Pretendeu-se trazer essa discussão na Formação de Professores por considerarmos que o estudo da constituição da identidade possibilita a formação de um profissional que possa ler e interpretar a realidade de uma melhor forma, pois através de estudos dessa categoria pode-se perceber as nuances envolvidas no processo de constituição da identidade docente, percebendo que ela passa por um processo e que esse processo é constituído de determinantes, culturais, econômicos, afetivos, entre outros. Possibilitando a interferência nesta realidade de uma maneira comprometida e consciente, que esteja buscando melhorias para sua profissão, para seu lugar de atuação ¿ a escola e para os principais envolvidos com sua atuação ¿ os alunos. O percurso metodológico utilizado foi a História de Vida de duas alunas em processo de formação no 4º semestre do curso de Pedagogia de uma Universidade Pública: uma com experiência profissional docente e outra sem. Para a análise das narrativas de História de Vida foi realizada a análise temática das mesmas, a partir de eixos estabelecidos, tendo como princípio os temas que emergem nas narrativas e a forma como aparecem. Através desses eixos e princípios, buscou-se observar as nuances de transformações e constituição da identidade de cada personagem e a permanência do núcleo dessa identidade. Após a análise das narrativas, pudemos observar que os movimentos de constituição de identidade de nossas personagens passam a todo tempo pelas relações sociais e históricas em que estão envolvidas e também pelo sentido que dão a essas relações. Muitas vezes não se deixam levar pelas exigências sociais, re-apresentam seus papéis a partir de seus sentimentos e emoções, e dos significados por elas atribuídos / Abstract: This present paper had the objective to describe and to comprehend how the teaching identity has been constituted in a development process accentuating the practice as a formative and discerning element from the identity courses. It intended to make this discussion at the Teacher¿s Development by accounts the constitution identity study makes a development of a professional who can read and expound the reality in a better way, because through the studies this category it will have knowledge of the shade involved in the teaching identity constitution, perceiving that it cross over a process and this process is being constituted of cultural, economic and affective determinant, among other things. Allowing the interference in this reality in a involved and conscious way, being trying to acquire the advance to the occupation, to the acting place ¿ the school and to the leading involved in this actuation ¿ the students. The methodological trajectory used was the Life¿s History of two students in a development process at the 4th semester from the Pedagogy course of a public University: one with a teaching professional experience and the other without them. To analyze the narrative from the Life¿s History was carried out the analyses from the same themes, as from established axles, having by principle the themes that come into view from the narratives and the way that it does. Athwart this axles and principles it has inquire to examine the nuances of transformations and constitution of the identity from every character and the permanence of the essential part of this identity. After the analysis of the narratives it can observe that the movements of constitution of identity of the characters passing over, in every moment, by the social and historical relations that they are involved and so by the signification that they confer to this relations.
