The diploma thesis deals with the cogeneration in units for thermal processing of biomass and waste. The theoretical part deals with the description of biomass and waste and energy recovery from these sources. In theoretical part is also focused on cogeneration and description of computational models of steam turbines. The practical part is focused on a specific calculation of the three steam turbines and comparison of computational models. On the base of the results is designed implementation of computational models to the simulation software W2E.

This work will be focused on issue of a jet engine. The thesis will be divided into search retrieval part and computational part. In the search retrieval part it will focus on different configurations of jet engines as well as areas of their use. The main part of the thesis will however focus on a calculations where a turbine, compressor and an exhaust nozzle will be designed in order to give a thrust of approximately 1kN. Next step will be determination of an engine charcteristic that will give us a preview on how the engine performance will look like in off-design modes.

This master thesis deals with the influence of the type of tractor chassis on its utility properties. For the rating were used tractors John Deere 8 – series with wheel and track chassis, equipped with the same engine and gearbox, which were carried out for laboratory and field tests. The aim of laboratory tests was the exclusion of the difference in engine power of both tractors and the aim of field tests was to evaluate the drawbar properties of tractors with a different type of chassis. The reference parameter was especially drawbar pull, further drawbar power, slip and fuel consumption. Based on the tabular and graphical elaboration of the measured values were evaluated results.

The thesis summarizes the results of the measurement of the output parameters of the tractor, on which were mounted three different types of tires. The measured parameters are the maximum pulling power, slippage, specific effective fuel consumption at the maximum pulling performance. The final measured and calculated results are presented in tables and graphs. The results of the measurements were processed by the use of regressive analysis.

In this master thesis is analyzed the current situation in the construction chassis of tractors, in addition, a methodology for evaluating the impact of influences on drawbar properties of tractors. The main objective of this work was to analyze and conclude the measured drawbar properties of selected tractor same power and weight categories with different chassis designs. Measured and calculated values were tabular and graphically presented. When evaluating the drawbar properties were determined according tractive power and slip depending on the drawbar forces.

The goal of this master's thesis is to design and implement a system for recognition of home appliances based on their power consumption characteristics. This system should identify the individual home appliances from measurements of the total household consumption. The acquired data could be used for statistics of usage of a particular appliance and subsequent detection of errors or non-standard behavior of the measured device. An important part of my work is a design and hardware implementation of a unit for measuring and a system for processing the measured signal. The first version of my project uses pulse output of an electrometer to measure the energy. This method does not provide a sufficient sample rate but it's a quick way to obtain data for processing and analysis. The second version monitors the power consumption with a multi-purpose AC converter which measures active and reactive power with the desired sample rate. The data is then processed and recognized by two classifiers - HMM and KNN.

This thesis deals with measuring of the distribution and volume of intake air inside vehicle cockpit under varying outdoor conditions and air conditioning settings. Fan characteristic was developed to determine the volume of air taken inside the cockpit. The measuring was made using speed probes in climatic chamber, where different outdoor conditions could be simulated. Following the measurements there is dependence between the air distribution and the outside temperature. The diploma thesis presents source materials to develop a mathematical model of car cabin.

Despite the increased prevalence of the use of CAM in the Czech Republic, no common approach to regulation or general legislation of KAM has been adopted so far. At present, there is a lack of view of this issue on the part of KAM therapists in the Czech Republic. Aim: To determine the attitudes of CAM therapists to the regulation of CAM according to the criteria of evaluation of regulation, which are based on the requirements for health professionals. The secondary objective was to determine the influence of socio-demographic characteristics on the attitudes of CAM therapists. Methods: The cross-sectional prospective observational study was carried out using an online anonymous questionnaire survey in the period from March 29, 2021 to April 18, 2021. The thesis deals with the influence of fertilizers to the chemical characteristic of soil in the upper parts of Králický Sněžník. Fertilizer´s series Silvamix and calcareous dolomite were used as fertilizer. The fertilising products were applied directly to planted saplings. One and three years from the application of fertilising products effect of fertilizers on the soil was determined used samplings of soil and laboratory examinations. Impact of fertilising products on soil reaction, sorption saturation of soil, volume of nutrient, carbon and nitrogen was investigated. Based on the analysis we can say that the best fertilizer products are Silvamix R30TE and Silvamix R30S in this research area.

Modelování turbínových charakteristik je nutným předpokladem pro detailní simulaci výměny náplně válce turbodmychadlem přeplňovaných spalovacích motorů. Kromě toho je možnost stanovení účinnosti a průtokové kapacity v libovolných pracovních bodech klíčová pro porovnání různých turbínových stupňů. Cílem této práce je předložit jednotnou metodu pro oba účely tak, aby bylo možné provést porovnání použitím přesně stejných modelů turbín jako při následné simulaci pracovního oběhu motoru. Zdrojem vstupních dat je obvykle měření na plynové zkušebně, které však umožňuje zachycení pouze omezeného pracovního rozsahu turbíny. V této práci jsou navrženy metody umožňující zvýšení věrohodnosti a robustnosti extrapolace turbínových charakteristik, přičemž optimalizace je využita k určení takových parametrů hledaných funkcí, které vedou k nejlepší shodě mezi modelem a vstupními daty.
