Partimos da hipótese de que as mudanças no cenário externo reverberam na formação subjetiva dos indivíduos, pois, sendo seres biopsicossociais, têm o atravessamento da cultura como marca intrínseca. Sendo assim, o objetivo principal desta tese é lançar um olhar para as manifestações do sofrimento psíquico infantil na atualidade, a partir da escuta do discurso das famílias que buscam atendimento no contexto da saúde pública, num ambulatório de saúde mental infantil do interior do estado de São Paulo. Para tanto, foi utilizado como método de coleta de dados, a entrevista conjunta e para a escrita das histórias, as narrativas psicanaliticamente orientadas. Compreendemos assim que as mudanças nas estruturas familiares que, atualmente vivenciam a realidade da formação monoparental feminina assim como a fragilização da figura paterna modificam o ambiente da criança em duplo sentido, pois a relação entre mundo interno e externo encontra falhas primordiais e repetidas para a construção do si mesmo e da continuidade do ser. Assim, refletimos sobre as condições destas famílias em ancorarem o desenvolvimento psíquico destas crianças. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Since the earliest studies of childhood psychotic suffering, many questions have been raised, especially in the economic and social order, which also leads to changes in the formation of the symbolic universe of children. We start from the hypothesis that the changes in the external scenario reverberate in the subjective formation of the individuals, because, being biopsychosocial beings, they have the crossing of the culture like intrinsic mark. Thus, the main objective of this thesis is to take a look at the manifestations of childhood psychic suffering in the present time, from the psychoanalytically oriented listening in the context of public health, in a mental health outpatient clinic in the interior of the state of. In order to do so, it was used as method of data collection, the joint interview and for the writing of the stories, the psychoanalytically oriented narratives. We thus understand that the changes in family structures that currently experience the reality of female one-parent formation as well as the weakening of the paternal figure modify the child's environment in two directions, since the relationship between internal and external world encounters primordial and repeated failures for the construction of the self and of the continuity of being. Concomitant to this, there is a scenario in which medication and traditional psychiatry are strongly established, making psychoanalytic listening appear as an important working tool to understand the symptom beyond the nosological description, but as a path that points to a type of suffering existence. This discussion has become an important thermometer for reflection on contemporaneity as an environment in which children perform their symbolic exchanges.
