This diploma thesis deals with verification of quality of the valid cadastral map in cadastral unit Heroltice u Tišnova. In pursuance of the thesis were surveyed primarily perceptible boundaries of the estates and perimeters of the buildings, and ascertained situation of the surveyed borders and the perimeters of the buildings was compared with situation of these depicted in the cadastral map pursuant to paragraph 13 and 15 of Annexe of the regulation no. 357/2013. Detected discrepancies are commented in the thesis and for specific cases are suggested specific solutions in order to achieve a proper condition of the situations. Outcome of the thesis may be used by relevant authority as a material for decision about implementation of the renewal of cadastral documentation using new mapping, or as a tool for owners of the estates for finding out what kind of discrepancies were detected on their estates and how they can rectify them.

The thesis deals with verifying of quality of the cadastral map in cadastral unit Heroltice u Tišnova. The subject of this work is survey mainly of perceptible borders and perimeters of buildings in the urban area of village Heroltice and comparing the collected data with the current cadastre map in the cadastral area pursuant to paragraph 13. and 15. of the annex to the regulation no. 357/2013 (cadastral regulation). The purpose is to detect possible inconsistency, to propose a specific solution, and to create a base for cadastral office Brno-venkov, which can be used for example to decide about the renewal of cadastral using new mapping and in negotiations with owners during detection of borders.

Master´s thesis deals with creation of digitalized cadastral map in cadastral district Šošůvka. Analog maps in the old cadastral scale 1 : 2880 in the urban part of cadastral territory is revised. Externals was revised on the basis of comprehensive landscaping to digital cadastral map. Creation of digitalized is processed according to the current Instructions for Reconstruction cadastral including both amendments. The first part is devoted to the theory of cadastral and development and course of digitization. The main part of the thesis consists of the processing of the measured data and provided data by land registry.

Transformation of improved rastr is performed for digitalization of fathom cadastral maps, without analyzing in detail the risk arising from the number of identical items for the selected Up-transformation. The diplom’s thesis aims to analyze a influence of up-transformation used method to precision of improved rastr. Transformation of improved rastr was performed for chosen number of determination by Jungova, TPS and Block up-transformation. Agreement of improved raster and digital cadastral map was tested by the system of Kokeš. This test was conducted using checking points in the urban cadastral area.

This thesis has a task to sumarize contemporary procedures of land consolidation project in czech republic, with a view to geodetic activities. It is concerned with particular geodetic tasks step by step and comment upon problems, which usually appears while processing them. There are other possible geodetic outputs utilization expanded too. For overview are there the other phasis of land consolidation project summarized. Harmonogram of activities during land comsolidation project then shows, how the particular phasis concurs.

Master´s thesis is about cadastral documentation supersession by revising in the cadastral territory Zakřany. It focuses specifically on the built-up area of the village where is still valid cadastral map in analog form created during technical-economic mapping. The datas provided by the Cadastral Workplace “Brno – venkov“ and own outside measurements were converted to the digital form. The aim of this thesis is creating a digital cadastral map with using MicroGEOS Nautilus programme. Whole data management procedure was carried out in accordance with current legislation.

This thesis deals with the renewal of the cadastre documentation by mapping. It is analysing all stages of the reconstruction. These stages have been demonstrated on a sketch of cadastral area of Senetářov. On the basis of acquired results a digital cadastral map has been drawed up in the programme of MicroGEOS Nautil by automated techniques.

The subjekt of this thesis is measuring of the urban area of Kotvrdovice, where was to displacements development to the existing analog cadastral map. The aim is develop a foundation that will serve as a basis for cadastral office Blansko, in negotiations with the owners for the detection of bounderies. The work includes individual processes work (measuring, calculations and graphics processing) and verification minor geodetic control, that has been developed within the theses in previous years.

