Charismata, jejich rozlišování a poslání v živote Církve / Charismas, their recognition and their role in the life of the Church

The Diploma work explores and develops one of the many gifts of the Holy Spirit, that Catholic Church has like a treasure, and it is charisma. Many times in the Church or outside the Church a man can encounter with a negative attitude when the concept of charismas is mentioned, because many people do not know the true meaning and purpose of these gifts of the Holy Spirit. The purpose of the Diploma work is to raise in a simplicity the main issues of the topic and to offer answers to certain questions connected with the exposing of authenticity of this gift, which the Saint Paul is writing about. In the first part the Diploma work deals with the main attitudes of the Catholic Church towards charismas from the perspective of what Holy Scripture and Catechism of the Catholic Church says on the charismas. The Diploma work efforts to develop a spiritual knowledge of charismas, their authenticity and also a danger of sliding out of the Church. It discusses the criteria for distinguishing and recognition of charismas. The work discusses the gifts, charismas and fruits of the Holy Spirit. The topic is focused on identifing of the gifts of Holy Spirit and their presence in the Church and in the life of individual. Magistro darbo tikslas – ištirti teorines ir taikomąsias emocinės inteligencijos ir lyderystės sąsajas. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: apibrėžti emocinės inteligencijos koncepciją teoriniu jos raidos požiūriu; apžvelgti lyderystės koncepcijos raidą ir perpektyvas; nustatyti teorinius emocinės inteligencijos ir lyderystės bei jų dedamųjų sąryšius; ištirti emocinės inteligencijos ir lyderystės koreliacijas pasirinktoje socialinėje aplinkoje. Naudojantis indukciniais duomenų analizės bei atvejo analizės, kurią sudaro apklausa raštu ir sociometrija, metodais, prieita prie išvados, jog emocinės inteligencija tiesiogiai koreliuoja su transformacine lyderyste. Emocinę inteligenciją galima laikyti kaip vieną iš būtinų, tačiau nepakankamų efektyvios lyderystės elementų. Bruožų lygmenyje svarbiausiais asmeninias indvido emocinės inteligencijos ir transformacinės lyderystės ryšiais laikomi pasitikėjimas savimi, savikontrolė, iniciatyvumas ir lankstumas, kuriuos apjungia charizma, o socialiniais – empatija, konstruktyvus bendravimas ir pokyčių iniciavimas. Various studies confirmed, that effective leaders were identified as those, who reported transformational behaviours and demonstrated the abilities to understand, use and manage self and others emotions. Emotional intelligence is a term that refers to a field of theories relating to the understanding and use of emotions. Debate currently rages as to what, exactly, emotional intelligence is. There are two widely recognized schools of thought at present. But no matter wich model is considered, there are clear theoretical ties between emotional intelligence and leadership. So emotional intelligence has become increasingly popular as a measure for identifying potentially efective leaders, and as a tool for developing effective leadership skills. The aim of the present paper was to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership. Several tasks was set to highlight these correlations. The thesis analyzes the crisis of authority in education. The first part deals with an analysis of the contemporary concept of authority; the definition of dimensions, legitimacy, power, bureaucracy, charisma, obedience to authority, authoritarianism, and the definition of the crisis of authority in society. The second part evaluates the knowledge, defines crisis of authority in education, analyses the roots of this crisis, and offers a solution. The final part deals with the definition of animation as a third dimension of education and defines its potential benefits in the issue of crisis of autority.
