Melhor dose e dose econômica de TBHQ nos óleos de milho e canola. / Best and economical doses of tbhq in corn and canola oils.

O aumento da utilização de embalagens do tipo PET nos últimos anos tem feito com que produtores de óleo se preocupem com a oxidação. Neste trabalho, óleos de milho e canola isentos de antioxidante e ácido cítrico foram adicionados de diferentes concentrações de TBHQ e submetidos a testes acelerados de oxidação acelerada em estufa a 63 0 C por 120 horas e em câmara de fotoxidação por 168 horas. Foram analisados o índice de peróxido e as absortividades em 232 nm e 270 nm nestes óleos. A partir dos resultados de índice de peróxido obtidos nos óleos com as diferentes concentrações de TBHQ no teste em estufa, foram calculadas as melhores doses e doses econômicas de 119 mg/kg e 115 mg/kg TBHQ para o óleo de milho e de 116 mg/kg e 108 mg/kg TBHQ, respectivamente, para o óleo de canola em estudo. Um ensaio ao ambiente foi conduzido usando 115 mg/kg de TBHQ, para o óleo de milho e 108 mg/kg de TBHQ, para o óleo de canola, valores menores que o máximo permitido pela legislação. Ambos os óleos foram armazenados em frascos de PET por 6 meses em condições tão satisfatórias quanto quando adicionados do máximo permitido pela legislação. / The increasing utilization of PET packaging in the last years in Brazil has concerned oil producers regarding oxidation. In this work, corn and canola oils, free from antioxidants and citric acid, were added of different TBHQ concentrations, and submited to accelerated (thermo and light induced) oxidation in a Schaal oven test at 63 0 C for 120 hours and in a photooxidation chamber for 168 hours. Peroxide and absorbance values at 232 nm and 270 nm were analysed in these oils. From the Schaal oven test, oil peroxide values were plotted against TBHQ concentrations and the best and the economical doses were determinated to be 119 mg/kg and 115 mg/kg TBHQ, respectively, for corn oil and 116 mg/kg and 108 mg/kg TBHQ, respectively, for canola oil. A shelf life test in PET flasks was conducted using 115 mg/kg TBHQ, for corn oil, and 108 mg/kg TBHQ, for canola oil, values that are lower than the maximum allowed by legislation and both oils were kept for 6 months.

Influence de la structuration de l'interface colloïdale sur la formulation et la biodisponibilité d'acides gras d'intérêt nutritionnel / Influence of colloidal interfacial structuration on the formulation and nutritional fatty acid bioavailability

