Možnosti léčby diplopie u paralytického strabismu konzervativními metodami / Possibilities of treatment of diplopia when suffering from paralitic strabismus with the use of conservative methods

Pražáková, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
Summary: Possibilities of treatment of diplopia when suffering from paralitic strabismus with the use of conservative methods Purpose The aim of this thesis is to assess the effectiveness of ambulant pleoptic-ortoptic exercises complemented by domiciliary rehabilitation using specially adapted software - applied to patiens with suddenly occured eye movement disorder and diplopia. Methods Representative sample was composed od 86 adult patients suffering from sudden eye movement disorder and diplopia, containing 33 rehabilitating ones in treatment group and 53 not rehabilitating patients in control group. The eye movement disorder was caused by cerebrovascular accident, craniocerebral injury or vascular disease. All the patients underwent complex eye and ortoptic examination as well as objectification of the eye movement disorder and diplopia by Hess-Lancaster test. Both treatment and control group have been observed for 3 - 6 months. Results An average improvement of 96.8 % (P ≤ 0,01) was reached in the treatment group - in case of the extent of horizontal deviation of strabismus (for rehabilitating adults having the infliction n. VI of one eye). In the control group 28.1 % (P ≤ 0,00001) was noticed. The patients having the infliction n. III and n. IV of one eye improved of 73.7 % (P ≤ 0,0008) in the...

Binokulární vidění a výroba anaglyfů / Binocular vision and anaglyph production

Pospíšil, Pavel January 2010 (has links)
This work concerns physiology of binocular vision and stereovision. The main topic of this work is the production of anaglyphs. The first part introduces anatomy of the eyes and principle of binocular vision, which is the stereoscopic production based on. The second part introduces the individual methods, it's processes and technical implementation for three-dimensional presentation with focusing on answering questions connected with production of anaglyphs. At the same time the M-script ANAGLYPH was developed, which provides connection with two external cameras and becomes high-quality element of anaglyphs production. All anaglyphs were photographed with couple of Logitec C120 or couple of Canon 450D cameras. Final anaglyphs were presented to a group of observers and they were given question forms. Subjective opinions of observers were statistically analyzed. The electronic version of this work and all the files and data are included on attached DVD.

Interstitialités et virtualité - une approche dialogique des anamorphoses et des images doubles dans l’art contemporain / Interstitialities and virtuality : a dialogical approach to anamorphoses and double images in contemporary art.

Limare, Sophie 16 November 2012 (has links)
This research project in the field of aesthetics aims at accounting for the multiplicity and polysemy of 21st century works of art pertaining to the idea of anamorphosis and double image. These unstable works of art have the power to combine flux and stasis while allowing the spectator to “seize” virtuality through in between-vision. In carrying intractable ambiguities, they revive the Renaissance uses of perspective and illusion and produce immaterial images without necessarily resorting to state- of- the- art digital technology. Drawing on the philosophical works of Marcello Vitali Rosati positing the virtual as being the dynamics of the interstice, the working assumption of this research is that the analysis of “in-betweeness” shall help to get more insight into virtuality in all its richness and complexity.
