Logopedo bendradarbiavimas su šeima įveikiant vaiko kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimus / The Cooperation between Speech and Language Therapist and Parents in Overcoming Child’s Disorders of Language and Speech

Bakalauro darbe analizuojami logopedo ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo ypatumai. Gilinamasi į tai, kaip dirba komandoje tie asmenys, kurie prisideda prie vaiko turinčio kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimų ugdymo, jo priežiūros, auklėjimo. Tyrime dalyvavo 50 Lietuvoje dirbančių logopedų ir 100 šeimų auginančių vaikus, kurie turi kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimų. Anketinės apklausos metodu tirta, kaip logopedai bendradarbiauja su šeimomis įveikdami ugdytinių kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimus, kaip planuoja komandinį darbą ne tik su vaiko šeima, bet ir su kitais specialistais (specialiaisiais pedagogais/pedagogais). Logopedų bendradarbiavimo su šeimomis adekvatumui nustatyti jų atsakymai lyginami su tėvų, auginančių vaikus, kurie turi kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimų, nuomone į logopedo ir šeimos bendradarbiavimą. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis ieškota ryšio tarp specialisto siūlymo šeimos nariams prisidėti prie efektyvesnio ugdytinio sutrikimų įveikimo ir tėvų požiūrio į bendradarbiavimą su specialistu. Tyrimu nustatyta, kad daugelis logopedų pripažįsta bendradarbiavimo naudą, ją vertina teigiamai. Taip pat beveik pusė apklaustų tėvų yra linkę bendradarbiauti, kiti – dėl tam įvairių priežasčių to atsisako. Paaiškėjo, kad tiek logopedai, tiek dauguma tėvų sutinka, jog vienam specialistui sunku įveikti kalbos ir kalbėjimo sutrikimus, reikalinga ir kitų specialistų, tėvų pagalba, tačiau nepaisant to, tik pusė iš apklaustų tėvų prisipažino, jog dirba su vaiku namuose, taiko tęstinumo... Special attention will be paid to individuals who work in a team, which is responsible for education, supervision and upbringing of children with special speech and language needs. 50 speech therapists working in Lithuania and 100 families which have children with special speech needs participated in research. Using method of survey, questions were asked: how therapists of children with speech disorder are communicating with each other in attempt to overcome speech and language disorders? How therapists of children disorder are planning team work not only with child’s family but also with other specialist (special educator\educator)? To identify communication adequacy between families and therapists their answers were compared with opinion of parents who have children with special speech needs. When analyzing research material, the relation were searched between specialist offer for family’s members to participate helping children with special speech needs and parents standpoint to collaboration with specialist. This research shows that most of children speech and language therapists accept collaboration gain, they take it positively. More than a half of parents don’t mind to collaborate, others resign.
