Darbo tikslas: Tarptautinių pervežimų organizacijos sisteminio projekto kūrimas. Teorinėje dalyje atlikau organizacijos, kaip socialinės – ekonominės sistemos, analizę. Visų pirma analizavau sistemos sampratą bei jos atsiradimą sąlygojančius veiksnius, pagrindinių sistemos sąvokos tyrėjų mokslinius darbus, sistemų klasifikaciją. Toliau nagrinėjau sistemos pagrindines charakteristikas – funkcinę, morfologinę, procesinę. Šių charakteristikų nustatymo pagrindinius kriterijus. Atskirai nagrinėjau valdymo sistemos sandaros ypatybes. Analitinėje dalyje sudariau organizacijos sisteminio projektavimo metodiką. Aprašiau, kaip turi būti nustatomos organizacijos funkcijos, projektuojama jos sandara, charakterizuojami joje vykstantys procesai. Projektinėje dalyje, naudodama savo parašytą sisteminio projektavimo metodiką, sukūriau tarptautinių pervežimų organizacijos sisteminį projektą. Nustačiau kokias funkcijas atliks kuriama organizacija, suprojektavau jos organizacinę sandarą, valdymo struktūrą, charakterizavau joje vykstančius procesus. / The aim of the paper was the creation of the systemic project for the international transit organization. In theoretical part the analysis of the organization as a social-economical system was done. Firstly, I analyzed the conception of the system and factors that determine its occurrence, as well as the main works of the researchers and classification of the systems. Further, I scrutinized the main characteristics of the system, which are as follows: functional, morphological and procedural, and criterions for identification of those characteristics. The structure of the system was analyzed separately. In the analytical part, I composed the methodology for systemic engineering of the organization, described how the functions of the organization are to be determined, how its architecture is designed and how processes occurring within the organization are characterized. In the design part, using my own methodology, I created the systematic project of the international transit organization, identified its functions, planned its organizational structure, leadership structure and characterized the processes occurring within the organization.

Začátek diplomové práce charakterizuje historii podniku, členství v organizacích, strategické cíle podniku, územní a organizační strukturu, péči o zaměstnance, Leteckou školu a IATCC Praha-Jeneč (Národní ingegrované středisko řízení letového provozu). Stěžejní část práce je věnována finanční analýze (metoda absolutní a relativní, poměrová analýza a bonitní model) včetně jejího zhodnocení. Závěr diplomové práce se týká specifik tvorby a rozdělení zisku v roce 2004.

