Posuvná a zvedací plošina / Sliding and Lifting Platform

Kučo, Stanislav January 2014 (has links)
This thesis describes a project of a mobile stage device that will be used for a concert tour of Lucie. The first part characterizes the given task and expounds description and function of the device itself. The second part focuses on the design concept of supporting frames. This is followed by design and calculation of all mechanisms, actuators and construction of individual moving parts of a sliding and lifting platform. The last part verifies stability of the whole construction in accordance with appropriate standards. The thesis also contains technical documentation, which is to be found in appendix.

Tříválcový řadový vznětový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro užitková vozidla / Three-cylinder inline diesel engine with an eccentric crank for commercial vehicles

Domský, Viktor January 2015 (has links)
The goal is to investigate the influence of eccentricity on the force between the piston and the cylinder liner and the influence on balancing of the crank mechanism. For a selected eccentricity suggest a balancing method and perform stress analysis of crankshaft considering torsional vibration. Eccentricity is chosen by the ratio of centric and eccentric mechanism of friction work. The paper shows the effect of eccentricity on the selected kinematics values. Stress analysis is done in the software ANSYS. Using selected eccentricity the friction work was reduced by 10 %.

Čtyřválcový zážehový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro osobní vozidla / Four-cylinder petrol engine with eccentric crank mechanism for passenger vehicles

Mlčoch, Pavel January 2015 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis is aimed at exploring the potential of offset crankshaft mechanism for four cylinder inline petrol engine in terms of reducing the frictional losses of the piston group. Thesis deals with the influence of eccentricity on kinematics, dynamics and balance of the crank train. Furthermore, specific crankshaft balancing is elaborated and applied on 3D CAD model of the crankshaft. Calculation of fatigue safety factor using the advanced LSA method that takes into consideration the effect of forced torsional vibration and utilizes outputs from the FEA software (ANSYS APDL) is performed as well. Thesis also includes design of two options of rubber torsion damper mounted on the engine belt pulley and the follow-up choosing of the more advisable one.

Čtyřválcový řadový vznětový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro užitková vozidla / Four-cylinder in-line diesel engine with an eccentric crank for commercial vehicles

Ducheček, Martin January 2015 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of eccentricity of crank mechanism to the force between the piston and the cylinder liner for appointed crank mechanism. Furthermore the influence of eccentricity to balancing crankshaft is verified and for selected value of eccentricity is realized balance. For the construction check was realized stress analysis of crank mechanism included torsion vibration.

Počítání tlakových lahví v obraze / Gas Cylinder Counting in Camera Images

Klos, Dominik January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with an automatic counting of cylinders placed on the back of a truck using images taken by a camera mounted above the car. To achieve this goal, an SVM classifier based on HOG image descriptors has been trained to detect the cylinders. Further, a tracking method based on optical flow estimation has been designed to track the cylinders through image sequences. The result of the thesis is an application that counts bottles with precision 93,08 % placed on the truck and visualizes results of the detection.

Hydraulické posunovače / Hydraulic pullers

Votava, Michal January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic puller. Furthermore, the diploma thesis presents the analysis of possible design solutions. It includes processing the selected design of the hydraulic puller with parameters: maximum pushing force 50 kN, speed of work movement 0,05 m.s-1. The analysis by using finite element method (FEM) is made. The next part of thesis includes the design of hydraulic circuit of puller. In the last part of thesis there is the design for replacement of hydraulic puller by mechanical systems.

Termálně-strukturální analýza válce čtyřdobého spalovacího motoru / Thermal-Mechanical Analysis of the Cylinder of the Four-stroke Engine

Ptáček, Petr January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on creating a finite element method model of a four-stroke engine with a purpose to determine an impact on cylinder bore distortion caused by several types of loading. Introduction of this work covers research of possibilities in modelling thermal-structural analysis of cylinder liner and verifications of the analysis results. An Ansys model was further created and cylinder liner radial deformation caused by head bolts tightening and thermal loading coming from combustion was determined. Finally, a whole engine working cycle was simulated with a gas pressure loading and its final impact on the total cylinder liner radial deformation was defined.

Interakce jádro – tavenina při odlévání hlav válců z Al slitin do kovových forem / Interaction Core - Melt by Casting of Cylinder Heads from Al Alloys in Semi-Permanent Moulds

Hlavsa, Petr January 2016 (has links)
This dissertation thesis deals with interactions on the interface core - melt by casting of cylinder heads from Al alloys in semi-permanent moulds and solves a specific problem with sticky sand after decoring of a diesel cylinder head casting. It describes in detail the process of core production using the Cold-Box method and process of casting using the progressive technology Rotacast. It theoretically analyses the reaction on the interface core-melt and presents a classification of surface defects by Al castings produced by gravity casting into semi-permanent moulds. It also states the results of technological tests of binders, core mixtures and cores (Cogas analysis). By solution of a problem with sticky sand in intake and exhaust ports of diesel cylinder head casting is used methodology for problem solving DMAIC. All experimental tests are solved in laboratory and production conditions of an international company dealing with casting of cylinder heads from Al alloys in semi-permanent moulds.

Thermal Analysis of Multi-Cylinder Drying Section with variant Geometry

Roonprasang, Kiattisak 25 November 2008 (has links)
This specific-purpose mathematical model was developed for the drying process in a multi-cylinder drying section. The unsteady state of one-dimensional heat conduction equation has been applied to mathematical model of both, cylinder shell and paper web. The internal mass transfer of the paper web has not been included in this work. The calculations of the simulation program use an implicit numerical method. The drying path length along the machine direction has been divided into 4 drying phases for each drying cylinder. Each drying phase has been divided in small sub-elements. In each sub-element, the heat and mass transfer across boundary conditions have been solved simultaneously in the simulation program, which runs with MatLAB®.
