Personalmanagement in der brandenburgischen Landesverwaltung

In der brandenburgischen Landesverwaltung und Justiz sollen in den nächsten Jahren noch ca. 8.000 Stellen eingespart werden. Gleichzeitig sind die Landesverwaltung und die Justiz an die demografische Entwicklung und die damit verbundenen Aufgabenveränderungen anzupassen. Das ressortübergreifende Personalmanagement gewinnt hierdurch an Bedeutung. Um den Prozess zu gestalten, hat die Landesregierung eine Besetzungsrichtlinie erlassen und mit den Gewerkschaften einen Tarifvertrag zum Verwaltungsumbau (TV Umbau) abgeschlossen, die in diesem Band ebenso abgedruckt sind, wie die Durchführungshinweise des Ministeriums des Innern. Darüber hinaus enthält der Band die aktuell geltende Personalbedarfsplanung bis Ende 2015, die Dr. Folke Schneider erläutert. In einem Beitrag von Volker-Gerd Westphal wird eine Gesamtschau der Rahmenbedingungen für das Personalmanagement in der brandenburgischen Landesverwaltung und Justiz vorgenommen. / During the next few years, about 8.000 jobs will be economised in the Brandenburgian state administration and justice. At the same time, the state administration and justice need to be adapted to the demographic development and the associated changes of responsibility. Thus, the inter-agency human research management gains importance. To form the process, the state government has issued a staffing directive and concluded a collective agreement on administrative restructuring with trade unions (TU conversion), which are printed in this volume, as well as the implementing instructions of the Ministry of the Interior. Further, the volume contains the currently applicable personnel requirement planning up to the end of 2015, which is explained by Dr Folke Schneider. In an article by Volker-Gerd Westphal, an overview of the basic conditions for the human resource management in the Brandenburgian state government and justice is given.

This final work is dedicated to analysis of the demographic-socioeconomic indicators in the Region Vysocina in the period of time 2001 till 2013. The analysis focuses on the structure and dynamics of the population and the labor market situation. There are evaluated factors associated with number of people, its development (birth rate, mortality, migration) and movement (inward and outward commuting to work and schools) and population structure by age. The thesis also focuses on economic structure of population and indicators characterizing the labor market, such as the rate of registered and long-term unemployment and the ratio of supply and demand in the labor market. Appropriate feature of the trend for prediction of the future development until 2020 is used at selected characteristics. From the collected data it is evaluated the socioeconomic condition of Region Vysocina and conclusions serving as recommendations for improving of the situation on the given area.

The theme of this diploma thesis is analysis of demographic trends of Olomouc Region in the period 2002--2012. This analysis follows the development of demographic indicators related population, mortality, birth rate, marriage rate, divorce rate and migration. Then we perform the comparison of these parameters with the development of the region in the Czech republic in the same time period. An appropriate trend fiction was used to predict the development of selected demographic indicators up to 2017. The analysis of Olomouc Region I chose because of the lack of analysis in the microregion development strategy.

Principal objective of this thesis is to give a true picture of the population development in the town Děčín, to analyse and evaluate a demographic development and a spatial movement of the inhabitants. This thesis recognizes the connection between its history and present, it investigates deviations and suggests possible solutions to the problem to attract people. The main chapters include the demographic development, the social, age, economic structures and the migration. It compares Děčíns' population with population of Ústecký region and the Czech republic as well. The comparision of the population uncovers a certain trend in the Czech Republic. This thesis includes suggestions of specialists who were willing to discuss some topics personally. The thesis discovers that Děčín has a big potential for development. The town must utilize its potential or it will be burdened by its debts and the inhabitants will move to the developed regions.

The diploma thesis analyzes demographic trend in the long time series in Kolin area. The basis for this thesis were data from the Czech Statistical Office and statistical yearbooks dealing with demographic trends. At the beginning of the work was a clarification of key concepts related to the topic, and then the whole region was characterized from the geographic and demographic perspective. Own thesis then tracks the evolution of the population, fertility, mortality, abortion, nuptiality, divorce and migration of the population between 2004--2013. In conclusion are set out proposals and measures affecting population development.

Demografický vývoj venkova v Jihomoravském kraji

Diploma theses called Demographic trends of South Moravian rural regions describes a demographic situation in South Moravian region focused on rural regions. Firstly is processed literature review of demographic development and defined rural areas. Then is described historical development of moravian rural areas from 1869 to 2014. We choose methodics according to OECD by which we can indentify South Moravian rural regions. Demarcated regions are displayed using a map. Next part describes the demographic situation in South Moravian rural regions in detail focusing on ageing of population. We set the hypotheses which assumed increase of pensioners and reduction of children. This hypotheses were confirmed. Most of the demographic analysis are affected by existence of the city of Brno in the South Moravian region. In conclusion significant effects are summarized and completed by predictions of future development which is focused of children and pensioners social services sufficiency.
