Klima školních tříd prvních ročníků středních škol v závislosti na adaptačním kurzu / The class climate of the first-year of secondary schools depending on the adaptation course

The work deals with the comparison of classes that have taken part in an adaptation course to those that have not. The theoretical part describes a class as a small social group and refers to its structure. It also deals with group dynamics and explains developmental stages of a small social group. Further, the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on class climate, environment and atmosphere. It describes the adaptation course and defines its aims as well. The practical part of the thesis contains a description and an analysis of questionnaires that were assigned to the first year classes of the four-year grammar schools in the early days of the school year 2011/2012 and in the beginning of November the same year. Based on the analysis of questionnaires, this part also deals with identifying differences among these classes. It points out that the differences among these classes are small but, nevertheless, the adaptation courses are of benefit to the whole class.

Osobnostní a sociální výchova a její vliv na klima třídy / Personality and social education and its influence on the classroom climate

This work is focused on the topic of school class climate and its enhancement by the methods of personality and social education in a concrete class where the author is working as a teacher. The theoretical part is dedicated to the class climate and its characteristics. It describes what influences, by which methods it can be investigated and what can it be influenced by. In the practical part the author uses the methods of the teacher's active research to investigate the climate in her own class and also self-reflexively examines herself from the view of the beginning teacher. During the time period of one school year continually monitors the climate in her class and states the most effective ways towards improvement. The results of the research show that the methods of personality and social education have an influence to the class climate if they are used in a natural and casual manner. Prvky dramatické výchovy v hodinách svět člověka / The elements of Drama in Education in the lessons World of Human

In this diploma thesis is focus on Drama in Education, which is used mainly in the lessons of the World of Human with overlap into other education. The topic of the diploma thesis was to improve the relations between pupils and thus to influence the climate in the classroom. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focus on the content and specific objectives of Drama in Education. It describes in more details the methods and techniques of Drama in Education. In the practical part, is presented a methodical proposal of lessons for students of the 2nd grade of primary school. Each lesson consists of three parts - planning of a lesson, implementation of topic and subsequent reflection. The first topic relates to friendship, the second one relates to class climate, the third is about hurting and the fourth is about bragging. In the lessons plans are used and tried several drama education methods and techniques, which could give the answer to research question. In the empirical part are present two questionnaires. The first questionnaire was given to pupils before the drama lessons and the second questionnaire after the completion of all four lessons.
