The goal of this diploma thesis is to create a building technology project for construction of 4 flat houses within stage 3a. of the building project „Green town of Prague – Jarov, phase II“. The flat houses are in two pairs interconnected by basement, each is a 7 floor high reinforced concrete building with flat roof and is functionally connected to others by a terrace garden system. This document focuses on organisation and preparation of the construction. It includes building site equipment, cost calculation for setting up and servicing of the building site with graphical illustrations for selected construction phases. Additionally a detailed time schedule was created with a proposal for stream construction of the reinforced concrete scelet and lining in the pairs of interconnected buildings. A realization study of the main technological phases was also prepared. The diploma thesis covers in detail construction of reinforced steel scelet and circumferential casing including a layer of contact insulation system. A blueprint of formwork for walls and ceiling is included in the manual for construction of reinforced steel scelet. On these particular actions probationary and control plans were added. The required machinery set with detailed placement was also drafted. An itemized budget for the main building was prepared as well. Attached to this document is a detailed manual on how to use housing units including repairs and revisions plan for next 30 years. Part of this diploma thesis is also a detailed study covering the construction in relation to the surronding living and educational areas.

Entwicklung beruflicher Handlungskompetenz in der gärtnerischen Berufsausbildung durch die Anwendung des Lernfeldkonzepts

Im Rahmen eines Dissertationsvorhabens am Albrecht Daniel Thaer-Institut für Agrar- und Gartenbauwissenschaften der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin wurde die „Entwicklung beruflicher Handlungskompetenz in der gärtnerischen Berufsausbildung durch die Anwendung des Lernfeldkonzepts“ untersucht und in einem pädagogischen Unterrichtsexperiment an gartenbaulichen Berufsschulen in sechs Bundesländern durchgeführt. Damit eine durchgängige Kompetenz- und Outcome-Orientierung Berücksichtigung finden kann, erweiterte der Autor die Untersuchung zur Kompetenzentwicklung um die Aspekte Kompetenzmessung und Kompetenzbewertung. Basierend auf einer Arbeitsprozessanalyse zum Ausbildungsberuf Gärtner der Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau wurden im Dialog mit dem Berufsstand Kriterien und Indikatoren beruflicher Handlungskompetenz von Landschaftsgärtnern definiert sowie berufliche Handlungsfelder (Tätigkeitsfelder) gebildet, aus denen Lernfelder abgeleitet und ein lernfeldstrukturierten Rahmenlehrplan für den berufsbezogenen Unterricht der Berufsschule konzipiert werden konnte. So war es möglich, handlungs- und kompetenzorientierte Lernaufgaben für den Berufsschulunterricht zu entwickeln, die sich an berufstypischen Arbeitssituationen orientieren. Durch die Bearbeitung dieser Lernaufgaben wurden bei den Versuchspersonen didaktisch begründete Lernhandlungen ausgelöst und angestrebte Kompetenzen entwickelt, die mittels eines standardisierten Bewertungsbogens durch Beobachtung (Fremdeinschätzung) und Befragung (Selbsteinschätzung) gemessen werden konnten. Die Bewertung ausgeprägter Kompetenzen erfolgte durch den Einsatz eines outcome-orientierten Abschlusstests „Virtuelle Kleinbaustelle“. Diese schriftliche Mehrfach-Situations-Aufgabe wurde nach Maßgabe eines systematischen Bewertungsrahmens unter Berücksichtigung der Anschlussfähigkeit an DQR und EQR ausgewertet, sodass auf den Erwerb beruflicher Handlungskompetenz in der Ausbildung zum Landschaftsgärtner geschlossen werden kann. / Within a PhD project at the Albrecht Daniel Thaer-Institute for Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin the “development of vocational action competencies regarding the training of gardeners based on the application of the concept of domains of learning” was studied in a teaching experiment at six horticultural vocational schools in six German states. To allow for a consistent focus on competencies and outcome, aspects of competencies measurement and competencies evaluation were included in the study of competency development. Based on an analysis of work processes in occupational training of landscape gardeners, criteria and indicators of vocational action competencies in this field were defined in collaboration with the gardening profession; furthermore, vocational fields of activities were developed. On their basis “domains of learning” (“Lernfelder”) could be derived and accordingly a framework curriculum could be developed for vocational lessons at vocational schools. In this manner it was possible to develop activity- and competence oriented learning tasks for lessons at vocational schools. These learning tasks focus on typical work situations in landscape gardening. When the test persons performed these learning tasks, didactically meaningful learning activities were initiated and the test persons developed the desired competencies. These competencies were measured by means of a standardized evaluation form by observation (external evaluation) and questioning (self-evaluation). The evaluation of profound competencies was carried out using an outcome-oriented final examination tool “small virtual building site”. This written multi-situation task was evaluated according to a systematic evaluation frame under consideration of compatibility with GQF and EQF, so that conclusions can be drawn regarding the acquisition of vocational action competencies during the training for landscape gardener.

