This thesis focuses on the development of a multifunctional sol-gel coating for corrosion and wear protection of pump parts. The studied material is a DC04 laminated carbon steel, very sensitive to corrosion and with an uneven topography. Feasibility of the development of an architectured hybrid coating, densified on the extreme surface and prepared by the sol-gel route on the DC04 steel has been demonstrated. The architecture is based on a gradient of concentration of zirconia nanoparticles imbedded in an aluminosilicated hybrid matrix. The resulting bilayered primer in the range 5-6 microns is adherent, covering, leveling and presents high-performance anticorrosion properties, up to 1000 hours when immersed in tap water at 60 ° C. The introduction of zirconia nanoparticles in the hybrid sol allows to obtain a thicker upper layer, in the range 8-10 microns, which surface has been densified by laser treatment for few nm in deep. Architectured systems were assessed by an innovative method which combines Taber wear tests, microstructural observations and analysis by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. 13C, 29Si and 27Al NMR spectroscopies have highlighted the importance of controlling both the organic and inorganic polymerisation reactions to obtain efficient anticorrosion coatings. Moreover, these results demonstrate that the modification of the organic-inorganic hybrid matrix structure allows the introduction of a higher amount of cerium, as corrosion inhibitor, without damage for the anticorrosive properties of the coating.

Výroba víčka / Production of capBraško, Zdenko January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to propose and design the production of the cap. The cap is welded to the tube of roller regal and is used for closing the tube. They together make a fixed assembly. There is a bearing molded from inside the cap and shaft passes through the center of the cap. The main function of whole assembly is to rotate the tube around its own axis. The cap will made from deep - drawing steel DC04 with a thickness of 2 mm. After consideration various possible variants for the cap production, there was chosen deep drawing without reduction of thickness as the most profitable technology. The shape of the component was modified from the technology review. There is proposed a tool that will be used for production the caps. The caps will be produced within three operations: the first two operations form a central cup and the third operation makes the final shape of the cap. Drawings for the tool are created and delivered as part of this thesis. Based on the necessary force and work calculation, it was chosen eccentric press machine S 160 E from the ŠMERAL company. With the 25 000 series, the costs of production one piece are 51,65 CZK.

Svařování hlubokotažných ocelí s ochrannou vrstvou pomocí oscilujícího laserového svazku / Welding of deep-drawing steels with a protective layer by means of an oscillating laser beamHolub, Kamil January 2020 (has links)
This thesis deals with the topic of procedural parameters influence on the properties of welded joint in zinc-coated deep-drawing steels in laser welding with wobbling. First part of the thesis serves as an overview of laser welding technology, welding of steel with protective zinc layer and weld quality testing. Second part is dedicated to a proposal, process flow and evaluation of an experiment. Seven trial lap welding joints of DC04+ZE steel have been welded using different welding parameters. Specimens from these trial welds were used for metallurgical testing by macro-etch examination and for tensile strength break testing to get mechanical properties of welded joints.

Výroba horního dílu benzínové nádrže / Production of the upper part of gasoline tankMinář, Martin January 2017 (has links)
The thesis deals with the design of the upper part of the gas tank. Taking into account the shape and dimensions, the solution was chosen the most advantageous drawing technology without a thinning of 1 mm thick DC04 steel. The solution took account of the requirements of the contracting authority and selected the production for one operation. However, the simulation proved inappropriateness of the solution, so the procedure was modified to two operation proces. At the first stroke, a larger part of the body will be created, and in the other, a calibration of the cut-out dimensions will occur. For the first operation, the design of the tool kit, including drawing documentation for the CTH 250 press, was elaborated.

Zusammenhänge zwischen Werkstoff- und Oberflächenzustand und der Korrosionsanfälligkeit von Metallen / Correlations between material and surface state and the corrosion susceptibility of metalsMehner, Thomas 26 May 2017 (has links) (PDF)
The extent of corrosion can be controlled by the material and surface state. Important parameters are: roughness, crystallite size, microstrain, texture and residual stresses. Using the example of cold-rolling processes, the dependencies of these parameters on the plastic strain are shown that can be implemented in numerical simulations and allow increasing the information extracted from the calculations significantly. A model is proposed for determining qualitative and quantitative correlations between the corrosion-affecting parameters and the corrosion rate. Using a carbon steel (DC04), the minimal corrosion rate in sulphuric acid can be calculated and an appropriate processing route is suggested. The model can be adopted for other corrosion systems, which is shown for EN AW-1050/sulphuric acid.
