El proyecto consiste en el diseño del Centro de difusión, enseñanza e investigación de la danza y música Folklórica de la región Junín, donde tiene como misión la formación de manera integral a jóvenes con educación secundaria concluida, fomentando la difusión e investigación de la cultura donde se impartirán talleres de extensión de danza y música. Tiene como objetivo principal generar un epicentro que fomente la actividad cultural-artística y que contribuya a fortalecer la identidad. Asimismo, se propone su ubicación frente a la plaza Municipal del distrito de Ate Vitarte en la Carretera Central, el cual posee un alto índice de inmigración, red de equipamientos culturales y recreativos, logrando una integración cultural y contribuyendo con la educación. / The project consists of the design of the Center for the dissemination, teaching and research of Folkloric dance and music of the Junin region, where its mission is to comprehensively train young people with completed secondary education, promoting the dissemination and research of culture where dance and music extension workshops will be given. Its main objective is to create an epicenter that encourages cultural-artistic activity and contributes to strengthening identity. El proyecto se plantea como respuesta a la falta de equipamiento cultural adecuado en la ciudad de Cusco, ya que esta es considerada patrimonio cultural a nivel mundial y es punto de llegada de turistas nacionales y foráneos que tienen como objetivo visitar recintos arquitectónicos inca, los cuales se ubican en la ciudad, alrededores y región de Cusco. Es por ello que se plasma la idea de un Centro de interpretación, difusión e investigación de la arquitectura inca en el Tahuantinsuyo, con propósito de ser la antesala y punto de información previo a cualquier recorrido de recintos incas. Dicho proyecto, tiene como objetivo principal brindar la información necesaria en cada espacio arquitectónico para que el turista pueda entender y conocer la historia y relevancia de cada monumento a visitar. También pretende ser promotor de la cultura inca hacia ciudadanos y turistas mediante diferentes actividades difusivas. Finalmente, como complemento a los dos puntos mencionados anteriormente, el proyecto presentará una normativa y criterios de diseño basados en el Plan de Desarrollo Urbano del centro histórico y de la ciudad de Cusco, la cual se aplicará también para el área del terreno aledaña; además de un recorrido abierto interior tipo calle peatonal con el fin de permeabilizar la manzana en la que se ubica, hacer el uso debido de sus accesos según jerarquías y relacionar al usuario con los diferentes espacios culturales e informativos académicos y profesionales; con el fin de agilizar y enfatizar el interés por la cultura autóctona y patrimonial. / The project is proposed as a response to the lack of adequate cultural equipment in the city of Cusco, since it is considered cultural heritage worldwide and is a point of arrival for national and foreign tourists whose objective is to visit Inca architectural sites, which are located in the city, surroundings and region of Cusco. That is why the idea of ​​a center for the interpretation, diffusion and research of inca architecture in Tahuantinsuyo is embodied, with the purpose of being the prelude and point of information prior to any tour of Inca sites. This project's main objective is to provide the necessary information in each architectural space so that the tourist can understand and know the history and relevance of each monument to visit. It also aims to be a promoter of the inca culture towards citizens and tourists through different diffusive activities. Finally, as a complement to the two points mentioned above, the project will present a regulation and design criteria based on the Urban Development Plan for the historic center and the city of Cusco, which will also be applied to the surrounding land area; in addition to an open interior pedestrian street type route in order to permeate the block in which it is located, make proper use of its accesses according to hierarchies and relate the user with the different academic and professional cultural and informative spaces; in order to streamline and emphasize interest in native and heritage culture. / Tesis

El presente trabajo de investigación ha recopilado diversos factores importantes para la realización de la tesis de título “Centro de Formación y Difusión de Artes Escénicas” a desarrollarse en la ciudad de Ica. Este centro de capacitación y producción artística tendrá como objetivo principal la formación y difusión de los artistas de la zona, creando un lugar adecuado donde puedan desarrollar todas sus habilidades y aptitudes. Los contenidos del expediente han sido estructurados en ocho unidades, desarrollando en cada uno de ellos los aspectos más relevantes para el proceso de diseño. En primer lugar, se analizará la problemática en el lugar y los objetivos a cumplir con la implementación del centro. Como siguiente punto se estudiarán diversos proyectos referenciales sobre la solución de arquitectos ante problemáticas similares en diferentes contextos que sirvan de ejemplo sobre la manera en cómo analizar y afrontar un proyecto de ésta índole. Del mismo modo se analizarán todos los aspectos importantes concernientes a su entorno como accesos, clima, parámetros urbanísticos, crecimiento de la ciudad, entre otros. Un punto importante analizado es la tipología y característica del usuario, concluyendo esta etapa en la programación arquitectónica. En otro punto se estudiarán los materiales y sistemas constructivos, y acabados a utilizar. Por último, se concluirá en unos criterios de diseño obtenidos en base al estudio previo realizado. Con el análisis minucioso se busca entender completamente la problemática para así poder plantear un diseño arquitectónico coherente que resulte un beneficio real para la población a la cual servirá. / This research work has compiled several important factors for the realization of the thesis of title "Center for Training and Dissemination of Performing Arts", developed in the city of Ica. This training and artistic production center will have as its main objective the training and dissemination of artists in the area, creating a suitable place where they can develop all their skills and aptitudes. The contents of the file have been structured in eight units, developing in each of them the most relevant aspects for the design process. First, let's analyze the problem of the place and the objectives to comply with the implementation of the center. As follows, will study several referential projects on the solution of architects to similar problems in different contexts that serve as an example on how to analyze and face a project of this kind. In the same way, all the important aspects concerning its environment will be analyzed, such as access, climate, urban parameters, city growth, among others. An important point analyzed is the typology and characteristic of the user, concluding this stage in the architectural programming. At another point the materials and construction systems will be studied, and finishes to be used. Finally, it will be concluded in some design criteria obtained based on the previous study carried out. The thorough analysis seeks to fully understand the problem in order to propose a coherent architectural design that is a real benefit for the population it will serve. / Tesis