Les études épidémiologiques récentes montrent une consommation insuffisante d’acides gras polyinsaturés (AGPI) dans les pays occidentaux. Cependant, la sensibilité des AGPI à l’oxydation est l’une des premières causes de détérioration des qualités organoleptique et nutritionnelle dans les produits alimentaires. Parallèlement, les lipides présents dans les produits alimentaires se trouvent le plus souvent sous forme émulsionnée. Ainsi, les entreprises désirant formuler des produits alimentaires enrichis en AGPI adoptent des stratégies technologiques pour les stabiliser chimiquement et physiquement, tout en assurant leur biodisponibilité. Une de ces stratégie consiste à rechercher, dans la nature, des systèmes émulsifiés stables afin d’en extraire des molécules tensioactives d’intérêt et de mimer l’organisation des lipides. C’est dans ce contexte que des études portent, depuis quelques années, sur les corps lipidiques (Oil Bodies, OB), structures végétales naturelles de stockage des lipides des plantes oléagineuses, composées de phospholipides (PL) et de protéines (OBP).L’objectif général de ce projet de thèse vise à maitriser la formulation d’émulsions préparées uniquement à base de colza (huile, PL et OBP) par une meilleure connaissance des interactions PL : OBP, d’étudier la stabilité des émulsions d’un point de vue physicochimique en conditions de stockage et dans des conditions mimant les conditions gastro-intestinales et, enfin, d’évaluer l’influence de la composition de l’interface des émulsions sur la bioaccessibilité des acides gras insaturés in vivo chez le rat.Les études spectroscopiques des interactions PL modèles : OBP ont mis en évidence des interactions favorables à la stabilisation des émulsions entre les PL anioniques, les PL insaturés et les OBP. Ces résultats ont orienté le choix vers une lécithine de colza spécifique. Les interactions PL : OBP, modulées par le pH et le rapport PL : OBP, influencent la réalisation des émulsions, la quantité d’OBP adsorbées à l’interface et la stabilité physique des émulsions, avec un crémage prononcé pour les émulsions riches en protéines. La synergie PL : OBP à l’interface semble être un facteur décisif pour ralentir l’oxydation de l’huile de colza émulsifiée. Le comportement des émulsions, dans des conditions mimant celles du milieu gastro-intestinal, montre que la présence d’OBP à l’interface favorise la floculation des émulsions à pH acide (mimant celui de l’estomac), mais que cette floculation est réversible lorsque le pH est ramené à des valeurs proches de celle de l’intestin. La présence des OBP favorise l’activité de la lipase pancréatique in vitro. Finalement, l’interface composée de PL et d’OBP améliore la bioaccessibilité lymphatique des AGPI in vivo chez le rat.En conclusion, nous avons montré qu’il est possible de formuler des émulsions uniquement à base de colza. Elles pourraient présenter une alternative intéressante aux émulsions stabilisées par des émulsifiants d’origine synthétique (politique clean label) ou d’origine animale (alimentation végane). / Recent epidemiologic studies show an insufficient intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) in occidental countries. Besides, the sensibility of PUFA to oxidation is one of the major causes of organoleptic and nutritional quality deterioration in food products. Moreover, lipids in food products are often in an emulsified stage. Therefore, industrials that care to formulate PUFA enriched food products adopt technological strategies to protect and stabilize the lipids while improving their bioavailability. One of those strategies consists in looking for stable emulsified systems that already exist in nature, extract tensioactive molecules of interest and mimic the lipid state. In this context, several studies deal with oil bodies (OB), that are natural occurring structures for lipid storage in oleaginous plants, composed of proteins (OBP) and phospholipids (PL).Therefore, the main objective of this PhD work is to manage emulsion formulation only based on canola (oil, PL and OBP). This goes through: 1) an understanding of the interactions between PL and OBP; 2) a study of the stability of the emulsions under storage and gastrointestinal conditions, and finally, 3) an investigation of the influence of the emulsion interfacial composition on the bioavailability of PUFA in rats.The spectroscopic studies of the model PL:OBP interactions showed favorable interactions for stabilizing the emulsions based on anionic PL, unsaturated PL and OBP. These results allowed choosing an adequate canola lecithin. The PL:OBP interactions, modulated by the pH and the PL:OB ratio, influences the formation of the emulsions, the quantity of OBP adsorbed at the interface and the physical stability of emulsions with a pronounced creaming in emulsions rich in proteins. The PL:OBP synergy at the interface seems to be a decisive factor to slow down the oxidation of the emulsified canola oil. The emulsion behavior in conditions that mimic that of the gastrointestinal track, shows that the presence of OBP at the interface favored the emulsion flocculation at acid pH (mimicking that of the stomach). However, the flocculation was reversible when the pH was adjusted to a value close to that of the intestine. OBP also increased the activity of the pancreatic lipase in vitro. Finally, the presence of PL and OBP at the interface increased the lymphatic bioaccessibility of the PUFA in rats.On the whole, we showed that it is possible to manage emulsion formulation only based on canola products. This could be of peculiar interest for clean labeling or vegan nutrition by subtracting synthetic emulsifiers or emulsifiers from animal origin, respectively.

