At the moment we are going through changes of the education reform, which offers us to implement significant novelties. First of all, we are offered to change the authoritarian administration stile into the democratic. The relationship between executives of the institution and its employees are very important in the process, because it directly influences social - psychological climate, success of the executives and motivation of the educationalists of the organization they work in. The research tries to show some changes which have already happened in communicational level between these two working groups. The aim of the work is to make a research and to evaluate features and nature of industrial relationship between executives and educationalists in pre-school educational institutions of Vilnius. In order to reach the aim the following tasks were raised: to determine what exact industrial relationship are between executives and educationalists and to survey mutual attitude of these people on the professional activity; to examine the nature of nowadays communication and its impact on how a person feels in collective; to distinguish the most appreciated features of character for executives and for educationalists, which are the most important working in a pre-school institutions.