L’activité de chantier se caractérise par un mode de production in situ. Dès lors, nombreux sont les dysfonctionnements qui peuvent apparaître. La coordination du chantier repose sur un mélange subtil entre interactions implicites et explicites, où l’organisation prend de multiples configurations (hiérarchique, adhocratique ou transversale), et où la qualité du processus collectif repose sur l’autonomie et le sens des responsabilités de chacun des intervenants. Nous faisons l’hypothèse qu’un tel contexte est largement fondé sur la notion de confiance, car celle-ci a la capacité de réduire la perception du risque et de permettre l’action dans un environnement incertain. En conséquence, nous suggérons un rapprochement entre les outils d’assistance à la coordination et la notion de confiance, et nous proposons une nouvelle approche du pilotage de l’activité collective à partir de la représentation de la confiance. Ce travail de doctorat se structure autour de la notion de « confiance dans le bon déroulement de l’activité ». Notre méthode consiste d’abord en l’identification des divers critères de confiance, consolidés par une étude de terrain. Puis, nous établissons un modèle mathématique destiné à évaluer cette confiance à partir des informations issues d’un contexte de coopération. Sur base de ces éléments, s’en suit la proposition d’un prototype dénommé Bat’iTrust. La navigation au sein de ce prototype est guidée par un tableau de bord centré sur le concept de confiance. Enfin, la validation de cette proposition repose sur des enquêtes et une phase d’expérimentation qui nous ont permis de confronter nos résultats à des sujets expérimentaux représentatifs du domaine / The building construction is an “on-site” production activity. Therefore numerous dysfunctions can appear during the activity. The coordination of building construction depends on a subtle combination between explicit vs. implicit interactions, where organization takes various forms (i.e. hierarchic, adhocratic and transversal). Quality of the collective process is thus largely dependent on autonomy capability and responsibility sharing of each of the involved actors. Our hypothesis is that such a collective context is mainly based on the notion of trust. Indeed trust has the capability to reduce the perception of risk and to enable action in uncertain environments. Consequently, we suggest applying trust notion to the issue of design of cooperation support tools, towards a new vision of collective activity management based on trust representation. This Ph.D. research introduces the notion of “trust in the good progress of the activity”. Our methodology consists firstly in identifying the various trust criterions that we validate through a terrain survey. Secondly we establish a mathematical model aiming at evaluating trust level based on cooperation context information. Then the proposition suggests a prototype tool, called Bat’iTrust. User-navigation inside the prototype is guided by a dashboard view centred on the trust concept. Finally the validation is assessed through both surveys and an experimentation stage. These ones allow us to confront our results to experimenters subjects representative of the construction domain

La recherche porte sur l'étude historique et architecturale de l'église de Sainte-Marie-Majeure à Ferentino (province de Frosinone, Italie), l'un des plus importants édifices construits dans le Latium méridional au XIIIe siècle. Le contexte scientifique montre d'énormes désaccords relatifs à la période d'édification et, par conséquent, aux différentes références culturelles ayant inspiré l'architecture de l'église, à partir des abbayes de Fossanova (1208) et Casamari (1217). D'autre part, en raison de la rareté des sources médiévales qui nous sont parvenues, nous ne connaissons pas avec précision la chronologie relative et absolue du bâtiment. Le texte de synthèse, qui est supporté de deux volumes supplémentaires rassemblant les sources iconographiques et toute la documentation écrite (inédite ou non) sur Sainte-Marie-Majeure, se compose de trois parties. Après avoir retracé l'histoire de l'église, depuis ses origines jusqu'aux dernières restaurations, à partir de l'exposé critique de questions historiographiques, l'architecture de l'édifice et ses principales phases de construction sont analysées de manière exhaustive. Enfin, la dernière section contextualise notre étude de cas dans le cadre