Maîtrise de l'aptitude technologique des oléagineux par modification structurelle : applications aux opérations d'extraction et de transestérification in-situ

Le présent travail de thèse porte sur l'étude de l'impact de la texturation par DIC (Détente Instantanée Contrôlée) sur les deux opérations d'extraction d'huile et de transestérification in-situ appliquées aux graines de colza et fèves de Jatropha Curcas. Une analyse fondamentale a prouvé l'importance de la diffusion du solvant ou réactif dans la matrice solide, et permis d'identifier les processus d'intensification au travers des trois caractéristiques physiques de diffusivité effective, d'accessibilité initiale et de rendement d'extraction ; ainsi que la cinétique de transestérification in-situ et le rendement d'ester méthylique d'acides gras. Une étude phénoménologique a permis de déterminer les diverses valeurs de ces caractéristiques en fonction des paramètres opératoires DIC (pression de vapeur d'eau saturée P et temps de traitement t).Dans le cas d'extraction, la diffusivité effective (Deff) de produits traités par DIC peut atteindre 8,01 10-12 m2/s contre 0,715 10-12 m2/s pour le colza non traité et 5,90 10-12 m2/s contre 2,42 10-12 m2/s pour le jatropha non traité. Le taux d'accessibilité initiale de produits traités par DIC peut atteindre 80,53% contre 26,71% pour le colza non traité et 92,58% contre 75,91% pour le jatropha non traité. Au plan du rendement, la DIC a pu impliquer un rendement de 153% pour le colza et 112% pour le jatropha.Dans le cas de la transestérification in-situ, les rendements d'esters méthyliques d'acides gras totaux (FAME total) obtenus pour les produits traités par DIC sont systématiquement supérieurs à ceux de la matière première non traitée par DIC pour les deux cas de colza et de jatropha. Le temps de réaction a été réduit à 30 - 45 minutes contre 120 minutes pour le produit non traité par DIC (cas de colza) et à 15 minutes au lieu de 60 minutes pour le produit non traité par DIC (cas de fèves de jatropha).

Mesure et prédiction de la réactivité des lipides au cours du chauffage d'huiles végétales à haute température

Si les lipides contribuent à la valeur nutritionnelle et sensorielle de nombreux aliments, ils sont particulièrement sensibles aux réactions d'oxydation. Les principaux mécanismes mis en jeu lors de l'oxydation des acides gras insaturés sont relativement bien connus. En revanche, il est aujourd'hui quasiment impossible de prédire l'avancement des réactions et souvent nécessaire de recommencer une nouvelle étude de stabilité oxydative pour tout nouveau couple produit alimentaire / procédé de transformation. L'objectif de la thèse est donc de construire un modèle mécanistique couplé à un modèle de transfert de l'oxygène dans le but de prédire l'avancement des réactions d'oxydation dans un milieu lipidique continu et dans des conditions expérimentales définies et contrôlées (température, oxygénation, composition en acides gras, composition en antioxydants). Pour cela, un schéma réactionnel visant à détailler l'ensemble des réactions impliquées dans le phénomène d'auto-oxydation des lipides a été proposé puis un modèle stoechio-cinétique a été construit à partir des valeurs des paramètres cinétiques issues de la littérature. La réactivité des acides gras insaturés présents dans trois huiles végétales d'usage courant (colza, tournesol, tournesol oléique), purifiées de leurs antioxydants naturels, a été étudiée entre 80 et 180°C, en suivant différents marqueurs d'oxydation (diènes conjugués, hydroperoxydes, aldéhydes, polymères). Comme attendu, les cinétiques d'oxydation se sont avérées dépendantes de la composition des huiles en acides gras, de la température et des conditions d'oxygénation. L'ajout d'antioxydant(s) a confirmé l'effet protecteur de l'α-tocophérol, qui n'a pas été amélioré par un enrichissement en acide chlorogénique, acide phénolique naturellement présent dans les graines de tournesol. Les résultats obtenus ont été utilisés pour valider le modèle développé, dont les prédictions permettent de reproduire les tendances expérimentales. Deux limitations ont été mises en évidence au cours de cette phase de validation dont la première concerne la description fiable et précise du mécanisme d'oxygénation du milieu, qu'il sera nécessaire de mesurer dans une huile à haute température pour valider le modèle d'oxydation. Par ailleurs, compte tenu du nombre important de réactions prises en compte, il sera indispensable de disposer d'un jeu de données expérimentales plus important, pouvant inclure des intermédiaires radicalaires. Pour cela, les potentialités de la résonance paramagnétique électronique ont été étudiées au cours de ce travail, à la fois pour suivre les radicaux lipidiques et pour accéder à des paramètres cinétiques pour des réactions radicalaires, peu disponibles dans la littérature.

