main subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of construction - object, a study of implementation of main technological stages of building, a project of the site equipment, a design of main construction machines and mechanisms, a time plan of main building, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceiling structures, a quality control and testing plan for monolithic ceiling structures. The diploma thesis also includes the calculation of construction according to THU, a occupational health and safety plan, concreting economics, a noise study, a selected points LEED certification and a budget with site equipment costs.
