No. of bitstreams: 1 VINICIUS NOVAIS GONCALVES DE ANDRADE.pdf: 1645644 bytes, checksum: 400845213a17bc83f5f929b92100a669 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2012-03-29 / This master thesis was built upon a part of the research "Monitoring and Analysis of the Implementation and Operation of the Help Line / Dial 100, in the attention of Children, Adolescents and Sexual Abusers" (Sousa, 2010) and took as the object of study the analysis of the emotions present in the speeches of the operators of the Disque Denúncia Nacional de Abuso e Exploração contra Crianças e Adolescentes, the Dial-100, an agency of the federal government, about the receiving calls on sexual abuse against children and adolescents. Therefore had the following research question: what are the emotions aroused in the Dial 100 operators from receiving the complaints of sexual abuse against children and adolescents? The goals of this study were: to analyze the feelings that attend the work of those operators; grasp the meanings constructed by the operators about receiving complaints of sexual abuse against children and adolescents; understand the psychosocial mediation present in the speech of the subjects studied from the Socio-Historical approach of Vygotsky and the method of historical and dialectical materialism. The information was obtained through semi-structured interviews - a privileged instrument for the development of research of humanities and social sciences - with nine Dial 100 workers directly related to the receiving, directing and monitoring the complaints. The interviews were systematized and from there created categories of analysis or meaning centers for emerging themes, among them by similarity, complementarity or opposition. The results indicate positive and negative aspects of psychological support offered by Dial 100; to the fact that striking complaints are fixed in the memory of the workers, depending on their life history, to the point that they remember them at home and at college, for example. It was possible to apprehend the conceptions of the children and adolescents sexual abuser and the reproduction of his meaning as "monster" and "sick." It was also argued that the feelings that appeared in more statements of the subjects were: Satisfaction / happiness, humanization, shock, frustration / powerlessness, distress / illness, anger / resentment, sadness and disgust, and they are directed to different objects, which means, some of the feelings are directed to themselves and others are directed to the sexual abusers. At various times it was possible to establish relations between the analyzed lines and the history of life of the Dial 100 workers, as the history of sexual abuse during childhood and the impact of receiving complaints involving this form of violence. / Este trabalho de mestrado se constitui em recorte da pesquisa Monitoramento e Análise da Implantação e Funcionamento do Serviço Help Line/ Disque 100, na Atenção a Crianças, Adolescentes e Autores de Violência Sexual (Sousa, 2010) e assumiu como objeto de estudo a análise das emoções presentes nas falas dos atendentes do Disque Denúncia Nacional de Abuso e Exploração contra Crianças e Adolescentes, o Disque- 100, órgão do governo federal, acerca do recebimento de ligações de abuso sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. Teve, portanto, a seguinte pergunta de investigação: quais as emoções suscitadas nos atendentes do Disque 100 quanto ao recebimento de denúncias de abuso sexual contra crianças e adolescentes? Foram objetivos do trabalho: analisar os sentimentos que comparecem no labor dos referidos atendentes; apreender os sentidos e significados construídos pelos atendentes acerca do recebimento de denúncias de abuso sexual contra crianças e adolescentes; apreender as mediações psicossociais presentes na fala dos sujeitos pesquisados a partir da abordagem Sócio-Histórica de Vigotski e do método do materialismo histórico dialético. As informações foram obtidas por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas instrumento privilegiado ao desenvolvimento de pesquisas das ciências humanas e sociais , com nove trabalhadores do Disque 100 diretamente ligados ao recebimento encaminhamento e monitoramento de denúncias. As entrevistas foram sistematizadas e a partir daí criadas categorias de análise ou núcleos de significação pelos temas emergentes, por semelhança entre eles, complementaridade ou oposição. Os resultados apontam para pontos positivos e negativos do suporte psicológico oferecido pelo Disque 100; para o fato de que denúncias marcantes se fixam na memória dos trabalhadores, dependendo de sua história de vida, a ponto de relembrá-las em casa e na faculdade, por exemplo. Pode-se apreender as concepções acerca do atendimento ao abusador de crianças e adolescentes e a reprodução do seu significado de monstro , doente . Também foi discutido que os sentimentos que mais compareceram nas falas dos sujeitos foram: Satisfação/felicidade, humanização, choque, frustração/impotência, angústia/adoecimento, raiva/revolta, tristeza e nojo e que eles se direcionam a diferentes objetos, ou seja, alguns dos sentimentos são direcionados a eles mesmos e outros são direcionados aos autores dos abusos sexuais. Em vários momentos foi possível estabelecer relações entre as falas analisadas e a historia de vida dos trabalhadores do Disque 100, como o histórico de abuso sexual durante a infância e a repercussão disso no recebimento de denúncias envolvendo esta forma de violência.
