No. of bitstreams: 1 LopesJunior_WilsonMartins_D.pdf: 10029393 bytes, checksum: b94681b43a5dd8e51b61d3758be15420 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2007 / Resumo: Na análise da centralidade urbana nota-se a interdependência entre dinâmicas que envolvem a estruturação interna das cidades, desde a nova localização dos equipamentos de comércio e de serviços, o uso do automóvel, como também outros aspectos presentes não somente em metrópoles e grandes centros, mas também em cidades médias, como é o caso de Bauru (interior paulista). Existe a necessidade de analisar as especificidades do processo de redefinição da centralidade, ou seja, seus desdobramentos, suas dimensões, localizações e outros aspectos que favoreçam o seu entendimento em cidades de porte médio. As mudanças na organização espacial das cidades mostram o surgimento de novas áreas com expressivas atividades comerciais, de serviços e todo um fluxo que expressa a centralidade. Neste processo, ocorre a descontinuidade territorial urbana e a criação destes novos espaços que representam a sua fragmentação. Esta pesquisa estudou a reprodução do espaço urbano discutindo a questão da centralidade na cidade de Bauru SP. Assim, buscou-se compreender a formação das centralidades e os seus desdobramentos numa cidade média do interior paulista. Para tanto, foram privilegiadas as seguintes formas de pesquisa: teórica, empírica e histórica. No que diz respeito ao crescimento da cidade e ao desenvolvimento urbano a fase histórica teve como diretriz a relação tempo ¿ espaço. A discussão teórica partiu da questão do espaço para compreender a reprodução do espaço urbano como a sua territorialidade ¿ centralidade. Foi produzido material cartográfico sobre a nova organização espacial da cidade, destacando a sua centralidade. Finalmente os resultados desta pesquisa estarão disponibilizados ao poder municipal no sentido de contribuir com planejamento urbano municipal / Abstract: It is noticed in the analysis of the urban centralization that there is a certain interdependence between dynamics which involve the internal structure of the cities, concerning the new locals for trading equipment, the use of vehicles, and also other aspects which are found not only in big cities but also in medium-sized cities, which is the case of Bauru, a city in the countryside of Sao Paulo, Brazil. There is a need to analyze the specifications of the process to redefine centralization, that is, its growing, its dimensions, its locations, and other aspects which contribute to its understanding in medium-sized cities. The changes in the spatial organization of the cities promote the appearance of new areas which have significant trading activities and services as well as a flow which express this centralization. During this process, there is the occurrence of the urban territorial discontinuity and the foundation of these new spaces which represent their fragmentation. This research aims to study the urbanization process focusing on the centralization aspects in Bauru-SP. Thus, seeking for a better understanding of the centralization and its consequences in a medium-sized city. Therefore the following sort of researches will be envisaged: theoretical, empirical and historical. Concerning the growing in the city and the urban development, the historical phase will take as guideline the time-space relationship. The theoretical discussion will take the matters around space to realize the opening of urban areas like its territories-centralities. Some cartographic material will be prepared which will represent the results of such research concerning to a new spatial organization in the city with focus in its centralization. Considerando que a dinâmica urbana constrói-se por meio de práticas materiais e simbólicas, evidenciaram-se conflitos inevitáveis entre os interesses dos grupos que compõem os diversos níveis da realidade - o da dominação política, o da acumulação do capital e o da realização da vida humana. O exame dessas políticas e da ação de diversos atores sociais buscou captar determinados aspectos da dinâmica urbana que passariam despercebidos, se enquadrados exclusivamente pelo enfoque das ações de planejamento urbano, sobretudo no que se refere à refuncionalização das formas-conteúdo da cidade orientados pela lógica do capital. Nessa perspectiva, o trabalho analisou os projetos de intervenção propostos pelo Estado e sua aliança com os setores privados, que agem de maneira estratégica visando à reprodução do capital e à produção de um espaço dominado, homogêneo, fragmentado e hierarquizado. Analisou ainda as representações do centro da cidade de Campinas, para identificar, descrever, refletir e interpretar as experiências de usos e apropriação do espaço cotidiano, do seu patrimônio histórico e das transformações urbanas em curso, pois se acredita que essas representações são uma ferramenta valiosa para o agenciamento de ideias que presidem as ações de planejamento urbano / Abstract: Assuming that the reproduction of the urban space process is a consequence of horizontal and vertical vectors, the purpose of this research was to analyze aspects of the dynamic transformation of urban centers and also to focus on studying the interventions and representations which acts on the reproduction process of the urban space in the center of the city of Campinas. Considering that the urban dynamics is constructed through materials and symbolic practices, it was highlighted the inevitable conflicts among groups that make the various levels of the society such as: the political domination, the accumulation of capital and the realization of human life. The analysis of these policies and the action of a variety of social actors tried to capture some aspects of urban dynamics that are not perceived when focused only by the actions of urban planning, especially when referred to the "form-content" of the city to the new functions influenced by the logic of capital. From this perspective, this study analyzed the projects intervention proposed by the State and its alliance with the private sector, which act strategically in order to reproduce the capital and to produce a dominated, homogeneous, fragmented and hierarchical space. Also, it analyzed the representations in the center of the city of Campinas, to identify, describe, reflect and interpret the uses and appropriation experiences of everyday space, of their historical heritage and their urban transformation in progress. Toma-se o período desde o final dos anos 1980 até os dias atuais, quando se inicia uma intensa difusão da variável informacional no território brasileiro associada à alocação de um espesso sistema técnico funcional a sua circulação. No período adensa-se ainda uma efervescência na produção cultural recifense, em especial aquela mais ligada à música. Aborda-se a topologia-tipologia das cenas musicais recifenses, fecunda empiria para a problematização em torno das espessuras comunicacionais nos lugares, bem como se analisa o circuito sonoro contemporâneo. Busca-se aclarar quais são as conexões entre os circuitos informacionais descendentes, fundamentados em lógicas e normas estranhas aos lugares, e circuitos informacionais ascendentes, fundamentados na organização própria dos lugares. Estariam nas cenas musicais, movimentadas por interesses comuns, possíveis agentes de um projeto urbano que se sobreponha à desigualdade socioterritorial característica de nossas cidades? Propõe-se a noção de errância sonora, cara à análise das manifestações musicais no cotidiano dos lugares. Trata-se de um estudo com o intuito de compreender as condições geográficas da cidade de Recife, uma busca por alternativas para adensar a circulação de informações ascendentes no território / Abstract: Intends to contribute to the understanding of territorial dynamics in the current metropolis through a study of the fixed and flows moved to the production and dissemination of music in the city of Recife-PE. It¿s our interest the period from the late 1980s to the present day, when starting an intense dissemination of informational variable in Brazilian territory associated with the allocation of a thick technical system functional for your movement. In the period still thickens an effervescence in Recife cultural production, particularly that related more to the music. Is studied the topology-typology of musical scenes in Recife, empirical fruitful for questioning around the communicational thicknesses in places, as well as analyzes the contemporary sound circuit. Seeks to clarify what are the connections between the descendants informational circuits, based on logics and norms unrelated to places, and rising informational circuits, based on the organization itself places. Would be in musical scenes dynamized by common interests, potential agents of an urban project that overlaps the socioterritorial inequality characteristic of our cities? Proposes the notion of wandering sound, operational to the analysis of musical expressions in everyday places.