Estimativas de variáveis biofísicas da canola com dados espectrais multisensor

Esse trabalho utilizou sensores remotos, em escala local e regional, para caracterizar o padrão espectral da canola e propor metodologias de criação de máscaras de cultivo, através da classificação de imagens de satélite, e de geração de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas, a partir de índices de vegetação medidos ao longo do ciclo. As medições das variáveis biofísicas foram realizadas em parcelas experimentais, na Embrapa-Trigo no município de Coxilha, e em lavouras monitoradas nas mesorregiões Nordeste e Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul, para as safras 2013 e 2014. As variáveis biofísicas medidas foram altura de plantas, matéria seca das folhas, da haste e das síliquas e, também, foi estimado o índice de área foliar. Os dados espectrais para as parcelas experimentais foram obtidos através de um espectrorradiômetro. Para as lavouras monitoradas, os dados espectrais foram obtidos dos produtos MCD43B4 e MOD09A1, medidos pelo sensor MODIS (satélites Terra/Aqua), e de imagens do sensor OLI (satélite Landsat 8). A partir destes foi realizada a caracterização espectral da canola ao longo do seu ciclo de desenvolvimento, gerando perfis completos e perfis das bandas espectrais. Os índices de vegetação foram utilizados para caracterizar o padrão espectral e para a criação de modelos de estimativas das variáveis biofísicas, os quais foram calculados usando as bandas espectrais simuladas. Os índices de vegetação foram utilizados para classificar as áreas cultivadas com canola para as mesorregiões Nordeste e Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul e, posteriormente, aplicados os modelos de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas. A caracterização do padrão espectral da canola foi consistente entre os dois anos avaliados e para todos os sensores, com variação temporal semelhante a outras culturas agrícolas, exceto pela redução nos índices de vegetação durante a floração da cultura. Os modelos de estimativa das variáveis biofísicas, apresentaram coeficientes de determinação elevados, com exceção das variáveis matéria seca das folhas e índice de área foliar. A classificação da área cultivada com canola, utilizando os produtos MODIS, apresentou resultados coerentes com o esperado de acordo com dados de série histórica, apresentados pela CONAB. As estimativas de variáveis biofísicas mostraram coerência com os obtidos pelas medições nas lavouras monitoradas. Os resultados obtidos nesse estudo demonstram, portanto, o potencial da utilização de dados espectrais multisensor para o mapeamento de lavouras e realização de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas da cultura da canola. / This study used remote sensors, at local and regional levels, in order to characterize the spectral pattern of canola and propose methodologies to create crop masks, through satellite image classification, and generation of estimates of biophysical variables, from vegetation indices measured along the cycle. The measurements of biophysical variables were performed on experimental plots at Embrapa Trigo in Coxilha, and in crop sites monitored in the mesoregions Northeast and Northwest of Rio Grande do Sul, in 2013 and 2014. The biophysical variables measured were plant height, dry matter of the leaves, stem and pods and also, the leaf area index was estimated. The diploma thesis on comparison of combine harvesters in terms of work quality is based on professional literary research, which describes the parts of combine harvesters from adapters to threshing devices. The methodology of this thesis describes the procedure for obtaining results and values for comparison between John Deere 9640 WTS, New Holland TC5060, Claas Lexion 450 and Sampo Comia C8 combine harvesters during work. The results and the conclusion of the work compare the calculated, measured and determined results achieved precisely according to the methodology of 2017. The combine harvesters are compared in the areas of work quality, namely in the lossability, the theoretical throughput, the quality of spreading and crushing of straw and finally in efficiency and fuel consumption. The work also includes the costs associated with opearting combine harvesters.

