La elección del tema de tesis se dio ya que en Taller V se desarrolló el proyecto en las Lomas de Lúcumo, Pachacamac, por lo cual fuimos al terreno en varias ocasiones. En una de estas visitas ayudamos con un proyecto de reforestación en la Loma con el árbol de Tara, tuvimos que subir hasta cierto punto, llevando agua y utensilios para poder sembrarla. Esta actividad me hizo sentir parte de este lugar, es por esto que desarrolle un apego al terreno. El proyecto que se desarrolló con el Taller fue el de Centro de Interpretación, lo cual me permitió entender la importancia de esta Loma y la riqueza que posee en paisajes, deportes, flora, fauna, entre otras. Y lo que significaría su reconocimiento en el desarrollo y cuidado de las Lomas de Lúcumo. Teniendo en cuenta el gran potencial turístico que posee esta Loma y la falta de equipamiento para que éste se pueda desarrollar potencialmente, es que se decidí desarrollar un Centro de Interpretación. Este proyecto busca integrase con la población local y el paisaje natural sin romper con el mismo. Por este motivo énfasis con el que se diseñará será la relación con el entorno natural, la cual consiste en entender la importancia del lugar en el que se encuentra y trabajar una arquitectura con el menor impacto posible.Con esto se planea solucionar el problema de falta de equipamiento turístico en la zona en general (distrito de Pachacamac) y desarrollar una especie de hito que identifique al distrito de Pachacamac como localidad turística especializado en el turismo alternativo. Haciendo que la población se sienta identificada con esta Loma y así puedan protegerla mejor. / The choice of the thesis topic occurred during my Workshop V at the University, the activity took place in the Lomas de Lúcumo, in Pachacamac district, near Lima. I had the opportunity to visit this place in several occasions, one of them consisted in a reforestation project in highest part of the hill, and we seed trees of Tara. It was not an easy job, we had to go up to a certain point, carrying water in recycled and some gardening tools. This activity made me feel a special connection with this beautiful place; I developed an attachment. The case study in the mentioned Workshop was “Interpretation Centers”, this allowed me to understand the importance of this projects in order to appreciate the hills and how valuable are them for local tourism, sports, flora, and fauna. Also its importance for the local development and care of Lomas de Lúcumo. Considering the great tourist potential of the Lomas de Lucumo, and the growing tourist activity, I decided to develop an Interpretation Center. This project seeks to integrate with the local culture and the natural landscape without breaking with it. For this reason, emphasis will be placed on the relationship of the project with the natural environment, understanding its importance and working on an architecture proposal with less impact. The goal is propose an alternative solution to the necessity tourist and scientific information in the area in general and develop a kind of milestone that identifies the District of Pachacamac as a tourist resort specializing in alternative tourism. El presente informe abarca la fase de investigación para el proyecto de tesis denominado “Centro Astronómico de Nasca” que se ubica en el desierto costero de Nasca, en el departamento de Ica, al sur del Perú. La investigación se ha enfocado en el análisis del entorno, que comprende tanto las condiciones meteorológicas como factores culturales y patrimoniales con el objetivo principal de poner en valor una zona de gran riqueza paisajística y potencial turístico, que en la actualidad se ve afectada por la diversos factores externos. El énfasis arquitectónico del proyecto se basa en la reinterpretación de la arquitectura y simbología presente en los vestigios de la cultura Nasca y busca recuperar la noción de la forma arquitectónica como una herramienta de interacción directa con el espacio. / This report covers the research phase for the thesis project called "Astronomical Center of Nasca" located in Nasca’s coastal desert which lies on the department of Ica, in southern Peru. The research has focused on the analysis of the environment, which includes both meteorological conditions and cultural and heritage factors with the main objective of enhancing the value of an area of great scenic richness and tourist potential, which is currently affected by the various external factors. The architectural emphasis of the project is based on the reinterpretation of the architecture and symbols present in the vestiges of the Nasca culture and seeks to recover the notion of architectural form as a tool for direct interaction with space. / Tesis

El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de un centro educativo que ofrezca carreras en diferentes áreas de diseño relacionadas con la producción en serie, ya sea industrial o semi-industrial. El objetivo general es diseñar un centro educativo que se encargue de investigar y difundir la capacidad creativa de los peruanos. Un Centro de Investigación y Observación de Aves Migratorias ubicado en la zona de amortiguamiento de los Pantanos de Villa es un lugar para visitantes e investigadores que tiene como finalidad concientizar a la población de un área que merece ser cuidada y respetada, realzar el valor del entorno natural y recuperar el uso para la conservación del mismo. El énfasis está relacionado al vínculo que debe existir entre la arquitectura y el entorno natural cercano, con espacios que mantengan una relación amigable entre el visitante y la naturaleza, insertándose en el terreno con un bajo impacto ambiental y que ayude a darle mayor valor al área natural, hoy en día olvidada. / Tesis

