En este mundo globalizado y moderno, investigar respecto a la necesidad del desarrollo de un sistema de reservas online para facilitar el proceso de reserva del lugar donde disfrutaremos de nuestro deporte favorito, surge al igual que cubrir cualquier necesidad haciendo uso de la tecnología. En este sentido, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar el desarrollo de un sistema de reservas online. Se estableció como método de estudio el proceso de reserva hecho por los distintos usuarios de este tipo de servicio. La metodología aplicada incluyó las preferencias de un grupo de usuarios vinculados al uso de canchas deportivas, así como la aplicación de distintas entrevistas a dueños de estos establecimientos deportivos. En la evaluación realizada se encontraron problemas como: la deficiencia en el actual proceso de reserva que se lleva a cabo por los usuarios, déficit en el proceso de pago, así como la carencia de facilidades en dicho proceso. De la misma forma, se descubrió la basta preferencia de los usuarios por el fulbito, deporte rey en nuestro país. En la propuesta de la investigación basada en la colecta de datos, se estableció como hipótesis que un sistema de reserva de canchas deportivas online, no solo generará mayores ganancias para los dueños de estos negocios en mención, sino que también elevará la satisfacción de los usuarios recurrentes en el uso y reserva de estas canchas deportivas. / In this globalized and modern world, researching about the need for the development of an system to facilitate the reservation process of the place where we will enjoy our favorite sport, this born in order to cover any need in this modern day using the technology support. In this sense, this research aimed to design the development of an online reservation system. The reservation process made by the different users of this kind of service is settled as the study method. The methodology applied, included the preferences of a group of users familiarized to the use of sports courts as well as the application of different interviews with owners of these sports establishments. In the evaluation carried out, problems were found such as: the deficiency in the current reservation process carried out by the users, deficit in the payment process, as well as the lack of facilities in said process. In the same way, the vast preference of the users for the futsal, king sport in our country. In the research proposal based on data collection, it was established as a hypothesis that not only an online sports court reservation system will generate higher profits for the owners of these businesses in question, but will also increase the satisfaction of recurring users in the use and reservation of these sports fields. / Trabajo de investigación
