Automatizované zhromažďovanie a štrukturalizácia dát z webových zdrojov

Zahradník, Roman January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a solution for continuous data acquisition from web sources. The application is in charge of automatically navigating web pages, extracting data using dedicated selectors, and subsequently standardizing them for further processing for data mining.

Faktory ovplyvňujúce ekonomickú úroveň krajiny

Bobošová, Terézia January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the identification of factors influencing the level of economic performance of the countries. A theoretical platform presents the total population, the technological level and the economic freedom as possible factors of influence. Groups of countries, which have the similar character of the level of economic performance, are sorted out by cluster analysis. To describe the common factors influencing the level of economic performance among every created group of countries the panel data models are used. The results prove the influence of total population, technological level and economic freedom in the most developed, moderately developed and in developing countries around the world. Each of these indicators shows the positive effect on the level of economic performance, thereby creating an opportunity for the improvements.

Vyhodnocení heterogenity výnosu plodin a ověření senzorového systému pro variabilní aplikaci hnojiv

Mezera, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
In the theoretical part of this thesis there is summarized basic knowledge about precision agriculture, soil condition monitoring, mapping yield and state of vegetation. The practical part deals with evaluation of yield heterogeneity, creating yield maps, and verification of Isaria online sensor system for variable application of nitrogen fertilizers. The methodology of the work was based on the collection of data from the Isaria sensor system and the yield data from combine harvesters on the land of Zdounky center of SALIX MORAVA a.s. during 2016. The available documents were processed using tools in geographic information systems and then statistically compared to each other, including the underlying maps of the yield potential and satellite data of remote sensing. The significance of dependencies of the above mentioned factors was evaluated by correlation analysis and linear regression. The results show that the varying degrees of dependence were found between variables.

Vliv (neformálních) institucí na hospodářský růst

Ptáčková, Miroslava January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to demonstrate influence of informal institutions on economic growth. Informal institutions are described by amount of tax evasion and amount of corruption because these factors reflect culture, moral values of society and settings of formal institutional environment. Relation is empirically verified by correlation analysis and panel data analysis. This analysis is executed on a sample of 23 countries of OECD and it is linked with a period from 1999 until 2010. Basic model of panel data analysis is built on the neoclassical growth theory. Then institutional variables are included and sorted into this model. Results of empirical analysis are discussed in conclusion.

Hloubka variančních matic / Depth of variance matrices

Brabenec, Tomáš January 2021 (has links)
The scatter halfspace depth is a quite recently established concept which extends the idea of the location halfspace depth for positive definite matrices. It provides an interest- ing insight into the problem of suitability quantification of a matrix for the description of the covariance structure of the multivariate distribution. The thesis focuses on the investigation of theoretical properties of the depth for both general and more specific probability distributions which can be used for data analysis. It turns out that the es- timators of scatter parameters based on the empirical scatter depth are quite effective even under relatively weak assumptions. These estimators are useful especially for dealing with a sample containing outliers or contaminating observations. 1

Získávání znalostí z databází / Knowledge Data Discovery

Melichar, Ladislav Unknown Date (has links)
The data mining is still little investigated area. This project is aimed firstly generally to the knowledge discovery from the structured data, especially from the datas in XML format. Furthermore the tree algorithm HybridTreeMiner is presented here with aim of its application for the knowledge discovery from XML documents. The practical part of this project is dedicated to the design of the conception for the algorithm integration to the mining system developed in FIT. This system is implemented in the programming language Java, it has modular   structure and its parts communicate each other by means of the language DMSL. Reached results are presented and discussed in the end.

Metody pro podporu rozhodování v prostředí lékařské aplikace / Decision Support Methods in a Medical Application

Mrázek, Petr January 2009 (has links)
{The diploma thesis is dealing with the present medical application extension by the means for decision support. The first part of the work is focused on the general problem of data warehouses, OLAP and the data mining. The second part attends to the very proposal and implementation of the extension in the form of the very application, which enables executing OLAP analysis upon the gathered medical data.

Honey-Pot: Systém pro detekci útoků / Honey-Pot: System for Attack Detection

Michlovský, Zbyněk January 2007 (has links)
This thesis deals with the area of honeypots and honeynets. It defines their classification and contains detailed descriptions of their properties and features. It further elaborates on several freely available systems. The main focus is given to honeypot Nepethes that was being run for one month on an unfiltered Internet connection. A detailed analysis of the collected data is then given.

Mdma and Methamphetamine: An Investigation of a Neurochemical and Behavioral Cross-Tolerance in the Rat

Henderson, Christina S 01 January 2009 (has links) (PDF)
We previously found that intermittent administration of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, “Ecstasy”) to adolescent male rats protected against the behavioral and serotonergic neurotoxic effects of a subsequent MDMA binge. Similar results have been reported for the dopamine (DA) neurotoxin methamphetamine (METH). The present study tested the hypothesis that intermittent adolescent MDMA exposure would protect against the DA neurotoxic effects of a METH binge. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected s.c. with MDMA (10 mg/kg x 2; 4-h interdose interval) or saline every fifth day from postnatal day (PD) 35 through PD 60. The animals were then challenged with either a low- or high-dose METH binge (4 or 8 mg/kg x 4; 2- h interdose interval) or saline on PD 67. Activity was measured 1 day after the binge, and regional serotonin transporter (SERT) and dopamine transporter (DAT) expression were analyzed at PD 74 by radioligand binding. All animals treated with METH on the challenge day became hyperthermic, independent of pretreatment conditions. Both MDMA-pretreated and drug-naïve rats also showed a dose-dependent hypoactivity 24 h after the first dose of the METH binge. The SERT binding results indicated that adolescent pretreatment with MDMA provided full or partial protection (depending on the brain region) against the serotonergic deficits produced by METH in previously drug-naïve animals. In contrast, MDMA pretreatment failed to protect against METH-induced decreases in striatal DAT binding. These results suggest that the neuroprotective 2 effects of adolescent MDMA pretreatment are confined to the serotonergic system, possibly reflecting a selective upregulation of antioxidant mechanisms in that system.

Analýza dat síťové komunikace mobilních zařízení / Analysis of Mobile Devices Network Communication Data

Abraham, Lukáš January 2020 (has links)
At the beginning, the work describes DNS and SSL/TLS protocols, it mainly deals with communication between devices using these protocols. Then we'll talk about data preprocessing and data cleaning. Furthermore, the thesis deals with basic data mining techniques such as data classification, association rules, information retrieval, regression analysis and cluster analysis. The next chapter we can read something about how to identify mobile devices on the network. We will evaluate data sets that contain collected data from communication between the above mentioned protocols, which will be used in the practical part. After that, we finally get to the design of a system for analyzing network communication data. We will describe the libraries, which we used and the entire system implementation. We will perform a large number of experiments, which we will finally evaluate.