A Probabilistic Model of Flower Fertility and Factors Influencing Seed Production in Winter Oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) / Un modèle probabiliste de fleur de fertilité et facteurs influant sur la production de semences en colza d'hiver

Le nombre de siliques par plante et le nombre de graines par silique sont les composantes du rendement du colza d'hiver qui présentent la plus grande variabilité. La production d'une graine résulte de la combinaison de plusieurs processus physiologiques, à savoir la formation des ovules et des grains de pollen, la fécondation des ovules et le développement de jeunes embryons. Un problème survenu à n’importe quelles des étapes peut entraîner l’avortement de graines ou de la silique. Le nombre potentiel d'ovules par silique et le nombre graines arrivant la maturité dépendraient de la position du dans l'architecture de plante et le temps de son apparition, mais le mode complexe de développement de colza rend difficile l’analyse des causes et effets.Dans cette étude, la variabilité des composantes du rendement suivantes est étudiée: (a) nombre d’ovules par silique, (b) nombre de graines par silique, et (c) nombre de siliques par axe en fonction d’une part, l’emplacement de la fleur dans l'inflorescence, et la position de cette dernière sur la tige, et l’autre part, le temps d'apparition de la silique, qui affectent la disponibilité d'assimilats. Basé sur les processus biologiques de la fertilité des fleurs, un modèle probabiliste est développé pour simuler le développement des graines. Le nombre de grains de pollen par fleur peut être déduit par le modèle et ainsi que les facteurs qui influent le rendement.Des expériences de terrain ont été menées en 2008 et 2009. Le nombre et la position des fleurs qui s'épanouissaient dans l'inflorescence ont été enregistrés sur la base des observations tous les deux à trois jours pendant la saison de floraison. Différents états trophiques ont été créés par tailler de la tige principale ou des ramifications à étudier l'effet de l'assimilation de la compétition.Les résultats montrent que la quantité d’assimilâtes disponibles a été le principal déterminant de la production de graines et de siliques. La répartition d’assimilâtes a été sensiblement affectée par l’emplacement de silique au sein d’une inflorescence et la location de l’inflorescence sur la tige colza. En outre, le paramètre de la distribution du nombre de pollen a indiqué que la production de graines pourrait être limitée par la pollinisation. La réduction de la viabilité des ovules pourrait entraîner la diminution du nombre de siliques et le nombre de graines par silique à l’extrémité de l'inflorescence. Le modèle proposé pourrait être un outil pour étudier la stratégie de l'amélioration du rendement des plantes à fleurs / The number of pods per plant and the number of seeds per pod are the most variable yield components in winter oilseed rape (WOSR). The production of a seed is the combination of several physiological processes, namely formation of ovules and pollen grains, fertilization of the ovules and development of young embryos, any problem in these processes may result in seed abortion or pod abortion. Both the number of ovules per pod and the potential for the ovule to develop into a mature seed may depend on pod position in the plant architecture and time of appearance. The complex developmental pattern of WOSR makes it difficult to analyse.In this study, we first investigate the variability of the following yield components (a) ovules/pod, (b) seeds/pod, and (c) pods/axis in relation to two explanatory variables. These two variables include (1) flower and inflorescence position and (2) time of pod appearance, linked to the effect of assimilate availability. Based on the biological phenomena of flower fertility, we developed a probabilistic model to simulate the number of ovules per ovary and seeds per pod. The model can predict the number of pollen grains per flower and distinguish the factors that influence the yield. Field experiments were conducted in 2008 and 2009. The number and position of flowers that bloomed within the inflorescence were recorded based on observations every two to three days throughout the flowering season. Different trophic states were created by clipping the main stem or ramifications to investigate the effect of assimilate competition.The results indicate that the amount of available assimilates was the primary determinant of pod and seed production. The distribution of resources was significantly affected by both the positions of pods within an inflorescence and the position of inflorescences within a plant in WOSR. In addition, model estimation for distribution parameter of pollen grain number indicated that pollination limitation could influence the seed production. Furthermore, the ovule viability could result in the decrease of the number of pods and the number of seeds per pod at the distal position of inflorescence. The model of flower fertility could be a tool to study the strategy of improving seed yield in flowering plants

