História oral no percurso de vida e de formação de professores e professoras de matemática: possíveis implicações curriculares

To accomplish the set aim, Oral History (thematic) was used as a methodology of investigation. Data gathering as well as Math teachers testimonials; who had taken their initial training programs in different historical periods, dedicating themselves to Math education, were registered. The protagonists of this research and their testimonials revealed the paths of Mathematics education with the wisdom of whom have been part of this history. Analysis was based in established dialogues within theorists, especially Freire, Garnica, Miorin, Nóvoa, amongst others who have been giving support to theory and practice narrated by the subjects of this research. A perspective of great curricular movements in Mathematics education since Francisco Campos Reform emerged from testimonials of the subjects of the research, from the Modern Mathematics Movement to present days / Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar e ressignificar a trajetória histórica do ensino da Matemática no Brasil por meio das vozes de professores formadores que trabalham à luz de uma pedagogia crítica e transformadora. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, a História Oral (temática) foi utilizada como metodologia de investigação e coleta de dados e os depoimentos de professores de Matemática que realizaram sua formação inicial em tempos históricos diferentes e que se dedicam ao ensino da Matemática foram registrados. Os relatos dos protagonistas da pesquisa revelaram os rumos do ensino da Matemática com a sabedoria de quem fez parte dessa história. A análise fundamentou-se nos diálogos estabelecidos com os teóricos, sobretudo Freire, Garnica, Miorim, Nóvoa, entre outros que deram sustentação a teoria e a prática narrada pelos sujeitos da pesquisa. Emergiu dos relatos dos sujeitos da pesquisa um panorama dos grandes movimentos curriculares no ensino da Matemática desde a reforma Francisco Campos, passando pelo Movimento Matemática Moderna até os dias de hoje
