The purpose is to find, in popular communication, political and aesthetic dimensions as constants of great significance in the composition of a communicative praxis, which is either developed in the popular milieu or addressed to it. Starting with the context of production of the documentaries we reflect on this singular communicative praxis developed by Rede Rua. We also attempt to understand the way in which this praxis produces political and aesthetic reflexes on the materialized work of the video and on its specific manner of recreating reality. The study is based on bibliographical and documental research as well as the participant research and the study of parts of the documentaries. We concluded that they emphasize the denunciative, claiming and annunciatory character of a group of organizations, entities and popular social movements which try to influence Brazilian society positively and whose aim is to overcome the excluding logic of reality that limits and subjects peoples‟ rights to the power of money. Although the videos show political positions, they cannot be understood, in its material form, as political actors . Nevertheless, the present work emphasizes that the aesthetics of the documentaries is manifested as undisjoinable from its political character, since it clearly shows the commitment of its producers to the transformation of an excluding daily reality. / Este trabalho estuda os vídeos documentários Grito dos Excluídos produzidos de 1995 a 2009 pela Associação Rede Rua. O objetivo é localizar na comunicação popular as dimensões políticas e estéticas como constantes de relevância primordial na composição de uma práxis comunicativa que se desenvolve no meio popular ou que se direciona a ele. A partir do contexto de produção dos documentários reflete-se sobre a prática comunicativa singular desenvolvida pela Rede Rua, buscando ainda compreender de que modo essa práxis produz reflexos políticos e estéticos na obra materializada do vídeo e em sua maneira específica de refigurar a realidade. O estudo se baseia em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, além de pesquisa participante e estudo do conteúdo de parte dos documentários. Conclui-se que eles ressaltam o caráter denunciativo, reivindicatório e anunciativo que emerge de um coletivo de organizações, entidades e movimentos sociais populares, que buscam influir positivamente na sociedade brasileira, visando a superar a lógica excludente da realidade, que limita e condiciona os direitos das pessoas ao poder do capital. Embora os vídeos revelem um posicionamento político, não se pode compreendê-los, em sua forma material, como atores políticos. Contudo, o presente trabalho ressalta que a estética dos documentários se revela como indissociável de seu caráter político, já que evidencia o compromisso de seus realizadores com a transformação de uma realidade cotidiana excludente.

A metodologia proposta fundamenta-se, primariamente, no levantamento de concepção acerca da temática do vídeo documentário a ser produzido, para investigar as lacunas de conhecimento dos alunos sobre a temática em questão. Desse modo torna-se possível produzir um vídeo documentário com elevado potencial pedagógico, arquitetado a partir das lacunas de conhecimento obtidas pelo processo de levantamento de concepção. Secundariamente, recomenda-se a prática de uma oficina de avaliação pedagógica, a realizar-se com outro grupo amostral do mesmo público-alvo, através da aplicação de questionários pré e pós-exibição do vídeo documentário. O questionário pré-exibição propõe-se a investigar o conhecimento prévio dos alunos acerca de questões ligadas à temática do vídeo documentário, enquanto o questionário pós-exibição propõe-se a investigar a percepção dos alunos em relação ao vídeo documentário exibido. A análise dos dados coletados pelos dois questionários possibilita o cálculo do Percentual de Crescimento de Assertividade alcançado pelo processo de avaliação pedagógica. Para esse trabalho, especificamente, realizou-se a produção e avaliação pedagógica de um vídeo documentário que aborda a questão da Gestão de Resíduos Sólidos a ser utilizado em atividades de Educação Ambiental no Ensino Superior do CEFET/RJ. Os resultados da pesquisa, totalizando 332 respostas assertivas, obtidas através da aplicação do questionário pré-exibição, contra 838 respostas assertivas pelo questionário pós-exibição, revelaram um Percentual de Crescimento de Assertividade da ordem de 152,41%, que veio a preencher de modo significativo as lacunas de conhecimento pré-existentes dos alunos do Ensino Superior do CEFET/RJ, comprovando-se, portanto, a eficácia da metodologia utilizada. / The research, when describing in detail the process of production, use and pedagogical evaluation of a documentary video, proposes to demonstrate the contribution of this modality of audiovisual tool for the diffusion of scientific knowledge in the classroom, in the different areas of knowledge of Teaching Higher. The proposed methodology is based primarily on the conception survey about the theme of the documentary video to be produced, to investigate the knowledge gaps of the students on the subject matter. In this way, it becomes possible to produce a documentary video with high pedagogical potential, based on the knowledge gaps obtained by the conception survey process. Secondly, it is recommended to practice a pedagogical evaluation workshop, to be held with another sample group of the same target audience, through the application of pre and post-view questionnaires of the documentary video. The pre-screening questionnaire aims to investigate students' prior knowledge about issues related to the subject matter of the documentary video, while the post-screening questionnaire aims to investigate the students' perception of the documentary video displayed. The analysis of the data collected by the two questionnaires enables the calculation of the Assertiveness Growth Percentage achieved by the pedagogical evaluation process. For this work, specifically, the production and pedagogical evaluation of a documentary video that addresses the issue of Solid Waste Management to be used in Environmental Education activities in Higher Education of CEFET/RJ was carried out. The results of the research, totaling 332 assertive answers, obtained through the application of the pre-screening questionnaire, against 838 assertive answers through the post-view questionnaire revealed a Percentage of Assertiveness Growth of the order of 152.41%, which came to fill the pre-existing knowledge gaps of CEFET/RJ Higher Education students, thus proving the effectiveness of the methodology used.

This thesis deals with the theme of folk baroque. The aim of this thesis is to introduce this theme to pupils of secondary school in vivid and entertaining form and thus achieve bigger efficiency of educational process and acquisition of newly acquired information. As the best form of teaching i have considered watching a documentary video. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the history and formation of folk baroque, the most important areas in South Bohemia and also the life and work of Master bricklayer Jakub Bursa. This thesis also summarizes the history of documentary videos, its individual categories, the basics of film language, but also the essential aspects of the usage of video as a methodological aid for teaching. The practical part of this thesis deals with the implementation of an educational documentary video with the theme of folk baroque. The thesis also describes the creation of a supplementary animation program, which is completed by an artistic output in the form of artistic techniques of frottage.
