<p>The construction industry contributes significantly to the GDP of the United States, attributing to its growth at an unprecedented rate. Efficient planning on all stages of construction is the only way to combat dynamic obstructions and deliver projects on time. The first element involved in the planning phase deals with the layout of the Construction Site. It significantly regulates the pace at which construction operations function and directly affects the time, cost, and safety linked to the successful delivery of the target project. Hence, it is paramount to ensure that every component of the construction site maneuvers with the utmost productivity. One such equipment that occupies significant attention while carrying out the CSLP process is Tower Crane. Tower crane optimization is pivotal to ensure proper lifting and handling of materials, and warrant conflict-free work zones. This research, therefore, aims to optimize its position by maximizing the lift ability. To achieve the goals, Generative Design- a paradigm that integrates the constructive features of mathematical and visual optimization techniques, is used to develop a relatively comprehensible prototype. The first part of the research, thus, utilized Generative Design on two construction sites- one from the United States and one from India. After implementing the visual programming algorithm, an improvement of 40% was warranted in the lift score. A pool of potential alternatives was explored and supplemented by the trade-off illustrations. The concept of trade-off was substantiated by allowing a framework for prioritization of lift cycles, and facilitating a holistic decision-making process. To evaluate the usability, 12 participants were chosen based on their previous experience with tower crane operations. The participants witnessed a live demonstration of the algorithm, answered a Likert scale questionnaire, and appeared for an open-ended interview to provide feedback about the proposed Generative Design technique. After carrying out narrative analysis for the usability aspect- it has been unanimously observed that the technique has extreme efficiency of usage and can evidently prevent the occurrence of errors. The study concludes by providing recommendations to augment the significance and usability of Generative Design for tower crane position optimization. </p><br>

The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare the construction called the District Police Department of the Czech Republic in Brno, Bohunice. The diploma thesis contains a technical report on the construction technology project, which deals with architectural and construction design solutions, coordination situation and transport routes, where critical points are assessed time and financial plan of construction, where all construction objects are described with their time and financial schedule, a study of the implementation of the main construction stages, which addresses the various stages of construction. The diploma thesis contains a technical report, item budget, plan for the establishment and liquidation of buildings and drawings of construction site equipment for each stage, design of the main construction machinery for the construction. A detailed time plan of the main building, a plan of its supply of materials for the rough construction was prepared for the given construction. Furthermore, the work contains a technological regulation for a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase, which is related to the control and test plan for a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. The next assignment deals with the item budget of the main building for the rough construction, the drawing of the formwork for the reinforced concrete monolithic staircase and the economic assessment and evaluation of construction cranes.

Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) / Although many of Lola Ridge's poems champion the causes of minorities and the disenfranchised, it is too easy to state that politics were the sole reason for her neglect. A simple look at well-known female poets who often wrote about social or political issues during Ridge's lifetime, such as Edna St. Vincent Millay and Muriel Rukeyser, weakens such a claim. Furthermore, Ridge's five books of poetry illustrate that many of her poems focused on themes beyond the political or social. The decisions by critics to focus on selections of Ridge's poems that do not display her ability to employ multiple aesthetics in her poetry have caused them to present her work one-dimensionally. Likewise, politically motivated critics often overlook aesthetic experiments that poets like Ridge employ in their poetry. Few poets during Ridge's time made use of such drastically varied styles, and because her work resists easy categorization (as either traditional or avant-garde), her poetry has largely gone unnoticed by modern scholars. Chapter two of my thesis focuses on a selection Ridge's social and political poems and highlights how Ridge's social poetry coupled with the multiple aesthetics she employed has played a part in her critical neglect. My findings will open up the discussion of Ridge's poetry and situate her work both politically and aesthetically, something no critic has yet attempted. Chapter three examines Ridge’s role as editor of Modern School, Others and Broom. Ridge's work for these magazines, particularly Others and Broom, places her at the center of American modernism. My examination of Ridge's social poetry and her role as editor for two leading literary magazines, in conjunction with her use of multiple aesthetics, will build a strong case for why her work deserves to be recovered.

This Master’s thesis deals with the technological project of building an industrial complex AQUASYS in Žďár nad Sázavou. This work includes technical reports ZS and STP, site equipment, wider transport relations, budget calculation, time planning, inspection and test plan, mechanical assembly, contract for work and job security for this building.

Subject of this master thesis is the structural and technological background for the construction of high school in Rajhrad. This consists of time and finanical plans, technological instructions for the reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, time schedule, item budget, construction site layout, machinery configuration , audit and evaluation plans, work place safety protocols, environmental plan of the construction site.

In this diploma thesis is designed replica Hanacky estate from the 19th century. The whole structure includes not only a replica of the estate but also including the reconstruction of a barn or shelter. Hanacky estate will be part of Zoopark Vyškov and will serve as an environmental education center. Thesis I deal with a construction technological project. I focus here on the transport links, building-site cell site equipment, calculation of water and electricity, design tools and machinery, calculation, budget and schedule, the use of machines and workers, limitky. I deal with the technological regulations innovative technology. Furthermore, it is the control and test plans, security, ecology, design contract for work. In the last part of my thesis I deal with natural building materials.

This work includes the construction and technological equipment for the study site , ZOV , technological regulations, building equipment, wider transport relations, budget calculation , time planning , inspection and test plan , design mechanisms , job security this building , balance resources.

The master´s thesis describes the realization of new apartment building in Ohrazenice. The thesis contains a technical report of the construction-technical project, studies of relatization of the main technological stages and report of the building equipment. I designed the main construction machines and mechanisms. An optimized budget with a bill of quantitiesand detailed construction schedule and a graph of staff needs is prepared for the SO01 building. The thesis also deals with technology of drilled piles and prepared a technological regulativ, schedule of occupational health and safety and a control and test plan.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a construction-technological solution for realization of a storage hall in Rousínov. The work deals with a time and financial plan for all buildings of the project Storage Hall, Rousínov. A technical report, a study of the implementation of the construction’s individual stages, a design and assessment of transport routes, a design of the construction site equipment and a design of the machinery were prepared for the building No. 2. An itemized budget with a statement of acreage and construction schedule was prepared. A technological regulation and a control and test plan were prepared for the implementation process of the wire-reinforced concrete industrial floor. Within the diploma thesis, a technological regulation for the implementation of a reinforced concrete retaining wall was prepared. Noise pollution caused by the construction site was examined and evaluated in a noise study. The environmental requirements for the storage hall building No. 2 were processed.