SANTRAUKA Magistro darbo tema „Nusikaltimai žmogaus gyvybei ir kaltininko asmenybė“. Nusikaltimai žmogaus gyvybei – tai viena iš nusikaltimų žmogui rūšių, už kuriuos baudžiamoji atsakomybė numatyta Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamojo kodekso Specialiosios dalies XVII skyriuje. Šiais nusikaltimais yra kėsinamasi į svarbiausią asmens teisinę vertybę – jo gyvybę. Magistro darbo objektas – nusikaltimai žmogaus gyvybei ir paties kaltininko asmenybė. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – atskleisti žmogaus gyvybės apsaugos baudžiamosios teisės priemonėmis esmę ir parodyti pagrindines kaltininko asmenybės savybes. Magistro darbe trumpai pateikiama įstatymų, reglamentuojančių baudžiamąją atsakomybę už nusikaltimus žmogaus gyvybei, raida; atskleista nusikaltimų žmogaus gyvybei samprata ir jų sudėties požymių analizė. Neįmanoma išsiaiškinti padaryto nusikaltimo esmės, neanalizuojant asmenybės to asmens, kuris padarė tą nusikaltimą. Kaltininko asmenybės bruožų charakteristikoje analizuojami: 1) socialiniai – demografiniai ir 2) kriminaliniai – teisiniai asmenybės bruožai; 3) dorovinės kaltininko asmenybės savybės; 4) psichologiniai kaltininko asmenybės ypatumai. Ši analizė siejama su statistiniais duomenimis, kurie atskleidžia kokie asmenys padarė nusikaltimus žmogaus gyvybei per statistinius metus (lytis, pilietybė, amžius, išsilavinimas, užimtumas, neblaivumas ir pan.) bei aptariami psichologiniai kaltininko asmenybės ypatumai: agresyvumas, valingumas, emocijos ir kt. The crimes imminence to person life is one of the crime‘s sort, where criminal responsibility is described in the Criminal Code of Lithuanian Republic in the XVII chapter. These crimes encroach on person‘s the most important right to live. The subject of this job - the crimes danger to person life and own causer‘s personality. The purpose of this job – to show the juridical implements, which protected the person‘s rights and the main causer‘s features of his own personality. There are shortly decribed the law processes, wich are regulating the crime‘s danger to person life and unclosed the conception about people life, their features analysis. It is impossible to see crimes purport, if you don‘t analyse own causer‘s personality, either it is a trutful notion, that causer‘s personality isn‘t dissociative of done crime heaviness. In this job there are analysed the features of causer‘s individuality: 1) social -demographis; 2) criminal-juridical ; 3) moral; 4) psychological features. Magistro darbe išanalizuotos ir aprašytos sukčiavimo baudžiamoji teisinė ir kriminalistinė charakteristikos, kurių supratimas padeda tirti ir atskleisti konkrečią nusikalstamą veiką. Išnagrinėjus sukčiavimo atskleidimo ir nusikalstamos veikos tyrimo planavimo ypatumus, pateiktos pagrindinės tipinės tyrimo situacijos, tipinės tyrimo versijos ir pagrindinės tyrimo kryptys, kurios priklauso nuo susiklosčiusios tyrimo situacijos ir iškeltų tyrimo versijų. Darbe taip pat buvo aptariami atskirų proceso veiksmų atlikimo ypatumai, tiriant sukčiavimą, bei tų veiksmų atlikimo statistika ir problematika pirminiame tyrimo etape. Kadangi šiuo ekonominio nuosmukio laikotarpiu pastebimas naujų nusikalstamos veikos padarymo atmainų, tokių kaip sukčiavimai elektroninėje erdvėje, sukčiavimai dėl PVM grobstymo ir kėsinimosi neteisėtomis priemonėmis ir apgaule užvaldyti valstybės biudžeto pajamas, taip pat sukčiaujama pasinaudojant telekomunikacijų paslaugų teikėjų paslaugomis, sukčiaujama manipuliuojant žmonių patiklumu, sudarant konsultavimo sutartis įdarbinimo užsienyje klausimais, ir svarbiausia, kad sukčiaujama pasinaudojant galiojančiais teisės aktais, kai produkciją sukuriančios bendrovės sąmoningai privedamos iki bankroto, parduodant bendrovės skolas. Remiantis aukščiau išdėstytomis problemomis, siūlomi jų sprendimo būdai. / Master’s paper analyzes and describes the juridical and criminalistic characteristics of the fraud crimes, the understanding of which helps to disclose the particular criminal act. The analysis of the peculiarities of fraud disclosure and investigation planning is followed by the presentation of basic typical investigation situations, typical versions and directions that depend upon the situation and the proposed versions of investigation. The paper also deals with the specifics of certain fraud investigation proceedings, their statistics and problems in the initial stage of investigation. The period of economic recession faces new varieties of criminal acts, like the fraud in telecommunication and computer area, fraud with the intention of VAT robbery by making attempts illegally appropriate the state budget income, also by using the services of telecommunications, by manipulating and abusing people’s trust or making fraudulent consulting agreements on the employment in a foreign country. Other important issues covered by this paper are the fraud by abusing the valid legal instruments, fraudulent bankrupt situations and sale of bankrupted companies’ debts. The aim of this thesis is to establish species diversity of ground beetles within the area of Mašovice stone quarry. This recultivated quarry has been declared the national monument in December 28, 2013 and is also placed to the list of nationally important localities in Europe in the Framework of protected areas Natura 2000. The main reason for its incorporation is its being the most important locality where the Italian crested newt (Triturus carnifex) occurs within the confines of the Czech Republic. In three diverse biotopes, grounded formaldehyde traps with small roof were placed and in which the whole spectrum of epigeic fauna was caught in the period from April to September 2014. Only the representatives of the ground beetles family (Carabidae) were determined and only them were evaluated through the synecological characteristic, such as dominance, Simpson's index, species diversity, equitability and Jaccard's index of similarity.

This diploma thesis titled Full characteristics of internal combustion engine operating with E85 fuel deals with measurement of characteristics and basic parameters of piston internal combustion petrol engines. Main part of thesis is measurement of defined parameters on petrol engine in motor testing laboratory and evaluation of heath flows and compilation of full characteristics focused on the overall heat balance of the engine.
