The subjekt of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new complex of three buildings Campus residential area II located in Brno - Bohunice. The diploma thesis includes technological regulations of piles and cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans for these processes. The author also deals with work safety, time and financial plan, budget of substructure and plan for securing material resources. The thesis also addressed work contract and detailsof the roof structure.

The diploma thesis contains operational procedure of manufacture of bored piles and foundation slab (use of waterproof concrete) and their applicable control and test plans. Another part of the diploma thesis are time and economic plans, concept of site equipment, study of main technological phase realization and block plan drawing. Item budget, OHSAS, operational procedur for manufacture of RC cast-in-place floor slabs and assigned drawings were done within another task.

Železobetonová monolitická konstrukce / Reinforced concrete load-bearing construction

The diploma thesis is focused on a structural analysis of a multi-storey office building. The Loadbearing structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. In the thesis there is analysed a selected floor slab, a column, a foundation pad, a part of loadbearing wall and a precast staircase. Computation of internal forces is carried out by computational software SCIA Engineer. The Results from the software are verificated via simplified manual method. Assessment of a structure is done according to valid standards and regulations.

In the first floor are premises of a post office a pharmacy. The second and the third floor is designed for the management of the city and there is a public library in the fourth floor. The structural system is a cast-in-place concrete frame with the precast floor slabs and the gabled roof. The building is located in a terraced house on a square.

Diploma thesis deals with the design of the multifunctional building located between Havlickova and F. Vogner streets in relation to the existing building in Litomyšl. Building plot is slightly sloping, at the rear goes into greater inclination. The building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The building includes services, located in ground floor, administrative premises decomposing in the second and third floor and apartments on the top floor. In the basement are located parking spaces. Supporting skeleton of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame. Roofs are designed as a flat single shell. In part of roof over third floor is a green roof. The building is founded on piles. Due to the occurrence of water pressure is building an extra solved waterproofing system with checks and activation. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and specialization from concrete structures.

The final thesis is focused on a design of an apartment house and processing of the design documentation. Designed building is situated on the periphery of the town Chrudim in the locality of the housing estate Na Větrníku. It’s a detached house with five floors and a basement. Building has a rectangular plan with dimensions 30,92 × 17,17 m. The foundation of the building is designed as a combination of piles and strips. The vertical constructions will be made of the clay blocks. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The apartment house has a saddle roof with a slope 15°. There are 25 apartments in the building and the mass garages for 15 cars, which are situated in the basement. The garages will serve to the residents of the house.

The aim of this thesis is design of an apartment building for students. The design is in the range of the documentation for designing building construction based on the decree 499/2006 Sb. as amended by decree 62/2013 Sb. The building is situated on the plots 1220, 1219/1, 1218/11 and 1218/2 in the cadastral area „Letovice“. The new building is designed to accommodate students for year-round occupancy. There is a dining room for staying students and students from nearby schools as well. In the new building are also multimedia classrooms, library, reading rooms, club rooms, gym and lecture hall available for students. In the building are 30 rooms. The capacity of the building is designed to accommodate 81 students. The building has three floors, a loft and no basement. Masonry is designed from clay blocks and floor slab is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor structure.
