This thesis deals with the layout, construction, fire and thermal technical solution for residential building with business part. The residential complex is divided into four functional parts - underground garages, administrative, operational and residential part. This proposed building has four floors and a basement. The upper floor is sheltered by a flat roof. The constructional system is made of reinforced concrete columns and walls in the first two floors, as for the next floors the brick wall construction is used. The ceiling construction is a monolithic reinforced concrete panel with cross tension.

The thesis deals with drafting project documentation for the new building of the kindergarten. The building is designed in two separate classes, each with a capacity of 24 children, facilities for teachers and classroom for smaller rings. Parts of the building is designed for the needs of kindergarten kitchen. The building has two floors, brick bearing system. Warmth contact insulation system with an insulating layer of polystyrene. The subject of diploma thesis is the design of a hotel in the cadastral area of Kozlovice u Přerova. The building is designed for short term accommodation. The building has three floors and with partial basement. The hotel has the wellness zone in basement and the restaurant on the first floor. On the second and thirt floor there are rooms for guests. Before the hotel is a parking. From the construction point of wiev the building is designed as an object made of clay brick with reinforced concrete floor. The building has warm flat roof. The hotel is insulated with mineral wool. The building has ventilated facade.

The master’s thesis is focused on serviceability evaluation of historical concrete floor slab realized in the third decade of the 20th century. The assessment of structural performance is based on the results of load testing in situ. The thesis defines contemporary load testing requirements followed by the specifications of measuring instruments and the possibilities of displacement measurements during load testing. In addition, it includes structural and historical investigation of the building, methodology and data evaluation of the load testing. Finally, the theoretical computer simulation of executed load testing is run by using software determined for nonlinear finite elements analysis.

The structural system of building is designed from sand-lime block with thiskness 240 mm. Floor structure is from precast floor slab. The building is insulated witr contact thermal insulation. In kindergarten there is three class, each for 25 kids.

The subject of the diploma thesis is design and processing of the design documentation for the new building in Velké Meziříčí. The building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement, which serves like garage for 4 cars. On the above floors there are 8 residential units. Other premises are used as a business and administrative area. The loadbearing structure is made of sand-lime bricks, which are insulated with combined thermal insulation.

Master thesis Kindergarten in Polička is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. Two classes are designed in the building, each for 25 children, kitchen, technical background and facilities for staff. Part of the building is a large garden. It is a detached building with one floor and the part of the building with the basement. The surrounding terrain is slightly sloping. The building is made of masonry system on the concrete strip foundations. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The part of building is roofed with mono-pitched roof and the other parts are roofed with a flat roof.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is processing of ducumentary for mixed-use building in cadastre unit of village Vendryně. This building plot is situated on the outskirts of Vendryně. New building is designed as detached building, without cellar, with four floors. Wall structural system of building is made by sand-lime block. Floor and roof structure is consists of prestressed concrete floor. Roofing of house is made by flat green roof. On the first floor there are café, travel agency, dental laboratory, technical place and storage. The second floor is stated for administrative purposes. There are some offices, staff facilities, sanitary and technical places. On the third and fourth floors is situated dwelling unit. Three flats are in third floor and two flats are in fourth floor. Size of flats is designed as 2+KK and 3+KK.

The theme of my diploma thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of art gallery in Brno in Veveří street. The new building of the cultural center corresponds to the city plan of the the city Brno. The object is composed of three above-ground floors with partial basement. The new building has cafe, great hall, workshop for kids and exhibition area of art gallery. The construction system is combinated, it is formed from ceramic walling and columns. The ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There is counter roof. Load carrying systém of roof are nailed timber trussgirders . The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.
