Factores potenciales que influyen en el comportamiento de compra de moda ecológica de los Millennials en Lima Moderna como estrategia competitiva de los econegocios de moda, 2020

La presente investigación tiene como finalidad determinar cuáles son los potenciales factores que influyen en el Comportamiento de Compra de Moda Ecológica de los millennials en Lima Moderna como estrategia competitiva de los econegocios de moda en el año 2020. El diseño a emplear para la investigación es no experimental, de corte transversal simple y de alcance explicativo. Adicional a ello, se emplea el enfoque cuantitativo como metodología para la recolección de datos; esté último se da a través de la aplicación de encuestas con el propósito de analizar los resultados obtenidos de la relación de las variables de estudio. Asimismo, la confiabilidad del instrumento se evalúa mediante el alfa de Cronbach, el cual es de 0.807 para la variable “Moda Ecológica”, y para la variable “Factores que influyen en el Comportamiento de Compra del Consumidor” es de 0.811. Por otro lado, de una población estimada de 453,012 habitantes millennials en Lima Moderna, se delimitó por medio del método de muestreo probabilístico estratificado una muestra de 384 millennials. Y según el análisis de la contrastación de hipótesis a través de la prueba Chi Cuadrado, se infiere que, los factores que influyen en el comportamiento de compra de Moda Ecológica de los millennials en Lima Moderna son potenciales para la Estrategia Competitiva de los Econegocios de Moda en el año 2020. / This research aims to determine what are the potential factors that influence in the purchase behavior of ecological fashion for millennials in Modern Lima as a competitive strategy for fashion eco-businesses, by 2020. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional simple and explanatory scope. In addition to this, the quantitative approach is used as a methodology for data collection, which is given through the application of surveys in order to analyze the results obtained from the relationship of the study variables. Likewise, the reliability of the instrument is evaluated using Cronbach's alpha, which is 0.807 for the variable “Ecological Fashion”, and for the variable "Consumer buying behavior" it is 0.811. On the other hand, from an estimated population of 453,012 millennial inhabitants in Modern Lima, a sample of 384 millennials was delimited by means of the stratified probabilistic sampling method. And according to the analysis of the hypothesis testing through the Chi Square test, it is inferred that the factors that influence the buying behavior of Ecological Fashion for millennials in Modern Lima are potential for the Competitive Strategy of Fashion Eco-businesses in 2020. / Tesis

En la actualidad, existe mayor demanda de productos light o dietéticos debido a los nuevos estilos de vida, tendencias, por una mayor concientización acerca de la salud y el cuidado personal, por estética, etc. Por ello es que hay diversos factores que influyen al consumidor en la compra de este tipo productos, las cuales unos son más determinantes que otros para que finalmente los clientes decidan por la compra entre uno y otro producto. Estos factores de compra pueden ser características propias del consumidor como personales, sociales o culturales así como también estímulos por parte del mercado que se da a través de estrategias de marketing como precio, promoción y packaging. Para fines de este trabajo se revisó la bibliografía actual de diferentes autores como fuente de información. Se realizará una investigación cuantitativa de tipo transversal y con un alcance explicativo, para detectar los factores que influyen en la compra de productos light. / At present, there is a greater demand for light or diet products due to new lifestyles, trends, greater awareness about health and personal care, aesthetics, etc. For this reason, there are several factors that influence the consumer in the purchase of this type of products, some of which are more decisive than others so that customers finally decide to buy between one product and another. These purchase factors can be characteristics of the consumer such as personal, social or cultural as well as stimuli by the market that is given through marketing strategies such as price, promotion and packaging. For the purposes of this work, the current bibliography of different authors was reviewed as a source of information. Muchas empresas han sido impactadas por la tendencia pet friendly, la cual ha tomado protagonismo en diversos establecimientos comerciales y en las estrategias que elaboran las empresas de distintas categorías en el mercado. Asimismo, ha impactado también en el comportamiento de compra de las personas, el gasto que realizan en el hogar y en su estilo de vida en general. Es así que las empresas están adoptando una posición firme frente a los problemas sociales que afectan a las mascotas, como el maltrato y abandono animal, y se han vuelto parte de la solución adoptando estos problemas dentro de su responsabilidad social. Asumiendo esta realidad, lo que se busca en esta investigación es entender el impacto que puede tener en el consumidor la responsabilidad social que muestra una marca retail tan grande como Plaza Vea y que además se vea ligada a la tendencia pet friendly, fuertemente valorada por los consumidores actualmente. Para ello, se evaluará cuál es el comportamiento de compra de los consumidores, entendiendo primero su satisfacción con la marca y su grado de lealtad. / Many companies have been impacted by the pet friendly trend, which has taken center stage in various commercial establishments and in the strategies developed by companies of different categories in the market. Background: We currently live in a time when consumers trust more on social media and less on traditional advertising as a source of information for their purchasing decisions. Social media and traditional advertising must be integrated somehow so that marketers can communicate more effectively with their target market. In this investigation, the influence of music influencers on consumer behavior is analyzed, getting to the conclusion that the benefits of influencer and social media marketing increases customer experience and credibility, as it gives a brand the ability to communicate with its customers and develop a long-term relationship. The music resource is combined with the influence of the artist's personality to generate strategies that are effective but not totally rewarded by the consumers. Purpose: The purpose of this study is therefore to explore what influence Latin American artists have on the behaviour of Latin American consumers and how companies can use these motivations to structure their own marketing campaigns. Method: In order to carry out the following research work, the following stages are proposed: Firstly, a theoretical framework will be elaborated using the methodology of literature review, secondly a qualitative research which will consist of an empirical analysis the instrument chosen for this is an interview with a professional in the sector. And finally quantitative research The survey is the instrument chosen to collect the information that will drive the quantitative research proposed for this study. Conclusion: The results suggest that artists have an influence on the purchasing behaviour of Ibero-American consumers. By establishing connections between literature review, empirical data and surveys, a significant relationship was found that affirms the theory. The study reveals evidence that consumers in general can be influenced by music as a formative variable of the environment or atmosphere. The benefits of influencer and social media marketing increases customer experience and credibility, as it gives a brand the ability to communicate with its customers and develop a long-term relationship. The music resource is combined with the influence of the artist's personality to generate strategies that are effective but not totally rewarded by the consumers. From there, marketers should take this research into account when implementing artists in their campaigns in Latin America.
