O alinhamento entre os objetivos de negócio e os objetivos de sistemas de informação exerce papel preponderante no monitoramento do desempenho das empresas, que no cenário atual, altamente competitivo e dinâmico, não podem permitir que seus gestores vacilem quanto às decisões a serem tomadas. Estas decisões estão principalmente baseadas nas informações que estão à disposição das pessoas que decidem. E, se por um lado, o acesso à informação hoje está facilitado devido aos recursos tecnológicos disponíveis, por outro lado, tende a dificultar a escolha das informações que são realmente pertinentes. A despeito da relevância, esta dicotomia muitas vezes leva as empresas a trabalhar com informações baseadas na facilidade de sua obtenção. Neste sentido o alinhamento estratégico entre os objetivos de negócio e os objetivos de sistemas de informação proporciona convergência e reciprocidade entre os rumos que a empresa projeta e o monitoramento das rotas que estão sendo seguidas. Baseados neste conceito, que contempla uma constante revisão, os indicadores que serão utilizados pelos gestores para a avaliação da performance das empresas serão dotados da pertinência necessária para a alteração de rumos programados e para a correção de desvios de rota. Neste contexto está também inserida a indústria da construção civil, que é destacada por seu reconhecido atraso tecnológico, tanto em termos de estrutura como também no tocante à gestão. Contemplando quatro empresas do segmento de construção de edificações comerciais e residenciais, esta pesquisa dá sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento do tema alinhamento estratégico na construção civil, na medida em que, através de um estudo exploratório de casos múltiplos, teve como objetivo identificar o alinhamento entre os objetivos de negócio e os objetivos de sistemas de informação, promovido pelas empresas construtoras de Lajeado (Rio Grande do Sul). Com a utilização de um protocolo de pesquisa baseado em modelos encontrados na literatura, os elementos encontrados em cada empresa foram confrontados entre si e também com àqueles da literatura. Como resultado deste estudo, mediante a convergência de todos os elementos encontrados, foi identificado o modelo de alinhamento adotado por empresas de construção civil, através do relacionamento entre os objetivos de negócio e os objetivos de sistemas de informação, e também os indicadores de desempenho utilizados por estas empresas. / The alignment between business objectives and the objectives of information system exerts a preponderant role on the companies’ performance which, in the actual highly competitive and dynamic scenery, doesn’t allow the companies’ managers to vacillate about the decisions they have to make. Those decisions are based mainly on the information which are available to the people who decide. And, if the access to information today is facilitated due to technologic resources that are available, it tends to make it difficult to choose information which are really pertinent. In spite of relevance, so many times this dichotomy makes companies to work with information that are based on its easiness to be obtained. This way the strategic alignment between business objectives and the objectives of information system provides convergence and reciprocity amid the courses that the company projects and the monitoring of the routes that are been followed. Based on this concept, which contemplates a constant revision, the indicators used by the managers to appraise the organizational performance will be endow of the necessary pertinence to change programmed courses and to correct detour of routes. In this context, the building site industry is also inserted and it is known because of its technology delay in terms of structure as well as concerning management. Contemplating four companies in commercial and residence building segment, this research gives its contribution to the development of the strategic alignment theme on building site industry through a multiple cases exploratory study. Its goal is to identify the alignment between business objectives and the objectives of information system promoted by building companies in the Lajeado (Rio Grande do Sul) city. Trough the use of research protocol based in models found in the literature, the elements set up in each company had been faced amongst themselves and also with that from the literature. As a result of this study, by the convergence of all found elements, it was identified the alignment model adopted by the building companies through the relationship between business and information system objectives and also the performance indicators used by these companies.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of a self-service shopping centre in Stará Plesná village. Time and finance plan, design of machinery and project of building site accessories were elaborated. The work is focused on the main building object SO 101 (Shopping and service centre). For this building pile foundations and top coarse building phase were worked out in greater details. Time plan, item budget and other documents concerning building preparations of object SO 101 are also parts of the work.

Esta dissertação trata das possíveis aproximações entre os campos da arquitetura e do cinema a partir de seus processos de criação e produção. Sob a luz dos estudos genéticos sobre o processo de criação artística foram realizadas entrevistas com arquitetos e cineastas com o objetivo de observar como acontece o criar e o produzir de seus objetos, isto é, o arquiteto quando projeta e constrói, o cineasta quando roteiriza e produz um filme. A partir destes relatos e dos registros de outros autores em relação aos seus processos, colhidos em fontes diversas, foram levantas semelhanças e contrapontos entre o criar e fazer arquitetônico e cinematográfico. / This present work is about the possible similarities between architecture and cinema through their creation and production processes. Under the scope of genetic criticism about the artistic creation process, several interviews were made with architects and filmmakers aiming the observation on how the object\'s creation and production happens, i.e., when the architect designs the project and builds it, and when the filmmaker writes the script and produces it. Based on these interviews and on reports made by other authors describing their own processes, similarities and differences were found between the creation and production in those two fields (architecture and cinema).