Estimativas de variáveis biofísicas da canola com dados espectrais multisensor

Esse trabalho utilizou sensores remotos, em escala local e regional, para caracterizar o padrão espectral da canola e propor metodologias de criação de máscaras de cultivo, através da classificação de imagens de satélite, e de geração de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas, a partir de índices de vegetação medidos ao longo do ciclo. As medições das variáveis biofísicas foram realizadas em parcelas experimentais, na Embrapa-Trigo no município de Coxilha, e em lavouras monitoradas nas mesorregiões Nordeste e Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul, para as safras 2013 e 2014. As variáveis biofísicas medidas foram altura de plantas, matéria seca das folhas, da haste e das síliquas e, também, foi estimado o índice de área foliar. Os dados espectrais para as parcelas experimentais foram obtidos através de um espectrorradiômetro. Para as lavouras monitoradas, os dados espectrais foram obtidos dos produtos MCD43B4 e MOD09A1, medidos pelo sensor MODIS (satélites Terra/Aqua), e de imagens do sensor OLI (satélite Landsat 8). A partir destes foi realizada a caracterização espectral da canola ao longo do seu ciclo de desenvolvimento, gerando perfis completos e perfis das bandas espectrais. Os índices de vegetação foram utilizados para caracterizar o padrão espectral e para a criação de modelos de estimativas das variáveis biofísicas, os quais foram calculados usando as bandas espectrais simuladas. Os índices de vegetação foram utilizados para classificar as áreas cultivadas com canola para as mesorregiões Nordeste e Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul e, posteriormente, aplicados os modelos de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas. A caracterização do padrão espectral da canola foi consistente entre os dois anos avaliados e para todos os sensores, com variação temporal semelhante a outras culturas agrícolas, exceto pela redução nos índices de vegetação durante a floração da cultura. Os modelos de estimativa das variáveis biofísicas, apresentaram coeficientes de determinação elevados, com exceção das variáveis matéria seca das folhas e índice de área foliar. A classificação da área cultivada com canola, utilizando os produtos MODIS, apresentou resultados coerentes com o esperado de acordo com dados de série histórica, apresentados pela CONAB. As estimativas de variáveis biofísicas mostraram coerência com os obtidos pelas medições nas lavouras monitoradas. Os resultados obtidos nesse estudo demonstram, portanto, o potencial da utilização de dados espectrais multisensor para o mapeamento de lavouras e realização de estimativas de variáveis biofísicas da cultura da canola. / This study used remote sensors, at local and regional levels, in order to characterize the spectral pattern of canola and propose methodologies to create crop masks, through satellite image classification, and generation of estimates of biophysical variables, from vegetation indices measured along the cycle. The measurements of biophysical variables were performed on experimental plots at Embrapa Trigo in Coxilha, and in crop sites monitored in the mesoregions Northeast and Northwest of Rio Grande do Sul, in 2013 and 2014. The biophysical variables measured were plant height, dry matter of the leaves, stem and pods and also, the leaf area index was estimated. The spectral data for the experimental plots were obtained using a spectroradiometer. For monitored crop fields, spectral data were obtained from the products MCD43B4 and MOD09A1, measured by MODIS (Terra / Aqua satellite) sensor, and images from the OLI sensor (Landsat 8). These data were used to perform the spectral characterization of canola along its development cycle, generating full spectral profiles and spectral bands profiles. The vegetation indices were used to characterize the spectral pattern and creating models to estimate the biophysical variables, which have been calculated using the simulated spectral bands. The vegetation indices were used to classify the areas planted with canola for the mesoregions Northeast and Northwest and then applied to the models for estimates of biophysical variables. The characterization of the canola's spectral pattern was consistent between the two years and for all sensors with temporal variation similar to other agricultural crops, except for the reduction in the vegetation indices during the flowering phase of culture. The biophysical variables estimation models showed high correlation coefficients, except for the variables dry matter of leaves and leaf area index. The canola classification using MODIS products, showed results consistent with the expected according to historical data series presented by CONAB. Estimates of biophysical variables were consistent with those obtained by measurements in the monitored fields. The results of this study show, therefore, the potential of using multi-sensor data for the spectral mapping of canola the estimation of biophysical variables.

