Vid projektering av ytterväggar ställs höga krav på funktion och utformning. Ytterväggar har en mängd olika konstruktionslösningar beroende på stomsystem, fasadmaterial och andra förutsättningar. Uppdragsgivaren WSP, vill underlätta kvalitetssäkringen och minska tidsåtgången vid projektering med hjälp av framtagna typdetaljer. Typdetaljerna är utformade med hänsyn till aspekterna fuktsäkerhet, robusthet och kostnad. Intervjuer med konstruktörer, litteraturstudier samt kontakt med produktleverantörer, ligger till grund för arbetet. Utifrån analys av insamlat material har konstruktionslösningar tagits fram utifrån en maximal livslängd. Arbetet har resulterat i två typdetaljer för tung stomme och tre för lätt stomme, med fasadmaterialen puts, tegel samt skivmaterial. Tillhörande teknisk beskrivning, U-värde och kostnadsbild har tagits fram för vardera typdetalj. / Moisture saftey; Robustness; Cost; Exterior wall; Light frame; Heavy frame; Construction details   Abstract på engelska: Function and design have always been critically important when designing exterior walls. Several designs can be possible but are largely dependent upon the framework system, facade material as well as various other considerations. The client, WSP, wish to guarantee quality whilst reducing planning time but also maintaining factors such as moisture safety, robustness and cost. The basis of the work consisted of interviews with designers, revision of literature and product supplier liaison. Based upon analysis of collected material, the designs have been developed to ensure a maximum life span. The result has produced both heavy and light frame designs by utilising plaster, brick and sheet materials for the facade construction. The relevant technical descriptions, U-values and overall cost estimates have been developed for each construction details.

Typdetaljer för olika byggnadsdelar som finns tillgängliga på internet och i böcker är idag begränsade i sin utformning. Terrasstak och källarväggar har båda en utmanande konstruktion där det ställs höga krav på utformning då de är husets skydd mot det yttre klimatet. Uppdragsgivaren WSP hade upplevt ett problem med att konstruktörer på företaget ritade olika vid projektering av dessa typer av detaljer. Företaget ville därför hitta en metod där konstruktörerna kunde utgå från samma typdetaljer. Syftet med detta arbete var att underlätta kvalitetssäkringen av konstruktionsdetaljer vid projektering av terrasstak och källarväggar genom att skapa ett underlag att utgå ifrån. Målet blev då att framställa tydliga typdetaljer med tillhörande teknisk beskrivning. Genom litteraturstudier, projektgranskningar, samtal med konstruktörer och experter på och utanför företaget har underlag insamlats. Ett underlag som sedan legat till grund för analys och slutsats. Analys och slutsats genomfördes utifrån ett livslängdsperspektiv med fokus på aspekterna; byggbarhet, fuktsäkerhet, robusthet och kostnad. Resultatet visade tydligt att konstruktörerna ritat dessa detaljer olika och att de inte alltid har kunnat motivera sina val. Resultatet visade också att gällande terrasstak är det omvända konceptet det bästa ur livslängdssynpunkt och för källarväggar är det viktigt att väggen hålls varm och torr. För både källarväggar och terrasstak råder flera olika förutsättningar som påverkat framtagningen av typdetaljer. Slutligen resulterade arbetet i två typdetaljer för terrasstak och tre för källarväggar. / Construction details available on the Internet and in books for various building components are today limited in their design. Terraces and cellar walls both have a challenging construction where high demands are made, as they are the house's protection against the external climate.   The initiator WSP had experienced a problem that designers at the company designed differently when designing these types of details. The company therefore wanted to find a method where the designers could use the same type details as guidance.   The purpose of this work was to facilitate the quality assurance of design details when designing terrace roofs and cellar walls by creating a basis for starting. The goal was then to produce clear construction details with an accompanying technical description.   Through literature studies, project reviews, conversations with designers and experts on and outside the company, information has been collected to a sufficient extent as a basis for analysis and conclusion. Analysis and conclusion were conducted based on a longevity perspective focusing on the aspects; constructability, moisture safety, robustness and cost. The result clearly showed that the designers at the office designed these details differently and that they could not always justify their choices. The result also showed that the terrace roof as per the reverse concept is the best solution according to the longevity perspective, and for cellar walls is the important aspects to keep the wall dry and warm. For both cellar walls and terraces, there are different conditions that affect the production of construction details. This eventually led to two types construction details of terrace roofs and three for cellar walls.

My thesis project addresses a newly built hotel in the city of Brno. This work aims to describe the project documentation for the building construction. It is a freestanding building on flat terrain. The building has four floors and a basement. Located in the basement is a parking garage, technical equipment, and an area for sports and recreation. On the first floor there is a reception area, a restaurant, a cafe, retail space, and an outdoor terrace. The second and third floors are designed to accommodate guests with single and double rooms. In addition to the guest rooms there are two apartments, two rooms with handicapped access, children's play areas, and open common areas. The fourth floor includes guest room accommodations (single and double rooms), two board room offices, and two individual offices. The hotel management office is also located there along with a snack bar and an additional meeting room. The outer structure of the hotel consists of reinforced concrete skeleton, with bricked envelope of liaporbetonovým blocks. The skeleton is based on the footings. The building is covered with two mA single pass roofs, one of which is designed as vegetation. The building is insulated.

It is the representative four-storey building with flat single roofs, intended for general public use. The object is divided into two main parts. There are museum part and administration part. The museum part is a monolithic reinforced-concrete skeleton with light single facade. The administration part is a masonry construction system and it will serves especially for employees. The thesis containes a project of executive documentation including construction details and other assessments.

This diploma thesis deals with solution of construction of steel hall in Blansko. In this thesis is solved constructional-technological study of construction of steel hall. The thesis focuses in assembly of steel skeleton. More specifically deals with traffic situation around building, time and financial plan of the building for individual objects, draft of equipment of construction site, design of the main lifting machines and mechanisms, schedule of the main building object, safety measures at the construction site and ensuring quality requirements for the installation of a steel skeleton. Extra is processed itemized budget with bill of quantities, risk plan of construction of steel hall and construction details. This building is very interesting about architectural design. The basis for this thesis was a drawing documentation for realization of this construction.

This diploma thesis deal with phase of construction, which is foundation and upper construction of apartment building Komenského in Liberec. Building is situated in built-up and green area. Foundation circumstances is half difficult because of lower water included in soil. In this phase, we use formowork for columns, walls and roof. Used formwork is from Peri company, Quatro, Trio and Multiflex. There is suteren in the house, and because of lower water and high index of radon, we have to protect structure by compact waterproof isolation. This project contains formwork schematics and the time calculation needed to protect concrete until accomplishment. Other task is thermal review of constructions.
