This thesis was elaborated within the MSM 6007665801 research intention. The objective of the thesis was to create an overview of the distribution of Common Minnow in the basin of upper and middle reaches of the Malše River. Selected stretches of the Malše River, Černá River and Pohořský, Huťský, Tisový and Žďárský Brooks were monitored. These streams correspond to trout waters in their character. The field research was conducted in the years 2005?2008. Estimates of quantity and indexes of diversity and eguitability in the fish communities were calculated. Estimates of biomass in the population of Common Minnow were calculated and the length frequency distributions were determinated. Common Minnow was found in seven out of twenty examined stretches.

Práce pojednává o zvláštních aspektech fungování orgánů akciové společnosti. Zaměřuje na soukromoprávní a trestněprávní odpovědnost členů volených orgánů akciové společnosti s důrazem na konkrétní trestné činy. Dále znázorňuje působnost těchto orgánů v rámci režimů konkursu, přeměn společností s důrazem na fúzi. Odpovědnost těchto orgánů je zkoumána i v případě koncernového seskupení.

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením finanční situace Nemocnice Jihlava za pomoci finanční analýzy. Zpočátku jsou vymezeny teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury. Dále práce zahrnuje charakteristiku nemocnice včetně jejího hospodaření. Následně je finanční analýza aplikována na Nemocnici Jihlava. Závěr obsahuje celkové shrnutí a případná doporučení směřující ke zlepšení finanční situace nemocnice.

Target of diploma thesis The Operating Point of the Centrifugal Pump was create program for analyze system of pumps, it would be an effective instrument at projection these systems. Program is divided into two parts: system characteristic and performance characteristic. Subject of this thesis is create pumps database, enter performance characteristics and succeeding working with them. Program enable regulation pump with change speed and cooperation two pumps, work in parallel or series. The result of program is project system of pumps on enter parameters with more economy work.

My diploma thesis deals with the basic principle of the frequency inverter and his construnction. In the next section are analyze the basic properties and characteristics of the using equipment. The main part of this thesis is to investigate the dynamic properties of asynchronous electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter using STARTER. The results of experiments are compared and analyzed.

This thesis is theoretically described heating surfaces, radiators and regulation valves. There are also described their features, advantages and disadvantages and division according to design. The aim of the work is determine the dynamics characteristics of heating surfaces and radiators including control valves, which are parts of measurement panel. Based on the measurement are determined appropriate characteristics of which are calculated values for regulating. The result of this study can serve as a guide to the practical measurement method of dynamics characteristics of the real-working heating systems, or serve as a template for the settings according to the measured data.

The content of the master´s thesis is to approach the issue of measuring the characteristics of passive frequency crossover. The work describes individual types of measured characteristics and their possibility of measurement. Then the work describes design of modules for measurement characteristics of passive frequency crossover (shunt, resistive load and amplifier). These modules were made and tested for its functions. For the amplifier is then made a second design for fulfilment requirements. The second version isn’t made in this work. At the end of the work was prepared the theoretical part of the laboratory task: Measurement of characteristics of passive frequency crossover, including protocol.

The open innovation approach has been one of the most discussed topics in innovation management literature in the 2000's. Existing literature on open innovation shows an evolving diffusion of open innovation in certain industries and contexts. Various case studies and theoretical work suggest that the open innovation adoption decision within a company could be triggered by internal and external factors. The goal of this dissertation is to provide comprehensive empirical evidence for the adoption of inbound and outbound open innovation activities in Europe. Furthermore, the thesis will provide empirical evidence for a set of open innovation drivers using primary data from European firms to link the adoption of open innovation with organizational capabilities, characteristics of the market environment, and human resource capabilities. The results will show the current level of open innovation adoption in Europe and its drivers. This could have managerial implications by showing influencing of organizational and human variable on the adoption of open innovation strategies.

TITLE: Knowledge and attitudes towards HIV / AIDS among adolescents in the selected region AUTHOR: Bc. Magdalena Sajdlová DEPARTMENT: Department of education and social education, department of health education SUPERVISOR: Peadr. Eva Marádová, Csc. ABSTRACT: The thesis is divided into the two parts. The first part describes basic information about HIV and AIDS - the essence of the disease, transmission of disease, method of spreading the principles of diagnosis, therapy options. I describe the basic principles of prevention for a wide strata of the population and the basic principles of teaching, education and prevention in the elementary school. The second part is called research investigation. It describes the basic structure of the work. The research part contains the way of teaching of HIV and AIDS in three selected elementary schools and one selected secondary school in eighth classes. Information was obtained using a questionnaire, where I find the knowledge and attitudes of pupil sin individual schools and an interview with a teacher who has taught this subject. The results of the schools compare with each other. Based on the results of the evaluation recommendations processing (content, form) for individual schools.
