В современном мире экономика и управление стремительно меняются и трансформируются из традиционных форм в цифровые. Среди ключевых изменений, связанных с информационными технологиями абсолютно новые возможности по накоплению, обработке и анализу данных. Цель данного исследования на основании анализа национальных и федеральных проектов «Цифровая экономика РФ», «Цифровое государственное управление» определить перспективы цифровизации государственного управления в Свердловской области. Основной пункт научной новизны данного исследования заключаются в определении «цифровизации» как новой функции менеджмента, практическая значимость заключается в разработке проекта суперсервиса «Налоговый мониторинг». / In the modern world, economics and management are rapidly changing and transforming from traditional forms to digital ones.
