A arquitetura contemporânea vive hoje uma arriscada fusão com a publicidade e a indústria do entretenimento. Tal convergência exige uma expansão da forma arquitetônica até o limite de sua materialidade. Em busca da renda informacional máxima, característica do universo das marcas mundiais, constatamos uma inversão de seus antigos fundamentos construtivos e produtivos, subvertidos por um jogo de volumes e efeitos para além de qualquer regra ou limitação. Aliado às técnicas digitais de projeto e à reorganização dos canteiros de obra, esse novo fetichismo da forma, análogo à autonomização do poder e da riqueza abstrata no capitalismo contemporâneo, define a nova condição da arquitetura. Estudaremos essa condição tomando como fio condutor projetos dos arquitetos mais consagrados pelo atual sistema de distinção e premiação. No propósito de melhor identificar esta arquitetura da exceção, investigamos nas obras emblemáticas dos últimos vinte anos um conjunto de particularidades e recorrências, que a nosso ver define a economia política da exceção e da regra no mundo atual. Principiamos pela análise do emaranhado de significados que sustentam hoje a forma construída, passando em seguida à esfera da produção das novas modalidades de projeto digital às transformações no canteiro de obras para, ao fim, examinar como ocorrem a circulação (com a proliferação de imagens midiáticas), o consumo (especialmente por meio da indústria do turismo) e a distribuição de riquezas que essa arquitetura favorece. O que se verifica é uma produção sobredeterminada pela busca da renda monopolista derivada das propriedades intrínsecas da forma, em seu novo estágio de concepção e realização. Esperamos, assim, mostrar como a arquitetura de ponta tornou-se uma das manifestações mais expressivas da acumulação flexível e da renda das marcas sob a dominância da lógica das finanças. / Contemporary architecture is dangerously enmeshed with the entertainment industry and the field of advertising. This meshing has pushed architectural form to the limits of materiality. Architecture today searches for maximum informational rent, a process typical of global product branding; through this process, established building and production principles are subverted by a play of volumes and effects beyond any rule or limitation. Relying on digital design technologies and the reorganization of the building site, this new fetishism of form, analogous to the autonomization of power and abstract wealth in contemporary capitalism, defines the new condition of architecture. We study this condition by focusing on the work of those architects who are most successful in the current system of professional recognition and rewards. So as to identify this architecture of exception more precisely, we analyze emblematic works from the last twenty years; in these works we identify a set of particularities and recurrent issues that define the political economy of exception and rule today. We begin by analyzing the tangle of meanings associated with contemporary built form. We then move on to the sphere of production from the new technologies of digital design to transformations in the building site. Finally, we examine three processes as they relate to contemporary architecture: circulation (through the proliferation of images in the media), consumption (in particular through the tourist industry), and distribution of wealth. Our investigation reveals that architectural production, in its new stage of conception and realization, is overdetermined by the search for monopoly rent through intrinsic properties of form. We argue that cutting-edge architecture has become one of the most expressive manifestations of flexible accumulation and brand revenue under the prevailing logic of financial capitalism.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to present legal instruments used by the state to protect citizens from indoor radon and its decay products, to assess their effectiveness and to indicate possible pitfalls in their application. The paper first describes the radon issue from the perspective of natural sciences, introduces the unique Czech approach - the Radon Program, and describes handling of the issue by the state administration. The main emphasis is put on the development of related legislation, especially in the field of atomic and building law, where the state's approach to guidance levels is critically evaluated and where some recommendations for building management are mentioned. The legislation is also closely associated with the provision of state subsidies for anti-radon measures. Current developments are evaluated and options potentially leading to an improved effectiveness of this instrument are outlined. From a practical point of view, the paper is complemented by a case report based on private law and the related protection by civil law instrument.

The present work relates to the transfer of the inspirational elements used in St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague focusing on the hanging bolts in the sacristy of the cathedral. Two architects, Matthias of Arras and Peter Parler, participated in the construction of St. Vitus Cathedral in the 14th. Century Both of these builders were inspired by the most important buildings of contemporary Europe and the experience they gained was incorporated in the Prague cathedral. Through thorough research of the life of Matthias of Arras I am able to describe this builder as a unique personality who used a bold modern style for the construction of Prague cathedral and laid the foundation for cathedral architecture in Bohemia. Subsequent analysis of selected buildings constructed in the south of France during the 13th. and the first half of the 14th. centuries reveals many features which exhibit common characteristics with elements used on St. Vitus Cathedral, thus indicating the sources of inspiration for Prague cathedral. Both builders work meets in a space called "Old Sacristy" decorated with two unique pendant bosses. The subject of the diploma thesis is solving of the construction project of the administrative building "Educational and consulting center Open Garden of NGO in Brno" The building is designed as three-storey reinforced concrete skeleton with a flat vegetation roof and a light cladding. The diploma thesis includes technological prescriptions for the assembly of the light cladding and for window installation, inspection and quality plans, design of machine assembly, site equipment project, item budget, etc.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the building-technological project for the construction of a residential building in Hradec Králové. The apartment building is five-storey and has 33 residential units. The work is systematically divided into smaller logical units. First, the project is described in a technical report, followed by studies of the realization of the main building. After the description of the project, an indicative time and financial plan is prepared, which is refined by the schedule and budget itemization of the main building. An integral part of the design is mechanical engineering, staff balance and site construction equipment. To ensure the maximum quality of the work carried out, the technical regulations contain the control and test plans. In order to determine the supply possibilities of the construction it was necessary to carry out an assessment of the wider transport relations around the building.

The final thesis deals with the realization of house with care servise. It contains engineering report, site equioment with drawings. It includes a time schedule and budget. It also processes the technological note of scaffolding and monolithic ceiling constructions. It includes a control and test plann for scaffolding and monolithic ceiling construction, a noise study and crane assessment.

The subject of my diploma thesis is selected parts of the construction technology project of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The content of the work is mainly elaborated technological regulation for making the monolithic ceiling shell of the main aula of the building, processing of the control and test plan and drawings of the ceiling shell. Next, I worked on the design of suitable transport routes to the construction site, the processing of the studies of the implementation of the main technological stages, the design and the processing of the drawings of the construction site, which varies in time depending on the progress of the technological stages, the design and assessment of the lifting mechanisms and machines, time and financial plan, the timetable for the rough construction and the main technological stages, budget of the rough construction, health and safety at work.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a building-technological project for the construction of a hall in Moravany u Brna. The work includes comprehensive studies of implementation including timetable, financial plans and technological regulations. It also deals with the design of the main building mechanisms, building equipment, control and test plan. There are also three drawings of the construction site equipment for the implementation stages.

My diploma thesis solves an extension of rehabilitation centre. The building technological project in this diploma thesis contains primarily technology procedure, model of the building site accessories, time schedule, check and test plan and budget for this extension. Specialization is drawn from the field of structural engineering - thermal and technical assessment of the building.

The master‘s thesis deals with the constructive – technological project of day care centre in Ropice. The project includes a technical report, time and financial schedule, building site, quality and safety requirement, an operating regulativ for implementation of concrete cailing above the 1-st floor of a main building object. The work is based on the project for implementation.