du renouvellement architectural du Latium méridional et, plus largement, dans l'histoire de l'architecture médiévale, sans se limiter à l'Italie. En sélectionnant tel édifice-clé, constituant un exemplum sous le point de vue architectural, la recherche a spécifié les modalités de réception et de transmission des modèles provenant de la Bourgogne et de l'Ile-de-France à l'architecture religieuse et civile dans la province ecclésiastique de Campagna et Marittima au XIIIe siècle. / My research deals with the historical and architectural study of Santa Maria Maggiore in Ferentino (in the modern province of Frosinone), one of the most important buildings erected in southern Lazio during the thirteenth century. The existing scholarship on the church was out of date and suffered from large gaps that left the history of its construction unexplained. Neither the date of the site‟s foundation nor that of its completion are known because of the lack of medieval documentary sources. Consequently, the main disagreements about Santa Maria Maggiore had concerned the sources of inspiration for its architecture, as scholars generally compared it to the model of the Cistercian abbeys of Fossanova (1208) and Casamari (1217). My dissertation is accompanied by two additional volumes containing the images supporting the text and a catalogue of written sources including unpublished archival documents, and it is divided into three parts. The first traces the entire history of the building and begins with a critical exposition of related historiographical issues. The second section exhaustively analyses the architecture of the church and its building phases by reconciling documentary evidence and visual analysis of the church. The third section contextualizes the design of Santa Maria Maggiore within the territory of southern Lazio and the panorama of "Cistercian" architecture. By taking this exemplary monument as its subject, my research demonstrates the complex reception of architectural models from Burgundy and the Ile-de-France, analysing their subsequent reworkings in thirteenth-century religious and civil architecture in the ecclesiastical province of Campagna and Marittima. / La ricerca affronta lo studio storico-critico della chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore a Ferentino (FR), uno dei più importanti edifici costruiti nel Lazio meridionale durante il XIII secolo. Nonostante sia stata dichiarata Monumento Nazionale nel 1884, non era mai stata oggetto di uno studio sistematico ed è ancora oggi pressoché inedita. Il contesto scientifico, ormai desueto, soffre di grandi lacune sulle vicende costruttive della fabbrica, di cui non sono note né la data di fondazione né quella di completamento del cantiere a causa della scarsità di fonti documentarie medievali. Di conseguenza, i principali disaccordi hanno riguardato le influenze culturali fonte d‟ispirazione per l‟architettura di Santa Maria Maggiore, troppo genericamente ricondotte al modello delle abbaziali cistercensi di Fossanova (1208) e Casamari (1217). La dissertazione, accompagnata da due volumi supplementari che contengono le immagini di supporto al testo e il repertorio delle fonti documentarie, è suddivisa in tre parti: quella iniziale ripercorre l‟intera storia dell‟edificio a partire dall‟esposizione critica delle questioni storiografiche; la seconda sezione analizza in modo esaustivo l‟architettura della fabbrica e le fasi edilizie riconosciute; la terza parte, infine, contestualizza il caso studio nel quadro del Lazio meridionale e nel panorama dell‟architettura “cistercense”. Estendendo il campo di indagine, il lavoro ha acquisito un valore a scala territoriale poiché la ricostruzione delle vicende edilizie di Santa Maria Maggiore ha permesso l‟istituzione di raffronti con diverse altre architetture coeve sia italiane che francesi, al di là dei due magniloquenti monasteri di Fossanova e Casamari. A questi ultimi, infatti, la storiografia ha attribuito da sempre un ruolo privilegiato nell‟introduzione del linguaggio gotico ultramontano nel territorio a sud di Roma, di cui la chiesa ferentinese rappresenta una derivazione locale. Selezionando tale exemplum, la ricerca ha precisato le modalità di accoglienza dei modelli provenienti dalla Borgogna e dall‟Ilede-France, rintracciando le successive rielaborazioni nell‟edilizia duecentesca sia religiosa che civile nella Provincia ecclesiastica di Campagna e Marittima.
