Part of thesis is background research of individual components of the forging complex with hydraulic press CKW 25. It describes the current structure QHZ table, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions of the table. The work also includes design, description and calculation of the chosen solution.

The aim of my diploma thesis is the formula car pedal assembly design. The introduction of the thesis presents the possible design variants of the car pedal assembly of the current vehicles completed with requirement that are demanded from them. Furthermore, there are mentioned and described individual elements of the car pedal assembly including their principle and function. The thesis mentions collected basic information about the design of the components. On the basis of this mentioned information the thesis aims for the design including the choice of appropriate and relevant components. The final design of pedals and the basic console results from the mentioned calculation of stress analysis. In conclusion of the thesis there are evaluated achieved results that are compared with the current pedal assembly and there are presented the possible ways of designs with the respect to their production.

The designed parts are put to stress analyse by finite elements method. My design is based on similar construction of four cylinder engine Zetor.

The aim of this master`s thesis was to design a single-cylinder test engine for measuring of the friction forces between the piston group and the cylinder liner. Main engine parameters are based on the common production engine. A floating liner device was chosen for a friction forces measurement. It was necessary to solve an attachment and sealing of the floating liner. Stress-strain analysis of the floating liner has been done. Next step was to re-design a production crankshaft also with a connected balancing devices for single-cylinder engine. Powertrain was seated in a completely new units. Finally the engine was completed and mounted on a stand.

Tato práce zkoumá možností řešení kritické síly vzpěrné stability laminátových kompozitních válcových skořepin jak analytickým tak MKP přístupem. Analytické řešení je prezentováno detailně a je zpracován Matlab program pro jeho výpočet. MKP řešení je prováděno ve dvou řešičích softwaru MSC.Nastran, jsou zjišťována vhodná nastavení těchto řešičů a jejich chování. Všechny způsoby řešení jsou na závěr porovnány a je navrženo několik závěrů.

Intended modifications are to describe present condition of machine, find present requirements and design simple modifications. All modifications are checked by calculations and sketched in shop drawings. There were also made alternative options of modification to show machine more versatile and automatic.