El objetivo era integrar una zona urbana con una zona rural de la capital, con una arquitectura capaz de conservar las áreas naturales. Este proyecto cuenta con tres volúmenes laterales de 3 pisos y uno central de 4 pisos que actúa como columna vertebral e integra los paquetes funcionales según sus requerimientos a través de puentes y rampas. Además cuenta con espacios flexibles que integran el espacio interior con el paisaje exterior, generando confort para los usuarios de este centro. Centro de Investigación y Difusión Agraria, es una tesis de que promueve una arquitectura capaz de conservar las áreas naturales, respetando su integridad y promoviendo la interacción de los usuarios con la naturaleza y sus recursos. Esta investigación se empezó con una problemática común de nuestra capital que es el abandono y pérdida de las parcelas de cultivo en las zonas periurbanas y rurales. Se abordó el tema con la investigación de los factores históricos, conceptuales y referenciales, que nos llevó al análisis profundo de proyectos arquitectónicos referenciales a fines al tema, estos proyectos se tomaron de distintos lugares para ver cómo afrontan su realidad y entorno; producto de este análisis obtuvimos datos como los usuarios, programa arquitectónico y estudio del terreno, de los cuales se hizo una investigación individual para obtener los primeros parámetros del diseño. Finalmente se logró el diseño del proyecto, que logró el objetivo principal de recuperar áreas de cultivo, establecer un proyecto que promueva actividades de investigación y difusión de la agricultura y generar espacios que integran el edificio con el espacio exterior. / The objective was to integrate an urban area with a rural area of the capital, with an architecture capable of conserving natural areas. This project has three lateral volumes of 3 floors and a central one of 4 floors that acts as backbone and integrates the functional packages according to your requirements through bridges and ramps. It also has flexible spaces that integrate the interior space with the exterior landscape, generating comfort for users of this center. Center for Agricultural Research and Dissemination, is a thesis that promotes an architecture capable of conserving natural areas, respecting their integrity and promoting the interaction of users with nature and its resources. This research began with a common problem in our capital, which is the abandonment and loss of farming plots in peri-urban and rural areas. The subject was approached with the investigation of historical, conceptual and referential factors, which led us to the deep analysis of referential architectural projects at the end of the topic, these projects were taken from different places to see how they face their reality and environment; As a result of this analysis, we obtained data such as users, architectural program and study of the terrain, of which an individual investigation was made to obtain the first parameters of the design. Se explora la relación entre las condicionantes del lugar con el confort del usuario, en un centro de investigación de la papa en Huancayo, basado en una arquitectura contemporánea frente a una necesidad local. Tema de interés por la importancia de crear un centro internacional en una región agrícola a desarrollar, donde potencie la investigación, el cultivo y las personas con su lugar. / Explores the connection between site conditions and user comfort at a potato research center in Huancayo, based on contemporary architecture versus a local need. A theme of interest, is the importance of creating an international center in an agricultural region to be developed, where research, culture and people are strengthened with their place.

El proyecto consta de un Centro de Capacitación y Difusión en la ciudad de Cusco. Tiene como enfoque principal rescatar los valores de los textiles, así como también de la arquitectura tradicional de la ciudad a través de un lugar de fácil accesibilidad e interacción para la población local y turística. La ciudad de Cusco, una de las regiones más significativas en cuanto al desarrollo textil, se eligió como emplazamiento del proyecto por su gran diversidad cultural. Dada la alta demanda de productos artesanales y la falta de equipamiento cultural, se presenta la oportunidad de implementar una nueva infraestructura donde se contribuye con el desarrollo del proceso de los textiles y asimismo esté en armonía con el entorno. / The project consists of a Training and Dissemination Center in the city of Cusco. Its main focus is to rescue the values of textiles, as well as the traditional architecture of the city through a place of easy accessibility and interaction for the local and tourist population. The city of Cusco, one of the most significant regions in terms of textile development, was chosen as the site of the project because of its great cultural diversity. Given the high demand for handicraft products and the lack of cultural equipment, the opportunity is presented to implement a new infrastructure where it contributes to the development of the textile process and is also in harmony with the environment.