Neste trabalho descrevem-se as transformações arquitetônicas e construtivas do edifício público de saúde na cidade de São Paulo, principalmente, a partir da segunda metade do século XIX, com o desenvolvimento da cultura cafeeira, o advento da República e a estruturação do Serviço de Saúde Pública. Especificamente, identificam-se as intervenções físicofuncionais e técnico-construtivas ocorridas no período de 1998 a 2002, em uma série de hospitais públicos, construídos a partir de uma mesma tipologia, na Região Metropolitana da Grande São Paulo. Os resultados mostram que esses hospitais, concebidos em 1986, continuam atuais diante das alterações e reestruturações implementadas no seu espaço físico, visando abrigar novas unidades funcionais e equipamentos, possibilitando a execução de novos procedimentos médico-hospitalares / Abstract: Throughout the centuries the hospital has turned into a social institution, becoming a complex building, sheltering specialties and multiple medical equipment that is reflected in its conception and design. In this paper the architectural and constructive transformations of the public health building are described in the city of São Paulo, mainly, from the second half of the XIX century, with the development of the coffee culture, the coming of the Republic and the structuring of the Public Health Service. Specifically identified are the physical-functional and technical-constructive nterventions that happened from 1998 to 2002, in a series of public hospitals all built from the same typology in the Metropolitan Area of Great São Paulo. The results show that those hospital buildings, conceived in 1986, continue to be updated due to the alterations and restructuring implemented in the spitals, seeking to shelter new functional units and equipment, making possible the execution of new medical/hospital procedures / Mestrado / Edificações / Mestre em Engenharia Civil

The aim of the diploma thesis is a constructional and technological project of regional branch VZP in the town Jihlava. The project includes a building site outfit, technological rule for prefabricated skeletel constructions, budget, time schedule, kontrol and test plans, design of machine works, contract for work and safety report. As a part of the diploma thesis is also confrontation contact heta cladding system and heat cladding system with a ventilated air gap. The last supplement is safety report at demolitions.

A arquitetura contemporânea vive hoje uma arriscada fusão com a publicidade e a indústria do entretenimento. Tal convergência exige uma expansão da forma arquitetônica até o limite de sua materialidade. Em busca da renda informacional máxima, característica do universo das marcas mundiais, constatamos uma inversão de seus antigos fundamentos construtivos e produtivos, subvertidos por um jogo de volumes e efeitos para além de qualquer regra ou limitação. Aliado às técnicas digitais de projeto e à reorganização dos canteiros de obra, esse novo fetichismo da forma, análogo à autonomização do poder e da riqueza abstrata no capitalismo contemporâneo, define a nova condição da arquitetura. Estudaremos essa condição tomando como fio condutor projetos dos arquitetos mais consagrados pelo atual sistema de distinção e premiação. No propósito de melhor identificar esta arquitetura da exceção, investigamos nas obras emblemáticas dos últimos vinte anos um conjunto de particularidades e recorrências, que a nosso ver define a economia política da exceção e da regra no mundo atual. Principiamos pela análise do emaranhado de significados que sustentam hoje a forma construída, passando em seguida à esfera da produção das novas modalidades de projeto digital às transformações no canteiro de obras para, ao fim, examinar como ocorrem a circulação (com a proliferação de imagens midiáticas), o consumo (especialmente por meio da indústria do turismo) e a distribuição de riquezas que essa arquitetura favorece. O que se verifica é uma produção sobredeterminada pela busca da renda monopolista derivada das propriedades intrínsecas da forma, em seu novo estágio de concepção e realização. Esperamos, assim, mostrar como a arquitetura de ponta tornou-se uma das manifestações mais expressivas da acumulação flexível e da renda das marcas sob a dominância da lógica das finanças. / Contemporary architecture is dangerously enmeshed with the entertainment industry and the field of advertising. This meshing has pushed architectural form to the limits of materiality. Architecture today searches for maximum informational rent, a process typical of global product branding; through this process, established building and production principles are subverted by a play of volumes and effects beyond any rule or limitation. Relying on digital design technologies and the reorganization of the building site, this new fetishism of form, analogous to the autonomization of power and abstract wealth in contemporary capitalism, defines the new condition of architecture. We study this condition by focusing on the work of those architects who are most successful in the current system of professional recognition and rewards. So as to identify this architecture of exception more precisely, we analyze emblematic works from the last twenty years; in these works we identify a set of particularities and recurrent issues that define the political economy of exception and rule today. We begin by analyzing the tangle of meanings associated with contemporary built form. We then move on to the sphere of production from the new technologies of digital design to transformations in the building site. Finally, we examine three processes as they relate to contemporary architecture: circulation (through the proliferation of images in the media), consumption (in particular through the tourist industry), and distribution of wealth. Our investigation reveals that architectural production, in its new stage of conception and realization, is overdetermined by the search for monopoly rent through intrinsic properties of form. We argue that cutting-edge architecture has become one of the most expressive manifestations of flexible accumulation and brand revenue under the prevailing logic of financial capitalism.
