1	Sociální práce s lidmi s duševním onemocněním / Social work with people with mental illness Roďanová, Jana January 2014 (has links) The thesis draws attention to the mentally disordered healthcare with the diagnosis of schizophrenia. It describes basic social services, with a focus on legislation and social workers' competencies and code of ethics. It deals with the methods of social services regarding schizophrenic patients. It defines the reasons for inception of schizophrenia and possibilities for patients' reintegration into the society. It deals with the concept of schizophrenia, examines the types of schizophrenia and possible treatments. In addition, it points out the importance of social workers involvement while working with mentally disordered people. Due to the fact that schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder, I decided to work as an intern in the therapeutic community Mýto. Based on my experience, I attempted a deeper analysis of this therapeutic residence.

The thesis also deals with possible difficulties which the municipality can encounter to as applicant for a grant from the Integrated Regional Operational Program (call no. 74 Development of polyfunctional community centers infrastructure). It also focuses on the topic of sustainability of the project. The aim of this diploma thesis is to theoretically define the community centers and community social work and to describe the possibilities of drawing funds from the EU fund and the process of preparing the application and its difficulties.
3	Místo filantropie v komunitní sociální práci se zaměřením na efektivitu výkonu / Significance of Philantrophy in community social work focusing on efficiency of performance Sittová, Kateřina January 2019 (has links) Significance of Philanthropy in community social work focusing on efficiency of performance Abstract (in English) The aim of this diploma thesis is the presentation of the subject of philanthropy in community social work. Special attention is however paid to the concept of effectivity of performance of social work. It is also endeavoured to delineate the concepts such as community social work, philathropy, quality of social services and measuring social impact. The main purpose of the research part of the thesis is exploration of the question whether there is a connection between effectivity of an organization and its success. In the commercial sector, success is perceived as long-term stability of the organization and its market prosperity. The aim of the research was to find out if this relationship holds true for non-profit sector or social services as well. The chosen strategy was qualitative research. The data collecting was conducted by means of individual semi-structured interviews. The main contribution of the thesis is the finding that the performance capacity of an organization is conditioned primarily by its staffing. More precisely, the more high-quality employes the organization has the higher performace it should achieve.

I interviewed the PSWs of Osaka public health center at that time. It was revealed that their work progressed from case work to group work, from the education for the client families to obtain community cooperative work place, etc. And the factors of promotion were ①freedom, ②autonomy,③cooperation,④eagerness,⑤training, ⑥environment and ⑦era.