全臺早期農地重劃區約占27.8萬公頃；本研究以新竹縣為例，由理論推估法及實測比較法分析其地籍圖精度，同時了解差額地價問題，冀作為複丈或釐整地籍之參考。 本研究通過釐清測繪當時所使用之方法、程序及其精度規範，由誤差傳播定律，推估其理論精度；並以實地經界及原重劃規劃、分配之設計邊長，逐筆推求出實驗區內2,593筆宗地界址點之實地坐標後，按位置、邊長及面積三方面與數化地籍圖比較，探討其實際精度。 研究結果顯示，早期農地重劃地籍圖實際精度與理論推估結果差距甚大，無法符合複丈之精度要求，建議儘速採重測手段釐整；而面積增減及差額地價問題，並非難以處理，無庸過於顧忌。此外，另歸納出許多對於複丈或釐整地籍有所幫助的資訊。 / There were about 278,000 hectares of farm land consolidations early in Taiwan. The theoretical inference method and field check method were used to analyze the precision of cadastral maps in the research and Hsin-Chu county was chosen as a case study region. The differential land values were also accounted and hopefully that can be cited as inferences of land revision or cadastral survey. The theoretical accuracy was estimated with the method of error propagation after verifying the methods and procedures of measurement used and the regulations for precision requirement. In the mean time, the coordinates of 2,593 ground boundaries were obtained in the study region by considerations of the principle of consolidation, re-distribution regulations and real ground boundaries. The coordinates of the boundaries of parcel in analog cadastral map were also obtained by digitizing. The two types of coordinates were compared each other in the location, side length and area of the parcel. It is very obvious that there were large differences between cadastral maps and theoretical estimations in the region. It also cannot meet the requirements of land revision in precision and it is necessary to cadastral resurvey completely. The problems of the differences in area of parcel and the differential land values can be solved with compensation supported by the foundation of farm land consolidation and will not be an obstruction in the progress. In addition, some useful methods for land revision and cadastral survey were generalized.

Kasmet augant nekilnojamojo turto rinkai, vis didesnę reikšmę įgauna kadastriniai matavimai. Darbo tikslas – ištirti Klaipėdos rajono žemės sklypų ir statinių kadastrinių matavimų kokybę. Tiriamajame darbe apžvelgiami šiai temai aktualūs teisės aktai, moksliniai straipsniai ir knygos. Nagrinėjami žemės sklypų ir statinių formavimo būdai. Darbe pritaikomas statistinės analizės metodas: nagrinėjama Valstybės įmonės Registrų centro Klaipėdos filiale surinkta informacija apie 2013 m. atliktus nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų bylų patikrinimus. Nustatomos žemės sklypų ir statinių kadastro duomenų bylose dažniausiai randamos klaidos. Nekilnojamojo turto kadastrinių matavimų kokybei įvertinti sudarytos dvi atskiros žemės sklypų ir statinių kadastrinių matavimų kokybės apklausos. Respondentais pasirinkti 66 žmonės, kurie po atliktų žemės sklypų ar statinių kadastrinių matavimų pateikė prašymus dėl nekilnojamojo turto kadastro duomenų pakeitimo. Kadastrinių matavimų svarbą ir reikalingumą pripažino 94% apklausoje dalyvavusiųjų respondentų. Daugiau nei pusė jų nurodė, kad kadastrinių matavimų darbai atlikti tinkamai, o pagrindiniu veiksniu, įtakojančiu kadastrinių matavimų kokybę, įvardino matininko profesionalumą ir atsakomybę. / Year by year, as real estate market is growing, the cadastral measurements take on a higher value. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the quality of cadastral measurements of Klaipėda district sites and buildings. In the theoretical part of the thesis the relevant legislation, scientific articles and books are discussed. Sites and buildings forming techniques are disclosed. Statistical analysis method is applied in the thesis: information on checks carried out in 2013 on the real estate cadastral data files collected by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers of Klaipėda branch is analysed. Commonly found errors in sites and buildings cadastral data files are identified. In order to assess the quality of real estate cadastral measurements two separate cadastral measurements quality surveys of site and buildings were designed. 66 respondents were chosen, which submitted applications for the real estate cadastral data change after sites or buildings cadastral measurements were carried out. 94% of survey respondents in attendance recognized the importance of cadastral measurements and their need. More than half of them indicated that the cadastral measurements task was done properly, and surveyors professionalism and responsibility was named as the main factor determining the quality of the cadastral measurements.
