The goal of my thesis is to make financial analysis for management of the company since the year 2003 till 2007 and identify the main factors that affect the economical and financial situation of the company. The important is also to make suggestions that can help in the next progress of the company.

The goal of the thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company Pivovary Staropramen a.s. and to establish its efficiency for the needs of the management. Using the methods of financial analysis, the thesis means to identify the factors which determined the present financial results and find such solutions, that would lead to the improvement of the company results for the future.

The thesis is focused on economic analysis of company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. The aim of the thesis is to explore economic performance and financial health of the company between period of years 2006 and 2011. According to results from analysis of historical development we can evaluate current situation and think about possible recommendations to increase effectiveness of management in the coming years. First part of the thesis is dealing with theoretical explanation of terms and tools from area of economic analysis. Second part is devoted to closer introduction of the company and description of important events that occurred in reporting period. Third part of the thesis is finally focused on realization of economic analysis and application of selected tools of economic analysis on the company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. As a conclusion we can find a summary of results of individual models and evaluation of the situation of analyzed company.

This master’s thesis contains performance evaluation of Profidebt company using financial analysis indicators from years 2006-2012, further SWOT analysis is performed together with statistical analysis of economic ratios with next term’s prognosis. In the first part, theoretical basis is explained and it is applied on the company in the second part of thesis. In the end, quantified results from the analysis are evaluated and proposals are devised.

本研究旨在針對電子連接器產業進行探索性研究，期能發現占據相當重要關鍵零組件地位的連接器，其產業態勢與競爭條件。本研究固然與傳統的研究方法相同，運用Aaker的策略分析架構進行探討，但亦頗多創新之處，譬如納進Porter的國家競爭力分析模型，討論產業與政府等因素間的相互依賴狀況，又納入司徒達賢的策略矩陣分析構面，討論個案公司與其他同業之間的競爭模型。本研究雖以個案公司為研究對象，但旁及其他競爭性公司共同討論，以了解個案公司的產業定位與遭遇的挑戰。 / This study is exploring the advantage of competition in Connector industry. It adopted Aaker’s model, which designed by strategic method to depict a SWOT to overall analysis of connector industry as well as Case Study Company. The main contribution is to offer a position within industry where has a vital network can help others to sustain the strong power. However, the environment is not as good as past, the trend will bring a move to mainland China, and the new competitors will appear, the Industry ought to encounter more challenge than have been met in Taiwan. This study has some characters involve in the National competitive model and the strategic matrix analysis method from Dr. Seeto. There are many persons were called on to the Case interview, However, only certain firms would be selected as delegation out of this industry.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze incomes, expenses and profit in chosen production company, including detailed cost analysis, price realization and profitability of selected products company. For this analysis is selected company operating in the automotive industry and products for analysis are automotive components which are the core of the production program of the company. The period covered years between 2007 and 2011.

The diploma thesis analyses the problem of the company efficiency and its evaluation. Theoretical basis was applied in the cooperative company, whose main activity is the custom-made furniture. The analysis of company efficiency was conducted on a base of a financial analysis. The concrete analysis includes: analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratio indicators, Du Pont analysis, bankruptcy and value indicators, economic value added, Spider analysis. The conclusion contains suggestions for improving the current company situation.

The Objective of the Thesis is the profitability analysis of an agricultural company farming in region of Polabi in sugar beet growing area. The Thesis includes cost analysis, price realization and profitability of key agricultural products. The essential part of the Theses represents the Assessment of main factors affecting plant{\crq}s rentability. Analysis was carried out in period of years 2003 - 2007.

The master’s thesis deals with of assessment of the financial situation of the selected company in the period 2011 – 2015. The first part of thesis includes theoretical points, those are used for practice part. The thesis will evaluate the financial situation based on selected methods, mainly financial analysis, and will propose some steps, which will improve this detected situation.