Architecture génétique du rendement et de ses composantes chez le colza d’hiver (Brassica napus L.) cultivé sous contrainte azotée / Genetic architecture of seed yield and its components in winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) grown under limiting nitrogen condition

L'augmentation de la production d'huile de colza (Brassica napus L.) pour répondre à la demande alimentaire et industrielle exige d'optimiser le rendement dans un contexte de réduction des intrants, notamment azotés. Les approches de génétique offrent une voie pour répondre à ces enjeux. En effet, la connaissance des régions génomiques (QTLs) et des mécanismes qui contrôlent l'élaboration des composantes du rendement sous contrainte azotée est un prérequis à la création variétale. Dans ce contexte, les questions de recherche posées dans cette thèse sont les suivantes: i) quelle est l'architecture génétique du rendement en huile chez le colza cultivé en bas intrants azotés?, ii) quelles sont les interactions des QTLs avec l'environnement et plus particulièrement avec l'intensité du stress azoté?, et iii) comment la combinaison de données agronomiques, génétiques et génomiques peut-elle contribuer à l'amélioration de caractères d'intérêt chez le colza? Une stratégie de détection de QTLs par analyse de liaison et analyse d'association a été mise en place sur deux populations biparentales et un panel de colzas d'hiver. Ces populations ont été expérimentées sur sept lieux et six années de culture (2009-2014) en condition de nutrition azotée limitante ou suffisante. Pour chaque essai, sept caractères phénotypiques relatifs à l'élaboration du rendement ont été mesurés. Peu d'interactions génotype × azote ont été détectées sur les caractères étudiés et un nombre important de QTLs a été retrouvé dans les deux conditions azotées. A l'inverse, de fortes interactions génotype × environnement ont été mises en évidence pour la majorité des caractères et les QTLs étaient pour la plupart spécifiques d'un lieu de culture. Dix régions génomiques d'importance, stables entre environnement et populations ont ainsi été identifiés et leur organisation structurale dans le génome du colza a été analysée. Le contrôle génétique de la teneur en huile des graines de colza a ensuite été étudié en combinant à la fois les informations de dix études indépendantes, les informations procurées par la récente publication du génome de B. napus et la recherche de variabilité haplotypique dans une région d'intérêt identifiée sur le chromosome A1 dans une population de colzas d'hiver. / The increase of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) oil production to answer the demand for human consumption and industrial applications requires the optimisation of seed yield in a context of reduction of inputs, including the nitrogen fertilization. Genetic approaches are a way to respond to this challenge. Indeed, determining the genomic regions (QTLs) and mechanisms controlling seed yield components under nitrogen limitation is a prerequisite for plant breeding programs. In this context, the scientific questions raised in this thesis are: i) what is the genetic architecture of seed yield components in rapeseed grown under limiting nitrogen condition? ii) how do the QTLs interact with the environment, and especially with the nitrogen stress?, and iii) how the combination of agronomic, genetic and genomic information can lead to the improvement of traits of interest in rapeseed? A strategy of QTL detection by linkage and linkage disequilibrium analyses was set up on two biparental populations and a winter oilseed rape diversity set. Those populations were trialled in seven location and six growing seasons (2009-2014) under low and sufficient nitrogen conditions. For each trial, seven seed yield-related traits were acquired. Few genotype × nitrogen condition interactions were detected and an important number of QTLs were common to the two nitrogen regimes. On the contrary, strong genotype × environment interactions were evidenced for most of the traits under study and the majority of the QTLs were location-specific. Ten critical genomic regions for yield associated traits stable through the environments and populations were identified and their structural organization in the rapeseed genome was investigated. The genetic control of oil content was then studied by combining the information from ten independent reports, the genomic information provided by the recent release of the B. napus genome and the haplotype variations among a winter oilseed rape population within one particular region identified on the A1 chromosome.
