The aim of this diploma thesis is to create and apply a methodology to improve the manufacturing process. Processes for the passage of a contract through the company and activities of the foreman were analyzed. According to this analysis, a methodology was created for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. This methodology was applied to the data obtained in the analysis. Based on the application of the methodology, actions have been proposed to improve the production process.

The master thesis: „ The Study of Optimization of Production Process“ focouses on optimization of material flow to manufacturing department. First of all there will be shown theoretical approach corresponding with the thesis area and we will introduce production system and portfolio of products. Subsequently a real project will be analyzed and author will describe deficiencies in this project and system. Thanks to theoretical approach there will be found a different solution how to define new system without deficiencies. In the end the author will make a conclusion of newly found solution

The diploma is focused on optimizing of rating during the process of painting by means of experimental methods and statistic analysis. Description of the study of the present state of painting process, result analysis and the project of optimal pre-set in practice.

The aim of this work is to analyze and design model completely prepared for the developing team which must be able to build a fully functional CRM modul for company offering computer training. Through the use of UML diagrams it will figure out functions offered by the modul and the way, how these functions are accessible to the user. This work will also suggest some possibilities of work between this modul and the database in the SQL language.

The aim of this thesis is to create an interactive graphical software intended for calculations of states of moist air and marking these states in Molliere’s i-x diagram. The branch of air-conditioning is considered to be the main field of application of this software, so the calculations of basic changes of moist air have been included to this software as well.

The master thesis deals with modal analysis of turbine wheel of aircraft engine. The first part is concerned with the modal analysis of the computational model of turbine wheel and separated turbine blade using the cyclic symmetry of the ANSYS software. This part of the thesis set the task of determining the natural frequency depending on the operating parameters of the motor. The second part of the thesis occupies with the experimental simulation of the task. The results of experimental simulation are verified and compared with the results from the computational modal analysis. The goal is to create a Campbell diagram and to determine the intervals of the critical revolution of the turbine wheel.

This diploma thesis is concerning about summarizing and describing types of vibrations, their causes and influences to the machining. The stable conditions of machining were pointed out. The experiment was conducted in which the frequency response function of specific milling machine was measured. Than the stability lobe diagram was constructed.

This dissertation deals with the measurement of the internal environment through thermal manikin Newton, especially in terms of thermal comfort. Measurements were performed in a typical office environment and cabins of small transport aircraft. The course of events and the time constants for the measurement in the office was given by real flow in the office when the sequences of events were unfolded from the usual transactions carried out during the day. In contrast, the second measurement, which took place in the model of small transport aircraft, the course of events and time constants, was performed exactly according to predetermined plan. The other parts of the thesis describe how to calibrate the manikin and then generate a diagram comfort zones. Following are compared individual test cases and events using the diagram comfort zones. Finally, individual test cases and events are compared using the diagram comfort zones and medics according to ISO 14505-2.

The aim of this thesis is design a hotwater boiler for burning natural gas with an output of 60 MW. Boiler works with temperature difference 150 °C / 70 °C. For a given fuel is calculated stoichiometric calculation. The following is the calculation of the heat balance of the boiler including the determinativ of thermal efficiency. The fuel used, the required parameters of hot water and feed water temperature are designed individual convective surfaces and dimensions of the boiler. The boiler design includes drawings.
